deactivate one assist plan

Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

auto renewal of one assist plan without my permission

My relationship number of One Assist plan (wallet) is 1786928 . This plan has been renewed without my consent and money deducted from my ICICI bank account . Last year also I had requested for cancellation of the plan through email and customer care number but even then amount was not refunded.This act is illegal . Its my request to cancel the plan and refund the money.

This is jagdish rayte from malegaon taluka using hdfc credit card 5459*597774.. I was with 2 polices without my confirmation or concern... This is such a illegal act to use my funds as per their requirement... How can any executive do such act... I had charged on 12/02/2018 firstly by one assist fee of 1899 rs and then after with hdfc ergo policy of 13651 rs.. This both are huge amount and i had never agreed for such policies......

hdfc credit card debit for one assist mfee
