I have not opted for oneassist plan despite of that i was charged rs1399 by the company from my hdfc credit card. I tried to contact oneassist customer care almost 6 times in last 7 days but my call was never transfered to their subscription cancellation department. I am really fedup with the company.

    Today i have received an sms saying that i have chosen one assist plan and will be charged 1399,
    First of all, i never applied for any kind o[censored]seless service like this, and seriously i don't want this, please cancel my plan and i[censored] have credited any amount please refund that too,
    I have sent a stop oa sms, but still not received any confirmation sms from your side, please do something

    What u guys are thinking?? We will happy with an unwanted service like this??

      Oneassist membership was renewed on my hdfc credit card without my consent despite oneassist explicitly mentioning during initial membership setup that the renewal won't happen unless i wanted it to. I would like to cancel the membership and request a refund of the full amount.

        I am an hdfc bank credit card holder, card number ending with 9357. I recently received a mail regarding auto-renewal of one assist membership. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. So, cancel the membership and do not auto-renew it and don't debit 1799 from the account.

          Hello there,

          An amount of rs-2499/- has been deducted from my hdfc credit card to one assist plan, without my permission. I didnt even get any mail or confirmation message. I dont even know the company. This unauthorized charging for my credit card and using my card without any permission is not at all exceptable.

          Please deactivate the plan and refund my money asap.

            Please note i have received mail from oneassist to auto-renewal of the membership. I am not interested to continue this service. So kindly deactivate the same. You are not allowed to deduct any fund from my credit card.
            I have tried to contact on customer care number[protected] but they have not solved my issue. And also mailed my concerned but i feel they will contact only new customer only they are not interested in existing & exiting customers.

              I received sms from axis bank rs - 1899 deducted from my account for one assist service without my permission. I don't want to get facilities from one assist service. Without permission deduction money one kind of fraud activities. I already contact one assist toll free number but not solve.

              Please deactivate the service and refund my money.

                It was very bad & worst experience with one assist service. Your company knows only how to cheat customer for money. No service no help resolution only listening you company have. I told your employee about my case her named priya ([protected]) in your company. She is very care less about her job she is speaking a lie every time when i called. And now she is not responding me & not picking my phone call from 2 months. This is my last month of your service & year. I will not reffer to anyone for company service. I registered complaint on 9 oct 2017 but no respond yet. Now i want my money 1799/- back asap.

                Totally time waste and money waste with your company.

                  On 16/03/18, I made a payment to One Assist (an insurance company) through the service of Zaakpay.com/Instamojo as a third party vendor. I got a receipt for the successful transaction. But Instamojo/Zaakpay.com is denying the payment and OneAssist isn't helping my case either. They have ceased to respond to my e-mails and are not sharing any further information.
                  I have made another payment on 24/03/18. Still, there is no response from them.
                  I am attaching the screenshot of my account statement from which I made the payment. It is clear that I made a successful payment on 16/03/18. After that, as of now, I haven't received any refund (cause the third-party vendor is saying that payment was a failure) and it is clearly visible in my account statement that it was a successful transaction and there are no refunds as such.
                  I have also attached the receipt that was generated when I made the payment.
                  In spite of providing all the necessary proof, One Assist and Zaakpay.com/Instamojo is still accusing me of failed payment. Due to this glitch, One Assist is not returning my smartphone(which I had given to them for repair as it was insured by them).
                  Even after making a new payment they are not responding, they have my phone since 8th March and this has caused me a ton of problem. They promised in their plan offer to provide a courtesy handset while mine was under repair. But refused the service saying my city is a non-serviceable area. This company is selling lies and fake promise.Now they aren't even responding. Their customer care no. has no information, authority nor any power to forward the cases. We have to write them e-mails, to which they aren't responding. I request strict actions against such fraudulent companies

                  I have waited and stressed myself a lot in this claim procedure. Kindly end this dispute. As I am presenting my balance sheet, kindly ask the same from Zaakpay.com/Instamojo.
                  I have already paid the amount of 345, twice now
                  There is nothing to gain from this meager amount when compared to my Rs 14999 mobile phone. Kindly ask for documents from
                  Zaakpay.com/Instamojo, it will save all the time for us

                    Without intimation the amount 1399 on 16 march 2018 as one assist mfee has been deducted from my account hdfc credit card no xx xxxx 4171, one assist fee plan has been upgraded to individual power plan. I really feel sad about your services even i had deactivated your one assist service last year. Now you had upgraded another plan of individual power. This is such ridiculously behave to trap customer like me... I don't want such service to be activate... Again again without any intimate to customer how did you activate such service and trap customer like me.
                    Please look in these matters seriously and revert deducted money of one assist mfee in my credit card.

It drag many problem such as speaker is not working mobile get heated in 10 mint and network is working properly... Insurance comapny is not fileing my complaint or not repairing my phone... Kindly repay my amount within this month end otherwise you will charge again the interest for month of april... All the oneassist toll free numbers were also not connecting.. The thing is i am not generated my credit card pin yet and since i amaware of this bluddy oneassits fee... They have charged interest for 3 months..                           I am a hdfc bank debit card holder. You have debited rs. 1899/- from my savings account without any of my knowledge on date:15/03/2018. I didn't expect these kind of activities from oneassist, i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.

                          Also tried to reach your customer care # several times, but its of no use. Just cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- asap.

                                One assist customer service has enrolled me for a membership of rs 1899 on first time fee.

                                I want to cancel that service of one assist because i dont want this feature to be activated. Your customer care assistant made me enrolled in this feature compulsarily.

                                I want to cancel that service of one assist because i dont want this feature to be activated. Your customer care assistant made me enrolled in this feature compulsarily. I have never requested for any plan.
                                So i like to cancel that before my first bill is recieved.

                                  I want to cancel my one assist membership and i want refund of my amount which deduct from my account around 2000 so please refund it and finally cancel the membership and i will be highly thankful to you so i strongly recommend you to cancel my one assist membership and refund my amount and provide me solution and procedure fpr cancellation and refund the amount finally.

                                    As per earlier conversation i got information from one assist that i will get another temporary phone when your representative will pickup my phone for repairing.
                                    Now on the day of pickup i am getting info that i will get another temporary cell phone after 5 days of pickup.
                                    Every time i am getting new information. New documents requirement from one assist.
                                    One of the worst service i am getting from one assist

                                    Even managers are so busy that they cant even pick up the calls
                                    Without temporary cell phone don't send any one to pickup my phone
                                    I have tourism business. 5 min cell switch off will also affect my business and you are asking for 5 days
                                    Your company representative is telling me that pickup man is normal courier service person. He is not from one assist etc. But that is not my lookout
                                    I just want as per your commitment only that when you will arrange temporary smart phone then only send someone for pickup

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. You have debited rs. 1899/- from my savings account without any of my knowledge on date:15/03/2018. I didn't expect these kind of activities from oneassist, am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.

                                      Also tried to reach your customer care # several times, but its of no use. Just cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- asap.

                                        My self sampath.

                                        One assist membership fee renewal amount debited from my cc without any indimation, without my knowledge.

                                        They have directly debited from my credit card, how is it in rules. How bank is setting up a policy like this without customer indimation.

                                        Atleast they have to indimate to the customer prior that, annual renewal will be charge or like this. But there is no indimations.

                                        I want refund for the same. Kindly do the needful
