This company one assist is charging unsolicited fees that has to be brought to attention. The company presented itself as cc insurance company and i subscribed to its serves for the year 2017-18. However, i did not intend to continue their services for 2018-19. The company if it folows professional conduct should have atleast given a notice of renewal.
However, the company seems to be a fraud company engaged in looting customers without their consent which requires seroius action.
My hdfc cc no: 4893 77xx xxxx 7037 has been charged by one assist without even my consent for rs 1899 on 9 march 2018.
I request the company to refund the amount as i don;t intend to avail their services (If at all they provide any) or else face action

Complaint marked as Resolved The Company representative called me to confirm my cancellation request and the amount charged for Rs1899 has been credited back to my HDFC CC promptly within 7 days of my complaint.
I would like to thank the Company and its team for the prompt response.
