I am not apply for one assist without information debit my credit card amount. I am calling to customer care "one assist" for cancellation. They are not considering the cancellation request. Since i raised the request. While speaking you (One assist) are very polite. But that is not the solution for my problem. I want my money (Rs.1399) back to my account. This should happen soon. Take necessary actions to revert the money for me. I am not willing to stay in the plan.
My relationship num is 1934307
So cancel this plan in urgent basis and return my money in my account. And follaw your policy cancellation rule point 6 under 6.4. And return my money.

    On[protected] rs. 1399 has deducted from my hdfc credit card account without my permission. No one can deduct money without intimating account holder and this is 2nd time happend with me. Last year also my 1000 rs where deducted.

    I need my money back at any cost. I do not need such type of services from your side. Even customer care number also not responding while we are calling them.

    I am Bhavika Goswami, a user of ICICI bank. Few days before I have received a call from one assist for single plan and was agreed for it to he reason of it was I am just a beginner and didn't know about this policy.
    But after knowing, I want it to be cancelled.

      I have a mobile phone claim. All claims document submit from one assist portal but one assist team raised number of two (2) quaries against my mobile claim. Im answering total quaries from my end but there is again raised one quary from my mobile claim. Im answering again from his one quary but i cant answering because one assist portal is not working properly i am not write to answer from one assist portal. One assist portal not working. Im calling from one assist customer support but there is no responce to me. I am allready maild his company email id and calling again and again and one assist app chat also but they are totaly hareshed me. One assist team all tha time could me wait and wait but i cant wait. Im totaly facing the big problem.

      So please setteld to my mobile claim on urgent basis.

        An amount of rs.1899 was debited from my icici salary account on 2 may 2018 regarding some one assist plan. I have never opted for this, also no one explain me about the plan and price. Without any concern how you people deducting money. This is cheating so how one assist will save me from cheating/fraud if they are doing the same. Also how your bank icici support it.

        Please do disable this plan as soon as possible and do refund the amount payable inr 1, 899

              I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
              And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                        My phone was damaged 2 to 3 days before, and i submitted the complained to our office immediately but no one pick my phone as on date. Now how many days you want to repair my mobile phone.
                        Kindly, please note that after the period you mentioned in the terms of conditions at the time of purchasing your insurance i. E. We have taken 20 - 25 days for repairing, in last i go to court.

                          I am already a one assist customer since long with 3 handsets already insured with the company. Now i had bought a phone from my colleague just after few days he got it from flipkart. So as per the policy of one assist i can purchase mobile insurance within 15 days of purchase date. So i applied for insurance and they asked to submit all recent photos, invoice copy and a authority letter from the 1st buyer as the name in the invoice was not mine. So i sent all the necessary documents as they asked me do. Now its almost 10 months so they are calling for my renewal plans for the same handset so i said will let you know later. But just few days back my phone got physical damage and so immediately i raised a claim for the same. So after 48hours of raising claim i got a call from verification team and informing me that my claim cannot be raised further as my name is not there on the invoice and they are like we dont give any claims to 2nd hand handsets and then they asked me contact at [protected]@oneassist.in for further assistance regarding rejection of claim. But i mailed them many times and also called one assist customer care executive but they are saying that they didnt receive any emails from me and ignoring me on calls. I am just feeling helpless as neither i am getting any response on mail or call.

                          I just want to know if a customer cant raise a claim then why should they give him/her a insurance. Even after submitting all required documents to them at the time of buying insurance they are rejecting claim.

                          I have all mails proof of the company if required to show up whenever company wants.

                          I just to repair my phone as i have a valid insurance.

                          Find all photos, invoice copy and authority letter in attachment and also find details of email correspondence with the company below.

                          I had flied a claim on 29/03/2018 with request number 3124948 for which i got a call from verification team right now and they have closed my claim saying that the invoice is not on my name and it is a second hand handset. They asked me talk to sales team so i talked with sales team regarding it and asked them that at the time of my handset insurance purchase they asked me certain documents to submit so that i can avail insurance on my handset and the same documents i have attached in this mail for your reference.

                          Even after submitting all required documents at the time of insurance purchase why am i not able to process a any claim?
                          On the time of purchase your sales didnt inform me that i am not eligible for any insurance or else i wouldn't have insured my handset.

                          Despite of all required documents submission i am not able to do anything so they asked to mail on this address for the solution.

                          Please help me with my claim.

                            Bank: icici address: virar east my oneassist relationship id: 1996189 i have an account in icici bank, branch: virar, they have provided me oneassist plan and now oneassist people are not cancelling the policy even though i have raised a request many times.
                            I want you to terminate this plan as every time you deduct the amount from my icici bank account or icicidebit card without even intimidating me. I am completely dissatisfied with this. The policy is worth rs. 1899. Please understand my concern. Whenever i say i want to cancel my policy they always say "you will have benefit with this policy, etc". They always ignore my requests. I have sent mail also. Other than this i get a call for mobile insurance from oneassist at least 5 times a day even though i said i don't want any insurance. When i speak about this they are not responding properly instead they tried to convince and again and again explaining their policy. As last year also i requested to cancel but they have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that it will be auto-renewed without my approval or even not intimated. Kindly cancel this plan. I have attached pdf of mail.

                              I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on 04/5/18. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                              Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                              Please deactivate one assist plan for the sr[protected] and please dont deduct the amount for the same.

                                Hi team,

                                Please terminate my oneassist policy plan as i don't wish to continue. I want you to terminate this plan as every time you deduct the amount from my icici bank account or icici debit card without even intimitating me. I am completely dissatisfied with this.

                                Please terminate this policy as soon as possible and also refund the amount of rs. 1899 deducted from my icici bank account on 2nd may 2018 towards one assist.

                                  The amount of rs.2999/- has been deducted from my hdfc credit card without
                                  My knowledge on 28th march 2018. When i speak about this they are not responding properly instead they tried to convince and again and again explaining their policy. Finally rudely told to raise a complaint. This is not the proper way of dealing customers. Please refund my amount.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I've not authorised any charges for renewing the one assist but yet it was charged from my credited card on 05/01/2018.

                                    I want this to be cancelled immediately and refunded back to my original form of payment.

                                    When called to customer support they informed that the cancellation will not be guaranteed and refund may not be given.

                                    I do not understand what policy they run. Only if a customer accepts to renew thier plan they are supposed to charge it and no notification was sent regarding auto renewal, they have just blindly charged from my credit card.

                                    First of all they do not have any of details and they say i'm privileged customer bla bla. How you consider a customer as privileged when they have not availed any of the service. Just because you ppl are deducting money from customer's account do not consider it be privileged.

                                    If you so very concered about your customers first contact them and educate what all your plans do not just wait unless they call and come these issues.

                                    Hoping for a positive response and amount to be credited to my account.

                                      I have purchased a plan of mobile insurance from oneassit in 12 april but due to pre exist damage it was not processed however oneassist charged ₹1614.
                                      Next day i got a mail that i will be recieved my cash refund but till now i havent.
                                      I tried many call and sent mail many times but neither i am getting response on mail nor on call.
                                      Request you to please look into the matter.

                                        One assist insurance company is fraud company.
                                        He reject my claim cause given negligence.
                                        And time to time statement change.
                                        Today my mobile properly working.
                                        Please punishment to them.
                                        Sir at the time of liquid damage mobile used by my brother. He put mobile on top of cooler and jar to mobile and mobile falls down in cooler tub. After than mobile totally hang and not switch off.
