I mailed to the customer care to cancel my membership. After mailing, i got a call from the team in 2days. Once i requested to cancel my membership, they asked me to rate them on google. After rating, they told that they will forward the request to the cancelling team. The cancelling team called me on the same day and told that they can't cancel until august because of the policy. I read the policy and it was not given anything like that....

Hello,

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

Already i have submitted complaint regarding this. The complaint id is 1928936. I contacted the oneassist person within 2 days when the phone got damaged. He was not accepting my insurance. Then got to know about the complaints forum from my colleague a week later. I have informed all these to one assist person who again took the complaint and did verification process. Now the claim has been closed with reason "delay in claim intimation"....
