Hi sir/madam,

I had taken the policy from one assist of wallet protection. So still i have not received any lost documents like pan card, license, & atm card. Already i logged the compliant before 5 months to one assist, also cunsumer court, but still issue not resolve. This is fake company, so i request you to kindly take the action for the same.

        Hi,

        I want to cancel the one assist subscription. I don't want to renew it ever again. Please make sure that this is canceled, as i had got it canceled last year itself - but i think that no action was taken. If you do not cancel the subscription, i will charge a case of fraud in consumer court for unethically charging money to my credit card.
        I wrote a mail to [protected]@oneassist.in, but the emails don't get delivered. At-least a mail-id from which emails don't get bounced back should be provided. A fake mail-id too.
        I even logged in to the portal, but there is no option to cancel the subscription. There is only one option available - and that is to renew! This is the case of complete fraud.
        I expect a fast and immediate response!

          I am just going through my hdfc credit card statement and saw that on 28th march 2018 inr 1899/- had been deducted from my account for renewal of one assist without intimating me and without my permission. I have not received any message before and after about the renewal. I m continuously calling on customer care number for cancellation the policy, but they are not cancelling the servicing.

          I request you to kindly cancel this policy and refund inr 1899/- back to my account.

              I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on 03/04/2017 and rs. 1399/- on 03/04/2018. Without my permission.. I also got a msg and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card.               I am an HDFC bank credit card holder. I recently received a mail regarding one Assist Membership renewal and that it is auto renewal. I am NOT INTERESTED in the One Assist card protection service anymore. So, cancel the membership and DO NOT RENEW or debit any amount from my card.

                Hello there

                I am really pissed about the auto deducting my money. Today as on 4th april 2018 received a sms saying amount 1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist membership fee. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Even the website doesnt have an option to delete account or stop the auto renewal. I have attached the screenshot as a proof that amount got deducted from account

                I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                      I had started this one assist plan in 2015. But after that i don't feel any useful. So want to discontinue it in 2016. I called to their customer care executive. He convinced me to continue for one more year with 400rs/- discount but with that i also suggest that i don't want this from next year. But they repeated again and that also without any prior consent and information through mail od sms.'
                      And i was well aware that this time also they will make same mistake. So on 8/1/2018 i called to discontinue but they said i will have call from them for renewal that time i can cancel.
                      But this year on 31/3/2018 also they deducted rs 1399/- from my credit card without informing.
                      I called on 2/4/18 for refund but they are not responsive and again insisting to keep 1 more year and giving me discount 400/-.
                      Please help me to cancel my plan and to get refund full amount of 1399/-.

                        Cancellation of one assist membership

                                I didn't got any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me rupees towards for one assist subscription. When i called to hdfc and one assist people they told they they will deactivate but the thing is only half money they have credited, what about other half as i did not get any intimation before activating this service. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription and credit the entire amount back to my hdfc credit card ending with 6075, other wise cancel my credit card.
                                Kindly refund and deactivate this service on urgent basis.'don't activate this type of service in future
                                I am not happy with your service i have not opted for this policy and please refund my money back as soon as possible.

                                  I got a call from icici bank where in they informed me about the one assist policy. I clearly refused to accept the policy. Even then they have registered my membership and debited rs 1899. Now as per their standard terms and conditions i am asking for a termination of this policy, to which they are clearly denying. Please help me. I don't want this policy and want refund of money.

                                  I got a post from one assist about the membership and that my acc has been debited by rs 1899. I clearly refused for the membership but they without my concern had registered me. Now they are not terminating my membershil although that is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions that i can terminate the policy. I want my membership to be terminated and want my refund.

                                    I recieved a call from your agent on 26th march 2018 about this and i agreed to it but later on realised that i don't need this plan. So on the very same day after 30 minutes i called back to deactive the wallet but instead they assured me that after 72 hours i will get my refund and my account will be deactivated but today when i called they are refusing to do so and are not refunding my money. I want my deducted amount of rs 1899 to be credited back to my account and my wallet to be deactivated.

                                      I am using hdfc credit card my card number [protected] last year i subscribe one assist service without knowledge but last year i cancelled the service also they refunded me also cancelled this service. But they deduct amount from my credit card without intimate also i called one assist customer care this one week i talked more about deactivate my services but every one talk more times about one assist features and benefits but not considered my request so i would like deactivate this service also refund my amount 1399 to my account

                                        This company one assist is charging unsolicited fees that has to be brought to attention. The company presented itself as cc insurance company and i subscribed to its serves for the year 2017-18. However, i did not intend to continue their services for 2018-19. The company if it folows professional conduct should have atleast given a notice of renewal.
                                        However, the company seems to be a fraud company engaged in looting customers without their consent which requires seroius action.
                                        My hdfc cc no: 4893 77xx xxxx 7037 has been charged by one assist without even my consent for rs 1899 on 9 march 2018.
                                        I request the company to refund the amount as i don;t intend to avail their services (If at all they provide any) or else face action
