I am not intrested in one assist plan. I have received a sms from hdfc cc & one assist that a sum of rs 1399/- will be debited from my account for one assist membership. Kindly cancelled it. My credit card no..4523. One assist membership no.1810719. This is to informed you that this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging is unbearable as i have not started hdfc cc & not even generated my pin.

    Sir/mam i bought one assist insurance for my smartphone which cost me around 3840 rupees for my mobile security as physical and liquid damage protection after some time i accidentally damage my smartphone so i head to file a claim i had done all the paper work 10 days ago from present date but they are just giving me dates or. They just told me our concern team is verifying your documents we will request you to wait 48 hours. Dear sir mam please help me to get my claim

      One assist customer service has enrolled me for a membership of rs 1899 on first time fee.

      I want to cancel that service of one assist because i dont want this feature to be activated. Your customer care assistant made me enrolled in this feature compulsarily.
      So i like to cancel that before my first bill is recieved

          To one assist

          As per earlier conversation i got information from one assist that i will get another temporary phone when your representative will pickup my phone for repairing.
          Now on the day of pickup i am getting info that i will get another temporary cell phone after 5 days of pickup.
          Every time i am getting new information. New documents requirement from one assist.
          One of the worst service i am getting from one assist

          Even managers are so busy that they cant even pick up the calls
          Without temporary cell phone don't send any one to pickup my phone
          I have tourism business. 5 min cell switch off will also affect my business and you are asking for 5 days
          Your company representative is telling me that pickup man is normal courier service person. He is not from one assist etc. But that is not my lookout
          I just want as per your commitment only that when you will arrange temporary smart phone then only send someone for pickup

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. You have debited rs. 1899/- from my savings account without any of my knowledge on date:15/03/2018. I didn't expect these kind of activities from oneassist, am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.

            Also tried to reach your customer care # several times, but its of no use. Just cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- asap.

              My self sampath.

              One assist membership fee renewal amount debited from my cc without any indimation, without my knowledge.

              They have directly debited from my credit card, how is it in rules. How bank is setting up a policy like this without customer indimation.

              Atleast they have to indimate to the customer prior that, annual renewal will be charge or like this. But there is no indimations.

              I want refund for the same. Kindly do the needful

                On 8th march oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd deducted rs.1, 386.27 from my credit card. Card no ending with 9193. My hdfc customer care told me that its a membership charge i have pay but i haven't any knowledge about that. Its an unauthorized transaction from my card.

                Kindly cancel my membership if any and process refund. Other wise we will move toward legal process against your company

                Its looking that without legal action this company will not refund amount. Right now there executive call and told that we are refunding only Rs 300 against your payment.

                  I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs 1399 / deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information, i got message that to send stop oa to [protected] to opt out from one assist, which i already did on 3/03/2018. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act. How dare you take my money without my consent never do this again.

From the past two years, every year in june month the amount of 1800 rs is getting deducted from my accout.                         Rs 1899 has been deducted from my debit card against one assist plan activated in my axis debit card. However i am not at all interested in the plan. I want the amount to be refunded back to my card immediately.

                        Axis executive gave wrong information about the plan charges and also said it is mandatorily provided by the bank.

                        I have not even completed my free look period. So, i want full amount to be refunded to my card as i do not wish to continue.

                          Hi,

                          A membership fee of 1899 rupees has been deducted from my hdfc credit card account without prior notification or intimation for one year membership of oneassist. I installed the app last year as requested by hdfc and gave the details for one year free membership. Now, without prior notice, they deducted an amount of 1899 without my permission and afterwards send me a message. I want to deactivate the account and refund of my money. My relationship id is 1826470.

                              I had taken one assist membership last year for rs.1799 but faced immense difficulty in registering my devices on the site, did not get much help from one assist customer support also so decided not to renew its membership. But to my surprise they charged membership fee from my cerdit card without my approval. I lodged a complaint and requested for cancellation of the plan and refund of my deducted amount of rs.1899 on 3rd of march 2018. My cancellation and refund of rs.1899 is still pending.

                                    Sir/mam, i had claimed (Claim sr#2803836) to repair my mobile phone against membership id [protected]. My claim was accepted and i recieved a call on 01 or 02 of february from oneassist representative that "pick up service is not available at your location so please send me your phone on '25/14 east place nagar, crown plaza building, 3rd floor, room number 304 new delhi 110008'." so i courier my phone on this address on 02 february. Then on monday, 05 february about 12 oclock i recieved another call from oneassist representative saying that "wrong address was given to you by mistake, please cancel courier order, and send the phone on"17/4 3rd floor, main market, tilak nagar, behind police booth, mangal bazar road, new delhi 110018". Then i immediately contacted my courier company and they said that your pakage is already delivered. My phone was in the hand o[censored]nkown person. How can the company like oneassist show this type of negligence?, then i travell 400 km to receive my phone from that person. Its costs me 4000 rupees and too much tension. Instead of showing apologies, now they are not willing to repair my phone even after a month, even closed the case by their side. Please help me.

                                    What is this????????? I m waiting for a while for resolution, No one contacts me and I saw my complaint markEd as resolved automatically. Oneassist is Worst company ever i saw. I am Using my broken phone from more than last two months even after getting insurance.

                                      Cancellation of one assist membership
                                      I am a icici bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9005 without my concern on date:01/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/- in my same account at earliest so that i can get my 100% refund.
                                      Also tried to reach your customer care no, but its of no use. Just transfer...

                                        Oneassist consumer solutions — membership fee

                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0111 without my consent on date:14/03/2018. I am not interested in this service and don't want continue this membership any more. Even i called one-assist and hdfc bank customer-care in feb.2018 for discontinuation of one assist service. It is against the consumer rights to forcibly deduct money from my credit card. So immediately cancel this membership and refund my debited amount of rs.1899/- in my account.
