I got a call from icici bank and without my concern they charged me with 1900rs and activated one assist service. Please cancel it on immediate basis
I have called more than 5 times at one assist care but they keeps on saying be on line and they cut call in between. I need full refund as i havent used it yet.

    Hello there

    I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1899/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission..or confirmation i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even even company will debit automatically in my cc this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and i m trying to speak with customer care for cancellation from 3 days there is no response from customer care. They will put our call hold for more than 1 hour and they wont do cancellation. I want to immediate cancellation refund

    Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

        One assist customer care number[protected]
        I have not opted for oneassist plan despite of that i was charged rs1399 by the company from my hdfc credit card. I tried to contact oneassist customer care almost 6 times in last 7 days but my call was never transfered to their subscription cancellation department. I am really fedup with the company.

            I'm INJAMAM UL HOQUE, my relationship ID-4012286, I have purchased a plan for my REDMI NOTE 4, Rs. 1359.15. But now I want to cancel it and wanting refund. Then your customer care saying that for refund I HAVE TO PURCHACE ANOTHER PLAN & then I will get refund.
            But, I don't want to take any risk. So, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET REFUND WITHOUT PAYING MORE.

              Last year once rs 1399 deducted from my account i called your customer care and informed them to deactivate oneassist service.
              But they renrwed without my permission & again this year deducted my rs 1399 from my account without any notification mail or call from oneasiist team
              Please deactivate my account immidiately or i will go for leagal action.
              Even though i am calling to your team they are very very rude & cut my calls.
              As soon as possible deactivate my account & refund my money.

From my savings account no.[protected] and one assist id 597498. I don't need this plan accually please deactivate this plan and refund money asap.

                          I am an hdfc bank credit card holder, card number ending with 9357. I recently received a mail regarding auto-renewal of one assist membership. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. So, cancel the membership and do not auto-renew it and don't debit 1799 from the account.

                            Hello there,

                            An amount of rs-2499/- has been deducted from my hdfc credit card to one assist plan, without my permission. I didnt even get any mail or confirmation message. I dont even know the company. This unauthorized charging for my credit card and using my card without any permission is not at all exceptable.

                              Please note i have received mail from oneassist to auto-renewal of the membership. I am not interested to continue this service. So kindly deactivate the same. You are not allowed to deduct any fund from my credit card.

                                I received sms from axis bank rs - 1899 deducted from my account for one assist service without my permission. I don't want to get facilities from one assist service. She is very care less about her job she is speaking a lie every time when i called. And now she is not responding me & not picking my phone call from 2 months. This is my last month of your service & year. I will not reffer to anyone for company service. I registered complaint on 9 oct 2017 but no respond yet. Now i want my money 1799/- back asap.

                                    On 16/03/18, I made a payment to One Assist (an insurance company) through the service of Zaakpay.com/Instamojo as a third party vendor. I got a receipt for the successful transaction. But Instamojo/Zaakpay.com is denying the payment and OneAssist isn't helping my case either. They have ceased to respond to my e-mails and are not sharing any further information.
                                    I have made another payment on 24/03/18. Still, there is no response from them.
                                    I am attaching the screenshot of my account statement from which I made the payment. It is clear that I made a successful payment on 16/03/18. After that, as of now, I haven't received any refund (cause the third-party vendor is saying that payment was a failure) and it is clearly visible in my account statement that it was a successful transaction and there are no refunds as such.
                                    I have also attached the receipt that was generated when I made the payment.
                                    In spite of providing all the necessary proof, One Assist and Zaakpay.com/Instamojo is still accusing me of failed payment. Due to this glitch, One Assist is not returning my smartphone(which I had given to them for repair as it was insured by them).
                                    Even after making a new payment they are not responding, they have my phone since 8th March and this has caused me a ton of problem. They promised in their plan offer to provide a courtesy handset while mine was under repair. But refused the service saying my city is a non-serviceable area. This company is selling lies and fake promise.Now they aren't even responding. Their customer care no. has no information, authority nor any power to forward the cases. We have to write them e-mails, to which they aren't responding. I request strict actions against such fraudulent companies

                                    I have waited and stressed myself a lot in this claim procedure. Kindly end this dispute. As I am presenting my balance sheet, kindly ask the same from Zaakpay.com/Instamojo.
                                    I have already paid the amount of 345, twice now
                                    There is nothing to gain from this meager amount when compared to my Rs 14999 mobile phone. Kindly ask for documents from
                                    Zaakpay.com/Instamojo, it will save all the time for us

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      Without intimation the amount 1399 on 16 march 2018 as one assist mfee has been deducted from my account hdfc credit card no xx xxxx 4171, one assist fee plan has been upgraded to individual power plan. I really feel sad about your services even i had deactivated your one assist service last year. Now you had upgraded another plan of individual power. This is such ridiculously behave to trap customer like me... I don't want such service to be activate... Again again without any intimate to customer how did you activate such service and trap customer like me.
                                      Please look in these matters seriously and revert deducted money of one assist mfee in my credit card.

                                        I have a insurance of 1400 /- my phone get liquid damage on 2 march but it is working properly at that time but after several days... It drag many problem such as speaker is not working mobile get heated in 10 mint and network is working properly... Insurance comapny is not fileing my complaint or not repairing my phone... Plzz refund my money i m no longer with insurance company
