Sir,

With out my confirmation, they can deduct rs. 2999/- in my hdfc credit card. I already contact hdfc bank they told that contact one assist they will refund you. Subsequetly i called so many times but that customer care number is not working. My one assit membership id is [protected].
I dont want to continue one assist service. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.

    Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

        I got my money back because I complain again One assist on below RBI email

        Banking Ombudsman, Chandigarh
        This bears reference to sms dated 21/5/2018 regarding the renewal of One Assist Membership of Relationship No.: 2124954 Plan : Power Individual,
        I am no longer interested in renewing the said membership
        However I find you have charged an amount for renewal on 24/5/2018 which I haven't authorised you. Kindly credit back the amount

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1360/- from my credit card number ending with 7500 without my concern on date:02/06/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. I have already applied for the cancellation request of one assist membership on dated 27th may 2018 and i have a copy this cancellation request by email through of one assist.               My plan got activated without my permission and money 1899 got deducted from my icici bank account. I want my money back. I called customer care 10 times but did not respond well. They are very irresponsible and cut the call in between.

              Customer care people called me so many times and troubling me for 1 hr n more to talk and listen to them. They are giving discounts and offers to continue and when i denied they said we can't assure you how much money will be refunded.
              When they called for giving information about one assist then they called more than 10 times until unless I don't listen to them. This is what they even told me on the called. On call they don't ask you for confirmation or anything. They just give you information and our okay they consider as they are allowed to deduct amount from our account. This is what they stated on call when they called after raising complaint here. This is complete fraud and manipulation also very annoying. I want my complete money to be refunded. 1899/-

                I had bought a mobile protection plan from oneassist and made payment of rs 1599 on 10th april, 2018. I also received mail from them stating that the payment had been successful and i was just one step away from activation. I was given a link and when i went into it i was taken to its app where i was asked to create my profile. I did so. My relationship no. Generated as 4130724.
                I had also uploaded images of my mobile. However, i received a mail next day i. E. On 11th apr, saying that they could not activate my oneassist membership as the images were not clear enough. I was given a link but it was of no use as there were no option to upload documents. I wrote a mail to them at the same time that it was not giving me an option to upload. After that, i have never ever got any reply from them with solution. Every time they send me the same link whenever i contact them where there is no option o[censored]ploading documents. I have called them, mailed them, chatted with them, but have never got a solution. On calls i am kept on wait for more than an hour at times, perhaps till i lose my patience and close the call myself. I am always transferred from one department to another, everytime waiting for few minutes before i am connected, many a times, for 20 min, sometimes for 45 min, once for an hour, but have never been given a solution. Still waiting for it. I want it to be activated and nothing more.

                I am still waiting for your confirmation, even after sending you the required images. We did receive a call from your side on the first day and was given an email id. But no one has even replied to the mail that we had sent on that email id with images attached to it.

                      I have just attended a call from bank on 28 may 2018 about one assist wallet security plan and i confirmed subscription by mistake. Rs 1899 was debited from my account with out any authorization. I was unaware about the subscription charge. So i asked for cancellation and 100 % refund. But their representative called me and told me that only rs 900 can be refunded. As i am referred from their website 100% refund is possible if cancellation is with in a month. So kindly refund the amount debited from my account after cancelling the plans i have been subscribed.

                        Hello team,

                        I received sms from icic bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                        I requested to cancel the policy and refund the total amount 1399/ but they refunded 399 rupees. I called them and asked about the remaining amount, they were telling the plan is activated.

                        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                        I tried to call them multiple times to deactivate the policy but they used to convenience to get the policy without my interest. Now they are telling we will not refund the full amount.

                        Thanks for your reply mail. As requested i have sent mail my registered mobile number. Please help me asap.

                        I need refund the remaining amount 1000 rupees. I dont accept any deductions on that amount.

                        Note: When i requested to cancel the policy, some one used to call me and telling next level team will contact you and cancel the policy, but still i haven't received any call. Also those ### was telling i will not get full amount.

                        The ### has taken amount from me without my permissions...Now they are telling we have recordings that i accepted the policy.
                        I have checked with my friends that One assist team will do like this.

                        If i wont get my amout, i will show you hell !!

                          Screen is not visible.
                          Phone is still in working condition.
                          Sometime screen is visible and sometime black screen appears with minimal light.
                          Infact i just randomly slide my screen up to pick the call when i hear my phone's ringtone.

                          Basically, now i am unable to operate anything except call pick up and hang up or you can say that my phone is left not as a touch-screen handset but as a hearing-aid set which is operatable only when someone call.

                              I am using icici credit card, last year i had raised a request to cancel the one assist service on my account. i had a call with service provider last year he said he will cancel your service starting next year. but still, the amount was deducted today after cancellation.
                              I was told it will be cancelled yet it is not

                                I received email and sms from hdfc bank that fee amount 1, 399 has been deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                  My oneassist plan is auto activated. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my hdfc credit card.
                                  My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it.

                                  Kindly refund it soon as it was charged without any consent.

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 30/5/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                                    Cancellation of one assist membership
                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number without my concern on date:24/04/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                      This month i saw my hdfc credit card statement..in this statement 2500 deducted from one assistant.. Without my knowledge how u people are deducted from my credit card.. Before joined to one assistant, customer said one time only one amount will deduct from ur card.. But why every year deducting amount.. Please call corresponding person to give solution for my problem
