    One assist plan cancel
    Deduction money with out my knowledge.

    I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card & made in emi with another rs. 100 emi conversion fee deduction.
    On 18/5/2018, already applied the deactivation and refund related complaint via telephone conversation with one assit employer but till date no response.

    Kindly cancel this plan & refund the deduction amount and request you to don't activate any plan or service without customer information. This is unacceptable that you activate any service without information of customer. Please deactivate and don't deduct amount.

      Hdfc bank (Credit card division) have been debited in my credit card ending no.3008 rs.2999/- on dated.24/05/2018 & sms me on dated.25/05/2018 time 18.11 towards one assist membership fee. I have neither authorized nor participated in above transaction. It is a dispute transaction. It is done by hdfc bank (Credit card) intentionally, arbitrarily and knowingly in order to harassed & mentally torture me and my family, so you are requested to kindly stopped the dispatch welcome kit. I confirm you that i have no more interested for this facility provided by your company. So stopped to dispatch and if the above amount rs.2999/- credited in your company a/c please refund it through my credit card ending no.3008, otherwise i file a case against your company before national human right commission new delhi, pmo.

      You have no right to taken money though credit card of any customer, without authorization.

      Again for your kind information, this is a dispute transaction.

        Hi,

        I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card

        As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be canceled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs: 1899. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

          I have used hdfc credit card ending 2927 and has been debited recently rs.1399 and previously 3 times started from june 2017 for the activation of oneassist m - wallet protection, which i don't subscribe and is out of my knowledge.

          I do not get any calls from your one assist executives to activate one assist m wallet protection. My money was deducted every month. You need to stop this service.

          Please deactivate the membership, relationship number: 2125087, plan: enhanced wa power single plan, customer id: 61602627 and refund my total amount.

          I request you to immediately call on my below provided mobile number after you have successfully deactivate the service and that there will be no deductions in the future.

              Im abhiraj & my regd mob number [protected] i got a call from one assist team 1 week ago, & i am satisfied with that product. But i says that at the time of call there is no balance in my a/c and they says that its ok we will process you & update after funding. After 1 week i got a 2000 rs transfer from my frien (24/05/2018) d & it need to given his home today. But unfortunatly i got a message that the one assist deducted my balance 1899 from my a/c with out prior notification & without my confirmation. Its frauding coz you guys need to inform befor cutting the same from a/c. Im going through consumer court against this bloody product & i lost my time also. The friend called me for give his money back. Check this & refund my cash immediatly i dont need this fraud prottection. I called the customer care of one assist & the guys say that there is no accout created with my number.. What the f*+ you guys are doing. Cash is not paper mind it? How you can cut my cash from a/c without my permmission. & also there is a message that day i got is "you product purchase is not succesful coz of insufficient funds" this message you can. But when cutting tyme???/ i need a answer today itself

                I purchsed a cellphone on 15th may 2017 along with oneassist protect insurance plan and i met with an accident around a month ago and cellphone damaged. I submit a claim under sr # 3147603 to get repair or settle the claim. I m just emailing and calling to the customer care for multiple weeks but there is no satisfactory answer and still waiting for a long to get pick up nd repaired my accidently damaged handset.

                If you claim then daily demand new docs for upload after that they said you are late and your claim has been closed

                  A plan was activated for my wallet insurance, yesterday. I was told it was for free protection. I never asked for such a protection, and never gave consent to pay 1899/-. They deceivingly asked me my debit card number and now claim they have the recorded consent. I want to de-activate the plan and get 100% refund. I called the customer service and they say they can only downgrade the plan and refund only 800-900 rupees. Also they claim that one assist is mentioned in the terms and conditions of the debit card when i purcahsed, but i never saw it, and have talked to the bank branch representatives who have no knowledge of such a 'fraudelent' company. Please help me to recover my 1899/- rupees.
                  Also, terms and conditions on one assist website clearly say one can claim 100% refund for cancellation of a plan within a period of 0-30 days

                      I received a call which was not properly understood by me. I found rs 1899/ deducted from my account no [protected] and my customer id[protected] with axis bank ltd. While deducting the amount my debit card was used ending four digit 8376.
                      It was deducted on 23.5.2018.
                      Please deactivate the same immediately and refund my amount in above mentioned saving bank account.

                        As i have already raised a complaint 2 months back regarding the one assist plan activation in my bank account. Then i got a call from your side that i can deactivate this service in the month of may 2018 as the service amount is getting deducted in the month of june every year. Now i have been making the complaint in the month of may. So now can you please deactivate this service of amount getting deducted very year 2000 rs i dont want this service for protecting my atm cards...

                        And also for this year 2018 i dont want the amount should get deducted from my account.

                        Can you please take an action on this as soon as possible.

                          I have been calling oneassist to discontinue their services. They either have poor network or poor solutions. I am calling to unsubscribe from their service but the minute i say that to the customer care agent says they cannot hear me or i cannot hear them and the call gets disconnected.

                          This is a really cheap strategy to ensure someone is unable to discontinue a service.

                          Kindly look into it as they have mailed me that they will be deducting 1799 from my account in the next month. Without asking me for permission to do so.

                          This is completely incorrect as a consumer, i should have the right to decide if money should be debited from my account.

                            The oneassist company called me and told me it is an free service but after that 1899 money debited by my account. When i called to them they told me they activated oneassist service on my account there fore they debited 1899. When i told them cancel this plan and credit my money to my account they are telling sorry sir we can credit only 900 to your account..

                            I Received SMS from ICICI that RS-1899/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. and when i called to cancel the plan onAssist team telling we can refund only 900/- but i want my full money because its not my fault..

                              I am rajesh kumar a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has activated one assist without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and outstanding amount. I am calling the hdfc customer care visited the bank and also called one assist. But theirs no response so please do the needful. I don't need your security.

                                  They r cheat... They told that we cover all the damage and liquid damage mobile before purchasing the plan... After few months later.. My screen will break accidentally and claim the on oneassist... After completed my all details... They told me wait for 48hr to process your claim, and am waiting for call there is no call from there side and close my claim without any information... What happened, why close my claim, when am i call at there customer care number they can’t explain me why they closed my claim... They have no reason to describe to me... Plz help me... Am waisted my money on oneassist

                                    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs 1399 - deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Hdfc customer rang information.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                        My service request no. Is 3150333 i have raised a claim on 3/05/2018 and till now no one has picked up my phone i was told that it takes 48hours to pick up my handset and 15days to complete the claim its been 19days and all your verification team has given me is irrelevant reasons to waste my time and verify a very simple thing that my phone slipped from my hand words are not enough to explain my frustration call me. After checking my claim as per what i know if i'm alone on a bike it means i am the one who will be riding the bike it took them 19days just to understand a very simple thing will never use one assist or any services my handset is supposed to be picked up today but i can't wait for another 15days for my phone to be fixed i can get it done in few hours for 1500 i paid 1549 for the insurance and i have taken three days leave from work so that my handset can be picked up i want compensation for wasting my time and all i got in the last 19days is empty promises and sum reasons to waste my time. Check the record you will understand
                                        Look forward to hear from at least someone who is human your customer service and verification team is illiterate you guys are cheaters. I want my phone to be fixed asap.
                                        I will never recommend one assist to my whole generation ever again you guys have miserably failed to deliver what you promise while selling the insurance instead of providing uninterrupted service you have interrupted my job and you can't do anything about it. I wish it was america or some developed country i would have dragged you down to court but it's india everyone is corrupted.
