Delay in Delivery of handset claimed for Insurance Hello Everyone, Am writing this mail with the high dissatisfaction regarding my complaint no (109928) as i have handed over my phone on May 23rd for accidental damage and they have taken more than 3 months to replace the handset and they do not have the information that when does the handset would get replaced and also i have payed the extra charges which was not covered under the insurance and after paying they have taken more than 6 weeks to replace the handset and One Assist Customer Representatives are really pathetic as everybody trys to escape instead of helping us out and some representatives names are Shaheen, Ali, Deepa, Manila and particularly who works in the backend department named as Amul he only knows to postpone the things and they are not giving a proper information whom to contact and also they always say that Team Leads or Supervisor are not available in the floor from past 2 months and really not sure how they run the show without Team Leads with this dumb representatives Please look after this complain as i am at the peak level of disappointment as well as frustration for this delay & your fake commitment. Sonavane Address:- Surat, Gujarat, India Mobile No.:- [protected] Email Id: sonar.pradip.[protected]@gmail.com I had purchase “TripAssist” Plan from “OneAssist” (https://www.oneassist.in), actually i got call from “One Assist” and confirm “TripAssist” plan, for that i have paid 599.00 for Annum and this plan detail available on this link “https://www.oneassist.in/tripassist/” and here clearly showing for Rs.599 per Annum. But now they said plan for only one Month. I have call so many time to them but they not give me positive response and if plan for one month then why they showing for Annum. I Hope my complain will be lodged and want to get my money back or renew plan for One year and i wait for your positive response. Please suggest me in this regard if i have to do some thing else.

        Application number MP151907: Premium AD/LD generated for case id : 1195945 Complain filed on 6th. 15 days passed no sign of completing papers. Requesting same set of documents again and again. Customer care is not able to give update wether documents/mails received or not. It appeared that the company is working hard to reject the case. make the customer write many time same document. Ask same questions again and again. No hope for solution.

          One Assist is itself a fraud making company. Without asking me they activated their services and charged them on my credit card. They are associating themselves with some private banks in order to take direct access to customer credit cards and bank accounts. They charge directly from back end to the customers credit cards and bank accounts. If they can breach security of credit card at the time of registration of the service they can certainly breach the security whenever my wallet gets lost. At that time thay would be free to take out money from my credit card as I don't have it. They themselves are attempting fraud and ask us to subscribe their services to prevent fraud.
          This organization should be banned in order to prevent any future frauds that may happen because of them.

            I had purchased insurance during that time they had told that just call us on our toll free number and we will take care of your issue. First I had called toll free number on 27 June 2015 under reference number 1192217 that they told me send the snap shot of mobile of damage, I had sent the snap shot 4 to 5 day's back but no reply. I think this company is fake and even they had told whatever I request we can see on their website. But there no such information on their website Irfan Dehalvi [protected]

              i have given my phone to the insurance company it was told to me that i will get my phone in 15 working days and i will get a stand by phone in 2 days after giving my phone today its all most been a month and till now i have not got my phone or a stand by phone every time i call they tell me that i will get a call from the concerned department in next 24hrs but till now i have not got any call from them

                I have taken policy for my mobile by paying 2999 rupee after some days my mobile got damage and I handed over my mobile to policy assistant but now they said that this is an negligence case we cant repair your mobile. At the time policy selling I have asked lots of time that if my mobile fell down and damaged by me then can I claim for insurance then they said me yes I can claim for the same case, but now they said we didn't told this sentence, but they are recording our call summery while talking with assistant of policy. I wished for the listening of call record but they are ignoring my question. please help me to get my mobile repair or my policy money back. Also i have asked for my money back but they are not giving my money back. Also i didnt got any welcome kit from one assist still yet and they telling they have sent me. This is totally fraud case because at the time of insurance money payment they agree everything and lie to customer that we will do your mobile repair if also felled from your hand. I more times asked before doing insurance about same case and they said yes we will do and that basis i have done insurance. Also my mobile got damaged accidentally but they don't agree that bcoz when mobile damaged that time my hand also damaged by impacting on rod, and i didn't written this point in insurance claim form and only because of this reason they are not repairing my mobile. Please help me get my mobile repair or my policy money back.
                I opted for the One Assist Insurance for my iPhone 5 S, but I am sorry to inform you guys that the services (Claims Department) are just pathetic. They are not even bothered about your loss, once you have made the payment to them. It has been a long time I am chasing them, but no one is ready to respond properly (even after dropping the complaint mail to the Claims Department).

                @Apple,

                Please make sure the tie ups you have with the companies are up to the mark, else it is disgrace on the Apple brand name as well.

                You guys are deployed to make sure that the clients (us) are happy enough with the services offered by One Assist, not to make us go through such a pain without any fault
