    I bought the protection plan from the oneassit and the time of buying the plan the technical staff told me that my phone cover the whole protection like (Falling in the liquid, any type of damages happening) and some days ago my mobile phone screen got damaged and when i called him they told me that no such type of protection are given to me. So i hope the immediate and positive response from your site.

        I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 12 jan 2018. Without my permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

        I want to full refund i will not take a partial refund i have proof ofcall recording i am asking from day plz cancel my plan why u r give me the discount of inr 400 rs i will take legal action against u refund my full amount,

          I don't interested to this offer, without intimation you are receiving a amount of Rs.1899 with my HDFC CREDIT CARD, I told ONE ASSIST team, this is illegal, without my knowledge how can you debit by credit card. I complaint HDFC CREDIT CARD department also pls revert that amount immediately, other wise I'll take a legal action on ONE ASSIST team, I inform in your team also on 17.04.2018 and today 22.04.2018, There was no msgs or mail from OneAssist team about my plan deactivation & they deducted automatically 1899rs from my HDFC Credit card without my knowledge

                My relation ship id 282713 (Power individual). I have raising request t close my account since last 2 year since the service is not been used but they are not closing the account. They are auto renewing the membership without my authorisation on my hdfc bank credit card. The site does not permit me to remove my credit card details nor the there phone numbers are reachable. There is no option to cancel subscription

                I tried with hdfc credit card customer care, they saying one assist approval required

                  The one assit company without informing they deducted rs.1399 from my credit card and activating as some plan they are not asked me before deduction and also i got to know this company name when i got the debit message so immediately i raised complaint and requested for cancel this plan and however i am not at all interested in the plan. I want the amount to be refunded back to my card immediately.

                        Last year also i called for deaction but the company didnt deactivated my subscription. This year too they have deducted money without my permission. This is a serious criminal act.

                              I have applied for credit card in hdfc bank, they have asked me to buy a policy of one assist policy of amount 1899 otherwise they want dispatched my credit card and they assured me that no money will deduct from new credit card.
                              Then i came to know that my virtual credit card showing me billing amount of 1899 of one assist policy. So, i have asked one assist team to cancel my policy and refund my whole money, but they are telling me to refund only 900 rs.

                              I want my money back asap.

                                I had filed a claim sr2930862 for broken screen display and back panel damaged on the side of redmi note 4. I am very sure when i had filed the claim the customer care support told that everything will be replaced when i received my handset my back panel was not replaced. I had reported the same they told that is a cosmetic damage and cannot be replaced. I had mentioned them that for my previous claim on samsung s7 edge panel was changed without any mention, they had replied saying since s7 edge had glass panel it was changed. Now i asked them where in terms and conditions is it mentioned that only glass panel will be replaced and not metal back panel i haven't got any answers for that. Now they are saying that terms and conditions has been updated it february. My question when i purchased insurance i had agreed to old terms and conditions when there update it will be applied for new insurance holders. I am tired of saying them that there is an opening between back panel and display asked them to close else it is prone to liquid damage. Now please resolve my case and ask them to change back panel

                                  Dear everyone,
                                  I bought a mi a1 on 3/11/2017, my phone broke out on 5/04/2018 i rushed towards mi authorised service centre to diagnose the problem (S) in my phone they said the display should be replaced, the mi service centre employee said me the insurance vendor just takes the estimation slip and job sheet to refund the amount so, i replaced the display by giving 5140/- and i sent estimation slip and job sheet to one assist they said insurance was under pick and drop policy but they didn't say that while making insurance and the employee also didn't say me now they are not at all giving reply to my email nowadays.

                                  Don't go with this cheaters... If they have said that before purchasing insurance i would given the phone to the company (One assist)

                                  An amount of Rs.1399 was debited from my savings account regarding some One assist plan on credit card ending with 5725. I have never opted for this, Please do disable this plan as soon as possible and do refund the amount payable ASAL

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7158 without my concern on date:20/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                        I wish to deactivate my plan as soon as possible.
                                        I have called customer care many times but they are not responding properly. This is not acceptable they are charging amount without any authorisation from the customer. This should never happen again. I want this deactivated soon so kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible
