Hello one assist
I am rajesh kumar a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has activated one assist without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and outstanding amount. I am calling the hdfc customer care visited the bank and also called one assist. But theirs no response so please do the needful. I don't need your security.

They r cheat... They told that we cover all the damage and liquid damage mobile before purchasing the plan... After few months later.. My screen will break accidentally and claim the on oneassist... After completed my all details... They told me wait for 48hr to process your claim, and am waiting for call there is no call from there side and close my claim without any information... What happened, why close my claim, when am i call at there...

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs 1399 - deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Hdfc customer rang information.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs.2999/- got deducted from my credit card without my permission.

Oneassit plan got renewed without any information. The amount got deducted without my confirmation.

I called to your customer care, your executive transferred the call to some other number and nobody is attending the call, for the past 3 days i am calling to your customer care number...

I have called their customer care service ([protected]) several times, they are not de-activating/terminating their services on my account.

Request you to kindly deactivate their service as soon as possible.

Amount of rs/- 1399 has been deducted and one assist membership is renewed. I do not want the one assist membership for card ending 8520.
The relationship number is 2100998. Please cancel the membership and refund the full amount as i have not asked to renew the membership otherwise i will have to take legal route.
