Dear sir,
I received sms from hdfc bank that rs.2999/- got deducted from my credit card without my permission.
Oneassit plan got renewed without any information. The amount got deducted without my confirmation.
I called to your customer care, your executive transferred the call to some other number and nobody is attending the call, for the past 3 days i am calling to your customer care number and the same story is repeating.
As i am cancelling my membership in the free look-in period and even i haven't received welcome kit also, i am eligible for full refund.
Please cancel my membership and refund my money back as soon as possible.
