I have already call the one assist team to stop services but still worried about they still can charge the anount from my credit card so, please let me know about the status of cancellation request. One think more i have raised request yesterday and today in the morning i have received a small miss call from the one assist beacause the ohone was in my hand and when i try to pick it call get disconnected and from that time i am trying to call one assist but every time is getting rejected by the one assist

Please help

Please cancel my policy before its get auto debited.

    I have subscribed for oneassist walletassist plan last year. But i found the subscription unnecessary and want to unsubscribe. They provide no information on how to opt out of the plan. Rs 2499 was debited from my credit card as renewal fee on 19th april 2018. On 27 april, i received a mail stating based on my verbal consent - the amount has been debited as membership fee. But i never received any calls asking for my permission for renewal.
    I was not able to log in to their page. I called their customer care number and the person who attended said the call has to be redirected to a different department. After which nobody attended the call.

    Any help would be appreciated

      I am abhishek dey, a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited an amount from my credit card number ending with 2443 without my concern on date 28/04/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

      I came to know about this when i got sms
      "dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 2443. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly."

      No one contacted me to take my permission before this.

        I am Sukhwinder Singh, a policyholder of your company. My customer relationship number is 2087113, membership number is [protected] and the registered mobile number is [protected]. I purchased your policy for My MI NOTE 4 on 16.05.2017 and filed one claim for my damaged phone in last week. Yesterday I received my damaged phone after replacing the touchscreen but back penal of my phone is still same. When I filed my claim, I already informed your executive and mentioned in the claim form that back penal is also damaged. I am unable to understand that why you did not replace damaged part of my mobile. Today I talked with Ms. Muskan Singh, the executive at customer care, she said that little damaged back penal not covered under this policy. Can you explain what type of damage covered under my policy? Why you not intimate while customer purchases your policy. Your company making fool to innocent customers? Kindly resolve this issue otherwise I will go consumer forum for this matter because It is a matter of deficiency in service and cheating. Bill of my mobile phone and policy purchased with photos enclosed with this complaint.

Actualy the problem is this is not so usfule service for me and this is only the unusful for me and vest of mony for me. That's why i don't want to continue the service and want quit.

                Suprised that an amount of rs.1, 399/- has been charged to my credit card of hdfc bank without any prior intimation.
                They have not even checked either in writing or via emal or thru phone call of renewing my membership.
                Its normal practice to seek the confirmation of customer before they are charged for renewals.
                I am not interested in renewing my membership with oneassit.
                Therefore i want my entire amount of rs.1, 399/- to be refunded asap.

                  I am hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1599 rs from my credit card number ending with 2971 on every year under one assist fees. This episode happened last 5year also. That time i also complaint about it to bank and company also. But still the complaint is not resolved. Last 5year 9000rs was deducted from my credit card.
                  I am not interested about this service and don't want this service any more. So cancel the plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

                          Already i have submitted complaint regarding this. The complaint id is 1928936. I contacted the oneassist person within 2 days when the phone got damaged. He was not accepting my insurance. Then got to know about the complaints forum from my colleague a week later. I have informed all these to one assist person who again took the complaint and did verification process. Now the claim has been closed with reason "delay in claim intimation". If you guys were not taking immediate action, then what can be done from customer side. After hearing all the details, closing the claim like this reason is not fare. It is like eyewash to do something and again denying the claim.

                            In response to the cited subject i would like to inform you that a laptop protection plan for[protected] was purchased by me from izenica, guwahati vide inv. No. Till[protected] dated 25/02/2018 along with a macbook pro 13" 2017 for unit price rs. 6999.00/- (Laptop protection plan only).

                            And i requested for cancellation of the aforesaid plan to oneassist on 19/04/2018 vide request no 3097939 and at the same time i was requested to wait for 48hrs for communication by oneassist team. But after waiting for 48hrs i did not received any communication on behalf of oneassist team and i tried repeatedly requesting the customer care of oneassist in all possible ways to escalate my process but every time i was give same statement to wait for next 48hrs or call from oneassist team.

                            And finding no way after waiting till date i decided to file a complain against both companies (Oneassist and izenica) at consumer forum vide complain no. 701831.

                            And it is to mention herewith that izenica also attracted in this matter because i was offered this protection plan by one of your attendants at your showroom during purchase of my macbook pro.

                            This is for favour of your kind information for doing the necessary action please.

                              I receive phone calls from oneassist regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.

                              So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
                              I am totally disappointed with this one assist. Im am contacting bank from last 4 months for my refund but i can't recieve any response from both axis bank & oneassist service. Now im planning to go consumer court.

                                Amount of 1899.00 was deducted from my credit card without any intimation or my approval last month. (Feb-march 2018)

                                Due to the same i asked for a full refund of
                                The amount.

                                In the credit card statement of this month, i have received only 949.50 credited to my account. (March-april 2018)
                                I want the other 949.50 to be credited back to my account as well.

                                  Hi,

                                  My mom has received a call from one assist, and without clear intimation on the product, her approval has been taken and money has been debited. She does not want any subscription and wants the money to be refund.

                                  This is the second year an amount of 1899 has been deducted, we already spoke to one assist customer care when this happened last year and no action as taken.

                                  Please remove the subscription and she does not want any protection plan.

                                  I have got SMS from HDFC credit thank you for choosing one assist plan .
                                  Why u r activate this type of plan without customers permission. This type of behaviour is totally unacceptable.
                                  So avoid this think.

                                    Hi,
                                    Please deactivate the oneassist plan "enhanced wa power single plan" with membership id: [protected] associated with my hdfc credit card, and refund the money asap. This plan was activated without my knowledge and permission, so requesting you to deactivate the plan and refund the deducted amount inr 1399 as soon as possible.

                                      Hdfc promoted tge one assist be taken last year. I had specified it shall not be auto renewed. But to my surprise received mail that it will be automatically renewed. When i contacted hdfc they simply say that they have nothing to do. Oneassist customer care is pathetic and they never respond. I had the tailing content mail to one assist but no acknowledgement or confirmation of the plan being terminated. I will be forced to take a hard step in the event money being charged yo my account.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My membership id [protected] is getting expired on 02 may 2018 and i do not require further renewal.

                                      I had contacted the customer care and invariably when it is getting transferred to cancellation department it gets disconnected for reason not known.

                                      Kindly cancel.

                                        I want to cancel this service. Please refund my money.
                                        I called to oneassist call center many times. But they intentionally ignored my complaint.
                                        I'm sure that they tried to avoid providing cancellation service.
