Why customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my salary a/c. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

    When got credit hdfc credit card they sent me one assist for wallets along without asking me. I let go for one year and now they renewed it again without asking me. I really don't need this one assist plan now i need to cancel it and i want refund my money for this year. This is hdfc bank fault. How come they can ask their customer to pay for one product without asking. It's surprising for me. I wish i could sue them.

      I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- has been deducted from my savings account to one assist plan on 2/5/18 for their card protection plan without my permission..
      I am not at all interested in this services and they are deducting the amount without any consent/agreement.
      Upon calling the customer care service they play smart by telling that our voice is not audible to them and keep on diverting the issue instead of listening to our complaint.

      I want my full refund of 1399 rs in my account.

      Please deactivate and refund my money asap

        Deactivate one assist plan
        I received sms from kotak mahindra bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card for one assist plan without my permission i also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. The bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.

        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1065 without my concern on date:05/05/2018 i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this amount
          Many times am compained but still not getting refund if this type of cheating done
          With customers thats no long term relationship

              The company One assist is a fraud company. I dont know how it got my details and issued me a relationship no. of 3885571 and autodebit of my credit card of Rs. 1399 without my authorisation!                       I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I haven't registered for any of the plan related to one assist.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                          I have received an sms on 8th may 2018 saying that one assist plan has been activated to my hdfc credit card. I haven't activated it and they activated it without my permission. So i installed there app and with app chat feature i ask them to cancel my membership and refund my money. They says that it will be deactivate within 2 days. But it's been 5 days and i haven't received any confirmation call or sms that my plan is deactivate. I have received 2 calls in which they ask me not to cancel it.
                          I am warning you guys if my plan will not get deactivated urgently i will take legal action against you.

                            I submitted my mobile phone for repairing in your company. The repairing estimate cost is higher than my mobile. And was pending for your approval what is the next step taken by you.in this connection i have requested to you please paid my mobile phone value i. E. 80% as per my insurance plan instead of repairing.

                            Second one is no other charges will be deducted from my refund.in this case i will go in court and social media.

                              I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 11/5/18. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                              Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                I received a bill on my hdfc credit card for rs-1899/- saying it was deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team saying that they can only partially refund my amount as i had complained about this after 30 days. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                  I have called several times one assist to cancel the plan. They have activated the plan without my permission from my hdfc credit card and every day one assist executive is calling me and tells me that they will cancel the plan in 48hrs but no action is taken by they. I am feedup with their behaviour.. Plz help me out. They are not cancelling my plan and also not refunding my amount on 9/05/2018 i have asked them to cancel but every day they are making excuses and not cancelling the plan.

                                    When i purchased the insurance then the customer executive told me the how much amount will you get for the settlement
                                    1. Actually according to the company if my mobile's repairing estimate is 80% or more than the company will give me settlement according to the mobiles market value and my mobiles market value now 23k-25k

                                    2.in claim procedure sometimes the customer executive didn't provide me the correct information about the mail and uploading sometimes they send me the wrong message regarding the uploading the document and date for the uploading

                                      I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same few days back. On 10th may 2018, i received an sms to my mobile no. (I. E)."transaction of rs, 1399 has been made on kotak credit card on 10 may. On one assist."

                                      The above mentioned one assist solutions company has debited my credit card account without giving any information. I am not given any request and any confirmation from my end.

                                      Further, i don't want any assistance from the above referred company.

                                      Hence i request you to refund the amount rs.1, 399/- to my credit card account, immediately.
