I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
Last year also i called for deaction but the company didnt deactivated my subscription. This year too they have deducted money without my permission. This is a serious criminal act.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    Received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
    And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

        I have applied for credit card in hdfc bank, they have asked me to buy a policy of one assist policy of amount 1899 otherwise they want dispatched my credit card and they assured me that no money will deduct from new credit card.
        Then i came to know that my virtual credit card showing me billing amount of 1899 of one assist policy. So, i have asked one assist team to cancel my policy and refund my whole money, but they are telling me to refund only 900 rs.

        I want my money back asap.

          I had filed a claim sr2930862 for broken screen display and back panel damaged on the side of redmi note 4. I am very sure when i had filed the claim the customer care support told that everything will be replaced when i received my handset my back panel was not replaced. I had reported the same they told that is a cosmetic damage and cannot be replaced. I had mentioned them that for my previous claim on samsung s7 edge panel was changed without any mention, they had replied saying since s7 edge had glass panel it was changed. Now i asked them where in terms and conditions is it mentioned that only glass panel will be replaced and not metal back panel i haven't got any answers for that. Now they are saying that terms and conditions has been updated it february. My question when i purchased insurance i had agreed to old terms and conditions when there update it will be applied for new insurance holders. I am tired of saying them that there is an opening between back panel and display asked them to close else it is prone to liquid damage. Now please resolve my case and ask them to change back panel

            Dear everyone,
            I bought a mi a1 on 3/11/2017, my phone broke out on 5/04/2018 i rushed towards mi authorised service centre to diagnose the problem (S) in my phone they said the display should be replaced, the mi service centre employee said me the insurance vendor just takes the estimation slip and job sheet to refund the amount so, i replaced the display by giving 5140/- and i sent estimation slip and job sheet to one assist they said insurance was under pick and drop policy but they didn't say that while making insurance and the employee also didn't say me now they are not at all giving reply to my email nowadays.

            Don't go with this cheaters... If they have said that before purchasing insurance i would given the phone to the company (One assist)

            Cancellation of one assist plan

            An amount of Rs.1399 was debited from my savings account regarding some One assist plan on credit card ending with 5725. I have never opted for this, Please do disable this plan as soon as possible and do refund the amount payable ASAL

So i just paid my emi bill then i tried calling oneassist customer care. After trying so many time finally i talk with the person but it was of no use they told me it won't be refundable. They were only ready to refund 400 rs. Which is not at all helpful. I really have bad experience with oneassist. Request you to cancel my plan and refund me the whole amount or else i wont get connected with oneassist in[censored]ture and i will suggest my friends not to use this.

                          I'm using kotak credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

                          As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have have purchased a device on 3rd june and taken mi protection and they have sent me damaged defective device and i had to replace the device and received the replacement on around 15 june 2017. There is no fault of consumer in this from payment to receiving of payment. Now mi company has activated the policy on mobile dated 03rd june and not on replacement device. Now the consumer didn't receive any communication or information for updating the service in insurance company.
                            They have rejected the claim saying you are not covered. This highly injustice to the consumer as every step is taken by company and they should bear the loss.

                              I Have purchase a insurance for my Mobile from this OneAssist company on 27th of March on phone.
                              My membership ID is [protected], Relationship No : 4032409, Claim no- SR#3048464, start date of policy- 28-Mar-2018 and end date 27-Mar-2019
                              While selling the executive told me your plan will activate 24-48 hrs after your payment of policy amount and your phone will get insured under it till 1 year. this is the information given to me while selling the product and told me is there is no hidden charges & hidden rules/clauses.
                              Now on 2nd of April my phone got damaged the screen is broken, i have filed a complain in OneAssist portal on same day.
                              As per their SLA the should have revert me with in 48 hrs but they didn't.
                              After repeated followup on 6th April i got a call saying, your claim is reject because we have a cooling period of 15 day and your policy is not yet activated. the insurance starts the cover after 15 days of purchasing the policy which is nowhere written & non of the executive has convey me. which is totally unacceptable. I have checked all their terms & conditions nowhere it has written that after purchasing the insurance if anything happened within 15 day you cant claim it.
                              I have kept all the screenshots of the terms & conditions & policies given in the oneassist page and the PDF copy they have shared.
                              I want to drag this fraud company to court. This is a simple case of cheating.
                              The executive are so rude and unprofessional while talking.

                                I'm an hdfc bank customer. Recently i applied for a credit card.

                                A plan was activated on my credit card without my knowledge. They said that 1399rs will be deducted. When i try to call the customer care, they never attend the call. All of them are busy all the time. Felt like a really bad service. I'm using a jio number. I'm unable send any premium sms from it to stop the service.

                                  It is a fraud company. Last year my money was deducted without my knowledge from my credit card. I had call many time for the discontinue of my plan but they did'nt respond well.. So i leave it for 1 year.
                                  So this year i want to cancel my plan 2 months ago from the expiration date. Called many times they said wait for 2 or 3 days our customer representative call you after that period but i have not received any call after 2 weeks also..
                                  Cancel my plan my relationship number is - 1087713.
                                  Otherwise i will have to take legal action on the company.
                                  Cancel as early as possible. Please

                                    Hi,
                                    I tried several times calling into one assist cancellation department and they never completed my calls. They deliberately cancels my call keep me waiting . I want to file a complaint against one assistant on their mode of operation and want to unsubscribe and deactivate from their plans before their renewal which is few days.

                                      Hi.. my one assist reference number is 545225. I opted for mobile insurance on March 17th. They asked me to make the payments immediately before verification. They even gave complementary offer by giving free insurance for household equipments along with phone. They sent me 4 links for payment. I completed all 4. They kept on calling till I make payment. Then they made me upload documents several times and said verification is failed. Now they are not refunding the amount too. I have to get back 3k.

                                        I'm applied for hdfc credit card. But still i am not activate credit card. But i received a message from one assist due amount of 1570 for my credit card

                                        I requested you to cancel but you are saying that is auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                                        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1570. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.
