I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7694 without my concern on date: 7/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

My relationship number of One Assist plan (wallet) is 1786928 . This plan has been renewed without my consent and money deducted from my ICICI bank account . Last year also I had requested for cancellation of the plan through email and customer care number but even then amount was not refunded.This act is illegal . Its my request to cancel the plan and refund the money.

This is jagdish rayte from malegaon taluka using hdfc credit card 5459*597774.. I was with 2 polices without my confirmation or concern... This is such a illegal act to use my funds as per their requirement... How can any executive do such act...
