My name is deepti sharma.

This is to inform you that without my concern and knowledge the amount of rs.1399 was deducted from my credit card.
This happened to me last year also but at the cancellation time the executive said that the amount cannot be refunded so in unconditional circumstances i need to accept though i haven't used the service.
Now again this year the amount is deducted without any information and intimations regarding the same.
I have tried contacting customer care but then i have to wait for long time over the call but then none of the executive reverted back.
I wish i get my money back. This is simply cheating on the customer.

    I have been charged an amount of rs. 1899 to my hdfc credit card without any prior notice or my permission.
    I got a call too from oneassist to register my cards when i told them to deactivate and refund the money they put the call down from there end.

    So, please deactivate my account with oneassist and refund my money.

I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. So, cancel the membership and refund my amount.

      I do not, i repeat i do not want any of your services. Stop calling me forever. Remove my number completely from your database.

      I got a new credit card and the next day OneAssist guys got my number from somewhere. I am sure they have some false practices and breached by confidentiality and hacked my number from some source.

              I am chasing to conclude this from 8th March and today we are at 16th April, almost one month and 8 days gone to close this.
              Apart from this my cell phone is not with me, hope your team will understand the pain without cell phone.

              I have submitted invoice and as per that Invoice value need to be considered with Buyback Deal as I surrender my previous phone while purchasing this new iPhone.

              Not able to understand why your team simply ignored that and due to that I am facing this issue.

                  1899 rs has been debited from my hdfc credit card on 22nd march 2018 as OneAssist have renewed my plan without my permission. They did not sent me any mail or called me or messaged me for my approval.
                  I called them but nobody pocked up the call from cancellation department. I was on hold for hours. After waiting foe whole one week, today i got a call from them saying that we can refund u only 400 rs. And rest 1499rs will be charged for this yrs plan.. I asked them to pay me full refund but they denied. I asked them to transfer the call to the head of department. But after puttting me on hold they said that senior management is not available at the moment. I asked them to schedule a call back with your head. Initially they were not arranging even the call back. But at last they said ok u will get a call back in 24 hrs. I am damn sure i will not get the call. Last week also they made me fool by saying cancellation department will call in 24 hrs(no body called) then 48 hrs (again nobody called).
                  Only thing i want is my full refund.

                                  I'm INJAMAM UL HOQUE, my relationship ID-4012286, I have purchased a plan for my REDMI NOTE 4, Rs. 1359.15. But now I want to cancel it and wanting refund. Then your customer care saying that for refund I HAVE TO PURCHACE ANOTHER PLAN & then I will get refund.
                                  But, I don't want to take any risk. So, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET REFUND WITHOUT PAYING MORE.

                                    Dear sir/madam
                                    Last year once rs 1399 deducted from my account i called your customer care and informed them to deactivate oneassist service.
                                    But they renrwed without my permission & again this year deducted my rs 1399 from my account without any notification mail or call from oneasiist team
                                    Please deactivate my account immidiately or i will go for leagal action.
                                    Even though i am calling to your team they are very very rude & cut my calls.
                                    As soon as possible deactivate my account & refund my money.

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      1. I received a call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after then they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs.2799, rs.1799 vide sr[protected] on 01/10/2016 respectively. From my savings account no.[protected] and one assist id 597498. I don't need this plan accually please deactivate this plan and refund money asap.
                                      2. Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not i will also no more as a icici bank customer.

                                        But on 27th march 2018, again i recieved a renewal notification mail from oneassist team that on 11/4/2018 rs. 1799 will deducted from my icici bank account.

                                        Dear Oneassist,
                                        How many long days do you need to deactivate a account?Every day somebody call me from your side and trying to convience me..
                                        No more call now..Deativate the service asap and also drop down a deactivation mail regarding this.Otherwise will go to Consumer forum.
