Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 8626 without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

    I received sms from icici that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I got a sms from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing. I am facing this issue for past 3 years. Every year the customer care executive says he wills cancel in next year. But still plan is notto cancelled

      Oneassist membership was renewed on my hdfc credit card without my consent despite oneassist explicitly mentioning during initial membership setup that the renewal won't happen unless i wanted it to. I would like to cancel the membership and request a refund of the full amount.

          Hello sir/ma'am

          I didn't got any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me rupees towards for one assist subscription. When i called to hdfc and one assist people they told they they will deactivate but the thing is only half money they have credited, what about other half as i did not get any intimation before activating this service. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription and credit the entire amount back to my hdfc credit card ending with 6075, other wise cancel my credit card.
          Kindly refund and deactivate this service on urgent basis.'don't activate this type of service in future
          I am not happy with your service i have not opted for this policy and please refund my money back as soon as possible.

            I got a call from icici bank where in they informed me about the one assist policy. I clearly refused to accept the policy. Even then they have registered my membership and debited rs 1899. Now as per their standard terms and conditions i am asking for a termination of this policy, to which they are clearly denying.             I got a post from one assist about the membership and that my acc has been debited by rs 1899. I clearly refused for the membership but they without my concern had registered me. Now they are not terminating my membershil although that is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions that i can terminate the policy. I want my membership to be terminated and want my refund.

              I recieved a call from your agent on 26th march 2018 about this and i agreed to it but later on realised that i don't need this plan. So on the very same day after 30 minutes i called back to deactive the wallet but instead they assured me that after 72 hours i will get my refund and my account will be deactivated but today when i called they are refusing to do so and are not refunding my money. I want my deducted amount of rs 1899 to be credited back to my account and my wallet to be deactivated.

                I am using hdfc credit card my card number [protected] last year i subscribe one assist service without knowledge but last year i cancelled the service also they refunded me also cancelled this service. But they deduct amount from my credit card without intimate also i called one assist customer care this one week i talked more about deactivate my services but every one talk more times about one assist features and benefits but not considered my request so i would like deactivate this service also refund my amount 1399 to my account

                  This company one assist is charging unsolicited fees that has to be brought to attention. The company presented itself as cc insurance company and i subscribed to its serves for the year 2017-18. However, i did not intend to continue their services for 2018-19. The company if it folows professional conduct should have atleast given a notice of renewal.
                  However, the company seems to be a fraud company engaged in looting customers without their consent which requires seroius action.
                  My hdfc cc no: 4893 77xx xxxx 7037 has been charged by one assist without even my consent for rs 1899 on 9 march 2018.
                  I request the company to refund the amount as i don;t intend to avail their services (If at all they provide any) or else face action

                    This is to inform you that without my concern and knowledge the amount of rs.1399 was deducted from my credit card.
                    This happened to me last year also but at the cancellation time the executive said that the amount cannot be refunded so in unconditional circumstances i need to accept though i haven't used the service.
                    Now again this year the amount is deducted without any information and intimations regarding the same.
                    I have tried contacting customer care but then i have to wait for long time over the call but then none of the executive reverted back.
                    I wish i get my money back. This is simply cheating on the customer.

                        I do not, i repeat i do not want any of your services. Stop calling me forever. Remove my number completely from your database.

                        I got a new credit card and the next day OneAssist guys got my number from somewhere. I am sure they have some false practices and breached by confidentiality and hacked my number from some source.

                                Sir/mam i bought one assist insurance for my i phone which cost me around 2000 rupees for my mobile security as physical and liquid damage protection after some time i accidentally damage my cellphone so i head to file a claim i had done all the paper work 20 days ago from present date but they are just giving me dates. They just told me our concern team is verifying your documents we will request you to wait 48 hours. Dear sir mam please help me to get my claim

                                Dear OneAssist Team,

                                I am chasing to conclude this from 8th March and today we are at 16th April, almost one month and 8 days gone to close this.
                                Apart from this my cell phone is not with me, hope your team will understand the pain without cell phone.

                                I have submitted invoice and as per that Invoice value need to be considered with Buyback Deal as I surrender my previous phone while purchasing this new iPhone.

                                Not able to understand why your team simply ignored that and due to that I am facing this issue.

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank[protected] that rs-2999/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. With out my permission. Two years before it’s activated at same time i requested you to cancel, but your people said that the plan will be cancelled.
                                  But again yours people saying that auto renewal for upcoming two years so charges collected. Without my permission
                                  Please deactivate my account and refund my money.

                                    1899 rs has been debited from my hdfc credit card on 22nd march 2018 as OneAssist have renewed my plan without my permission. They did not sent me any mail or called me or messaged me for my approval.
                                    I called them but nobody pocked up the call from cancellation department. I was on hold for hours. After waiting foe whole one week, today i got a call from them saying that we can refund u only 400 rs. And rest 1499rs will be charged for this yrs plan.. I asked them to pay me full refund but they denied. I asked them to transfer the call to the head of department. But after puttting me on hold they said that senior management is not available at the moment. I asked them to schedule a call back with your head. Initially they were not arranging even the call back. But at last they said ok u will get a call back in 24 hrs. I am damn sure i will not get the call. Last week also they made me fool by saying cancellation department will call in 24 hrs(no body called) then 48 hrs (again nobody called).
                                    Only thing i want is my full refund.

                                      Rs. 1899 on 29th march 2018.
                                      Cancel the service and refund the money.
                                      Please ask the customer before auto deduction of amount wether to renew service or not.
                                      This is a bad company policy which will reduce your business.
                                      Don't want your service, cancel and refund the money.
                                      Please change your policy as mentioned above.
