My plan got activated without my permission and money 1899 got deducted from my icici bank account. I want my money back. I called customer care 10 times but did not respond well. They are very irresponsible and cut the call in between.

I have just attended a call from bank on 28 may 2018 about one assist wallet security plan and i confirmed subscription by mistake. Rs 1899 was debited from my account with out any authorization. I was unaware about the subscription charge. So i asked for cancellation and 100 % refund. But their representative called me and told me that only rs 900 can be refunded. I asked ur oneassist team member to cancel my subscription last year same time and that # said v can't do it nw n next yr v ll do. And nw again u have deducted money frm my card as a fee. I want my money back n stop tat bloody subscription.
