Hi,

I have already raised complaint regarding cancelling the one-assist membership. I have clearly mentioned that rs.2999 will be debited from my account on 6/6/2018. So please process on the cancellation soon in my previous complaint

But the amount of rs.2999 has been deducted from my account. Now amount has been debited from my account. Kindly cancel the membership on one-assist. Please re-fund the debited amount (2999) to my account.

    Cancellation and refund
    I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after that on same day i got a confirmation call i told them that first i will ask from the bank and then i will think about it. But they automatically activated this plan. I told them to deactivated this plan but they didn't. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan.

    Please make sure to deactivate this plan.

      Hi, i received a text msg from hdfc bank oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card that a sum of rs.1899/- and it has been done so without my consent or permission. Seriously, i don't need any such plan. I am really really seeking ways to deactivate it and refund my money. Please deactivate this oneassist plan and refund my money asap.

        Your staff automatically renews plans without even so much as asking us...? You use our credit card information for autopayment without our approval. And when i want to cancel - you people say 50% amount will be refunded...!!!
        Firstly - you use our details to automatically withdraw money from our credit card account - and you guarantee its safety...??
        First guarantee that you guys will not make any transactions from our accounts without our knowledge...!!!
        You are cheats and frauds!!
        I've attended 20 calls from your customer service and none made any sense.

            I was travelling in uber when i reached my office i found my phone missing.
            My phone has feature of tracking the location. When i tracked the location it was showing the location of the uber car. I followed the uber car via location and even reached to the location of car but the cab driver denied.
            I have filed the fir of the theft also.
            Insurance company not processing the refund even the case is clear theft.

                    I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card & made in emi with another rs. 100 emi conversion fee deduction then again deduction of rs. 459 and rs. 20.

                    Kindly cancel this plan & refund the deducted amount and request you to don't activate any plan or service without customer information. This is unacceptable that you activate any service without information of customer. Please deactivate and don't deduct amount.

                      Cancellation of one assist membership
                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 9655, without my concern last year, and i call back costomer service they told next year only we possible to cancell the membership, and also i am not used that and i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.                         With out my confirmation, they can deduct rs. 2999/- in my hdfc credit card. I already contact hdfc bank they told that contact one assist they will refund you. Subsequetly i called so many times but that customer care number is not working. My one assit membership id is [protected].
                        I dont want to continue one assist service. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.

                              This bears reference to sms dated 21/5/2018 regarding the renewal of One Assist Membership of Relationship No.: 2124954 Plan : Power Individual,
                              I am no longer interested in renewing the said membership
                              However I find you have charged an amount for renewal on 24/5/2018 which I haven't authorised you. Kindly credit back the amount

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1360/- from my credit card number ending with 7500 without my concern on date:02/06/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. I have already applied for the cancellation request of one assist membership on dated 27th may 2018 and i have a copy this cancellation request by email through of one assist. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount. Please find attachment photo copy.

                                    My plan got activated without my permission and money 1899 got deducted from my icici bank account. I want my money back. I called customer care 10 times but did not respond well. They are very irresponsible and cut the call in between.

                                    Customer care people called me so many times and troubling me for 1 hr n more to talk and listen to them. They are giving discounts and offers to continue and when i denied they said we can't assure you how much money will be refunded.
                                    When they called for giving information about one assist then they called more than 10 times until unless I don't listen to them. This is what they even told me on the called. On call they don't ask you for confirmation or anything. They just give you information and our okay they consider as they are allowed to deduct amount from our account. This is what they stated on call when they called after raising complaint here. This is complete fraud and manipulation also very annoying. I want my complete money to be refunded. 1899/-

                                      I had bought a mobile protection plan from oneassist and made payment of rs 1599 on 10th april, 2018. I also received mail from them stating that the payment had been successful and i was just one step away from activation. I was given a link and when i went into it i was taken to its app where i was asked to create my profile. I did so. My relationship no. Generated as 4130724.
                                      I had also uploaded images of my mobile. However, i received a mail next day i. E. On 11th apr, saying that they could not activate my oneassist membership as the images were not clear enough. I was given a link but it was of no use as there were no option to upload documents. I wrote a mail to them at the same time that it was not giving me an option to upload. After that, i have never ever got any reply from them with solution. Every time they send me the same link whenever i contact them where there is no option o[censored]ploading documents. I have called them, mailed them, chatted with them, but have never got a solution. On calls i am kept on wait for more than an hour at times, perhaps till i lose my patience and close the call myself. I am always transferred from one department to another, everytime waiting for few minutes before i am connected, many a times, for 20 min, sometimes for 45 min, once for an hour, but have never been given a solution. Still waiting for it. I want it to be activated and nothing more.

                                      Proactive steps were taken by the company. They called us, emailed us, confirmed us of what they required and what they received. All happened within a week. Finally, the plan is activated, which is what I wanted.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am still waiting for your confirmation, even after sending you the required images. We did receive a call from your side on the first day and was given an email id. But no one has even replied to the mail that we had sent on that email id with images attached to it.

                                      Could you please take immediate action on it. I have another tab to get insured but am not doing so until this gets resolved.
