    One assist plan — cancellation & refund my amount

    I received sms from axis bank rs-1899/- deducted from my deit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto-renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      I am a icici bank debit card holder. An amount of rs 1899 has been deducted from my account without my permission.

      I had requested a cancellation of the plan through the icici banks customer care but the call was never properly connected and answered.

      I am not interested in any such plan (Enhanced wa privilege single plan) so plaease make sure that the amount is refunded and the plan is deactivated.

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 9759 without my concern on date:15/03/2018.           Hi,

          I received sms from hdfc bank credit card that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card for one assist plan. On 6:57 pm. 10 march 2018 this amount has been deduct without my permission.
          I called up the customer care team they told the amount will be refunded to my account within 24 hrs.
          Yet the amount is not refunded till date.
          Please look into the matter at the earliest and revert to the mail as soon as possible.

              It was 20 jan 2018 when i ask for the claim. My service request number 2787034 is this. I own a macbook air 13 for which i claimed the
              Request. From then they took around one month after a lot of call and correspondence they picked my laptop on 21 feb 2018 and later they mailed me up for the estimate of 42100 from the service center and further mailed that they have forwarded the concern to national insurance company. After this mail on 21/02/2018 they are responding with the same excuse of national insurance company and they have nothing to say.

              Its a long time. I need help...

              Due respect that with any information a amount of RS 1399 is debit from my credit card and activate One Assist plan which is totally unknown from my end. Also I am not interested it. So i want to deactivate the One Assist service of my credit card and refund the amount.

                Thanks for deactivated the said plan
                How can plan renew without intimation or confirmation from me to continue plan.
                For your knowledge charges debited on 16.03.18 and plan renewal date was also 13.03.18.as we got information about auto deduction of payment. I contacted to One assist.
                In this regard please refund the amount rs.1899 that is totally illegal charges which you have you had charged

                    I I complaint my damage handset to one assist so many times but they are fooling me asking me to submit documents again and again and they not calling me and they are not giving me the insurance of my damaged handset.                         My membership id: [protected]. I have been raising request to close my account since last 2 years since the service is not been used but they are not closing the account. They are auto renewing the membership without my authorization on my hdfc bank credit card. The site does not permit me to remove the credit card details nor there phone numbers are reachable. There is not option to cancel the subscription.

                        For speaking to hdfc credit card customer care, authorization is required but when i spoke to hdfc customer care they are as well not cancelling the transaction.

                            Once my mobile screen was cracked and asked them to repair. They have told the screen was cracked 48 hours back so you need to complain 48 hours before so rejecting, ok they was the reply from them after 48 hours what would i say. Later mobile fell in water and gave complain again within 48 hours, they are asking me so many question asking me the invoice the pics of the phone and previous job card y it was rejected. Its a week now and they haven't turned up. Worst service. Its better go to a local repair shop and make it repaired

                                Hi
                                I am using hdfc credit card ending with 5235. Yesterday (03/13/2018) an amount of 1399 deducted from my a card with description oneassist mfee.
                                I didn't get any call/message/email regarding this. Please deactivate my subscription and refund my amount full. I already registered a complaint through hdfc. Complaint no. [protected]. This card is with my wife's name shaik ashmath.

                                I sent email to [email protected] for cancellation an also raised a complaint with HDFC bank. They called me and tried to convince about their product. They even offered 399 concession and asked me to continue with them for one more year. This company is not professional. There is no proper way of communication. Their toll free number is always busy.

From morning your agent calling and explaining the product again. He is bargaining to return 100, 200... just like street vendor.I DONT WANT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.                                   Few years ago one hdfc customer service executive advised me for one assist membership to protect my debit and credit cards. Since then the membership fees are being auto debited from my credit card.
                                  This one assist membership is no longer required by me.
                                  I talked to the customer care (Both one assist and hdfc credit card division) for deactivation and cancellation of the membership. But they were reluctant to cancel my membership.

                                    Hello,

                                    I enquired about the mobile insurance plan from one assist couple of days back (My biggest mistake). After that i keep getting 2 to 3 calls and email on daily basis. I have explained stupid executives that put my number on do not call list after that i am also getting calls from your company.

                                    My number is on dnd already if i am getting more calls form your stupid company. Seriously i will register a complaint against you.

                                      Received a sms that rs 699 will be refunded within 7 days but the actual plan fee debited was rs 1399. Why you keep the 700?

                                      I went through your refund policy it is mentioned that the lookout period is 30days and the plan fee will be refunded if the cancelation request is made within this period.

                                      Fyi the plan was activated on 7th feb and i requested the cancellation on 15th feb via email. The mail was sent from my registered mail id to [protected]@oneassist.in.

                                      As there was no response i bought the issue to this forum on 9th march. So i requested the cancellation during the lookout period and i haven't registered any of my cards with one assist.

                                      Refund the money you debited from my account.

                                        Got an sms today from icici bank showing money deduction of rs 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 08-mar-18. It will be completed in 1 wkg day. The money was deducted withour even my consent called cancellation department 3 times but there was no confirmation msg received that plan has been cancelled or anything last year this the same thing happened told them to cancel but they didnt do it but just repeated the same mistake n deducted without any consent and the confirmation calls are just waste because they keep arguing and dont confirm it and then lie i want my refund asap and i dont want to use any of your services ever as i dont need it surely not ever from your company.

                                        Please deactivate the services and refund my money asap
