Got an sms today from icici bank showing money deduction of rs 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 08-mar-18. It will be completed in 1 wkg day. The money was deducted withour even my consent called cancellation department 3 times but there was no confirmation msg received that plan has been cancelled or anything last year this the same thing happened told them to cancel but they didnt do it but just repeated the same mistake n deducted without any consent and the confirmation calls are just waste because they keep arguing and dont confirm it and then lie i want my refund asap and i dont want to use any of your services ever as i dont need it surely not ever from your company.
Please deactivate the services and refund my money asap
