Please arrange tocancel the one assist membership of hdfc cr card. I received the statement mail though i have not given my concent auto debited and projected in the statemene on02/06/2018. Stating one assisist mfee rs2999/-. I request yoy to cancel the membership and credit the amount to my credit card and advise by mail.

Screen is not visible.
Phone is still in working condition.
Sometime screen is visible and sometime black screen appears with minimal light.
Infact i just randomly slide my screen up to pick the call when i hear my phone's ringtone.

I am using icici credit card, last year i had raised a request to cancel the one assist service on my account. i had a call with service provider last year he said he will cancel your service starting next year. but still, the amount was deducted today after cancellation.

I asked ur oneassist team member to cancel my subscription last year same time and that # said v can't do it nw n next yr v ll do. And nw again u have deducted money frm my card as a fee. I want my money back n stop tat bloody subscription.

I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of rs1399 from my credit card ending 7238.

On 21/5/2018 received a mail, your plan cancellation is under process but refund of money hasn't received till date no response. So, pls do the needful
