I received a bill on my hdfc credit card for rs-1899/- saying it was deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team saying that they can only partially refund my amount as i had complained about this after 30 days. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
Please deactivate and refund my full money asap

    Dear sir
    I have called several times one assist to cancel the plan. They have activated the plan without my permission from my hdfc credit card and every day one assist executive is calling me and tells me that they will cancel the plan in 48hrs but no action is taken by they. I am feedup with their behaviour.. Plz help me out. They are not cancelling my plan and also not refunding my amount on 9/05/2018 i have asked them to cancel but every day they are making excuses and not cancelling the plan.

      When i purchased the insurance then the customer executive told me the how much amount will you get for the settlement
      1. Actually according to the company if my mobile's repairing estimate is 80% or more than the company will give me settlement according to the mobiles market value and my mobiles market value now 23k-25k

      2.in claim procedure sometimes the customer executive didn't provide me the correct information about the mail and uploading sometimes they send me the wrong message regarding the uploading the document and date for the uploading

        I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same few days back. On 10th may 2018, i received an sms to my mobile no. (I. E)."transaction of rs, 1399 has been made on kotak credit card on 10 may. On one assist."

        The above mentioned one assist solutions company has debited my credit card account without giving any information. I am not given any request and any confirmation from my end.

        Further, i don't want any assistance from the above referred company.

        Hence i request you to refund the amount rs.1, 399/- to my credit card account, immediately.

              Am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 6452 without my concern on date:09/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more, i also told to hdfc customer care & one assist customer care department on the very same day when i got message that if i am not interested how can you process without my concern.. So cancel the membership and refund the same asap.

                Hi team,

                I bought an iphone on 20-sep[protected]/-) with an insurance plan covering accidental and water damage (Ma damage protection plan 15k-25k) with it from one assist worth rs. 1799/- (100% cashless).
                I was told while buying the plan that in case of any damage i will have to inform one assist and they will take my phone and submit it to authorized service center and on the basis of estimation they will take further action like if the damage would be less than 80% then my handset will be repaired or if the damage will be more than 80% (Ber/total loss) then company would provide replacement for the same. (And no excess charges will be taken from me as it was 100% cashless service) and meanwhile they will provide me a courtesy handset.

                So, after using phone for around 4 months and few more days. My phone fell on a floor in office in feb. Means accidental damage happened.
                So next day i called one assist and informed for the same.
                Now as per the process they told me to submit all the required documents on the tool and told me the whole process. And they clearly said that if it would be repairable, company will repair it else they will replace it.

                So i submitted my phone to one assist (Delivery guy) but they did not give me any courtesy phone, for which i contacted them at customer care and they said request has been raised but till today i didn't get any courtesy handset.

                Anyways. After some time i got a mail that service center has provided estimation amount as 22075/-. And now the approval is pending with insurance team.
                After delaying for long, they arrive at a decision of paying me 15246/- as a settlement amount. And saying that market value is lower than invoice amount so they are giving me this amount after deducting 4750/- as depreciation and excess amount.
                Also, they mentioned wrong detail in mail saying my handset purchase date is 1/09/2016 and date of damage is 27/feb/2017.

                I am attaching invoice to show that date of purchase was 20 sep 2016 not 1 sep.
                And date of damage is 27 feb 2016.

                After asking so many time with one assist, they are saying it is insurance company decision and they can not do anything.

                I should have gotten a replacement. I am not satisfied with this at all.
                They have started ignoring my case and telling me either take money or your damaged piece.

                They are trying to save their money by giving me this amount.

                Please help.

                Since you people made the past complaint "RESOLVED" by your own ...so I thought lemme post a new one .
                and here ...check the latest detail on that case...

                Hey Team and all the users who visit this page, must read this.

                This company is such careless that after requesting so many times they neither replied nor took any action on my complaint.

                So I went to the consumer court on April 2017 and fought this case legally. there also they didn't show up and ultimately after giving all the proofs to judges. I won this case on 23 April 2018.
                after winning the case, I did exactly what the court member told me to do..i.e. I mailed them the court order copy and they are ordered to either repair my phone to my satisfaction or will refund the money along with litigation amount, but still these people are not taking action on that mail. they just sent automated replies that they will get in touch in 48hrs but they never do. My iphone 5S is with them for more than a year now and they are just chilling. I really request other people please be careful when you buy plan from such a irresponsible company.

                Anyway.. I am here pasting the images of court order and you people can see how ireseponsible this company would have been that they didn't even have a courage to come in court and now that I have won the case they are not even replying. if anybody want I can show you full email communication with this company that how easily they get away with them like nothing happened.

                  I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399/- from my credit card for one assist plan, this is really bad how can you make such kind of transactions without my knowledge and hence i request to deactivate one assist plan and refund money back in my account as soon as possible.

                      I am not apply for one assist without information debit my credit card amount. I am calling to customer care "one assist" for cancellation. They are not considering the cancellation request. Since i raised the request. While speaking you (One assist) are very polite. But that is not the solution for my problem. I want my money (Rs.1399) back to my account. This should happen soon. Take necessary actions to revert the money for me. I am not willing to stay in the plan.
                      Debited on my card ending with xx1605 date 05/05/2018 one assist mfee 1399.00
                      So cancel this plan in urgent basis and return my money in my account. And follow your policy cancellation rule point 6 under 6.4. And return my money.

                            From my credit card 2499 was auto debited for one assist. I was not asked for auto renual. At the time of registration itself i have made them clear i don't want auto renal. They also have incorrect mail i'd of mine. When asked for cancellation they try to convince me not to cancell and asking to opt for basic plan.
                            Pls take necessary action. I want my money 2499 back.

                              I'm using hdfc credit card ending 6652. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 2499 from my credit card

                                I received e-statement from hdfc bank that rs-2080/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 24 april without my permission..Last year i got this service and executive conformed me that they will renew this facility this year only after my approval but they didn't give any call or email and deduct 2080Rs from my credit card.

                                This is clearly a fraud and I will not pay this amount.

                                  Cancellation of one assist membership:922166. With out prior intimation to the customer one assist has debitted1899 Rs from credit card. If we try to reach out customer care also there is no proper response and they are bugging to continue with plan. Totally irritated with this one assist plan and they haven't refunded money till now. And they are providing discount 1000rs now.

                                    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2999/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                    And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                      I am not apply for one assist without information debit my credit card amount. I am calling to customer care "one assist" for cancellation. They are not considering the cancellation request. Since i raised the request. While speaking you (One assist) are very polite. But that is not the solution for my problem. I want my money (Rs.1399) back to my account. This should happen soon. Take necessary actions to revert the money for me. I am not willing to stay in the plan.

                                      So cancel this plan in urgent basis and return my money in my account. And follaw your policy cancellation rule point 6 under 6.4. And return my money.
