One assist plan — cancellation & refund my amount

I received sms from axis bank rs-1899/- deducted from my deit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto-renewed without my approval or even not intimated....

I am a icici bank debit card holder. An amount of rs 1899 has been deducted from my account without my permission.

I had requested a cancellation of the plan through the icici banks customer care but the call was never properly connected and answered.

I am not interested in any such plan (Enhanced wa privilege single plan) so plaease make sure that the amount is refunded and the plan is deactivated.

Hi,

I received sms from hdfc bank credit card that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card for one assist plan. On 6:57 pm. 10 march 2018 this amount has been deduct without my permission.
I called up the customer care team they told the amount will be refunded to my account within 24 hrs.
Yet the amount is not refunded till date.
Please look into the matter at the earliest and revert to the mail as soon...

I I complaint my damage handset to one assist so many times but they are fooling me asking me to submit documents again and again and they not calling me and they are not giving me the insurance of my damaged handset. They are fooling people just like me they did not give the Insurance claim to any people where there handset got damaged I think so like me please take an action as soon as possible on one assist...

Once my mobile screen was cracked and asked them to repair. They have told the screen was cracked 48 hours back so you need to complain 48 hours before so rejecting, ok they was the reply from them after 48 hours what would i say. Few years ago one hdfc customer service executive advised me for one assist membership to protect my debit and credit cards. Since then the membership fees are being auto debited from my credit card.
This one assist membership is no longer required by me.
