I have bought iPhone 6s and put insurance. But insurance was delayed by Currents at Phoenix mall in Chennai. Now I have insurance till May, 2018. My phone got broken and it crosses one year from purchase date. One assist team is not accepting my insurance though it an issue from Currents who delayed insurance. They didn’t tell us terms and conditions when they put insurance. Now both r cheating us.

      Deactivate my one assist plan immediately. Otherwise i ll withdraw my ac from icici bank. Last year you guys told me that if i ll permit u again for further continuation of this service then only you ll debit my money from my ac. But this year without my concern again u were continue the service and just drop a conformation massege. I hope you will take action immediately.

      Thnq for your kind response.m glad to say that I hv received my deducted amount yesterday.thnq for taking quick action against my complaint.
      I am getting credit card but I don't want credit card insurance please canceled this plan and I want refund the money
      They started my credit card insurance without seeking permission of mine and they are charging late fees too on that. And Customer Care is not responding to this number +[protected]
      As discussed with your agent my money 1899 is going to refund within 7 days.
      still i did not get my money back and it almost 11 days happen to my complain.
      SR[protected] for your reference.i want 100% my money back as discussed with your agent.

        I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debiit card to one assist plan on 11/04/18. Without my permission. I complaint once on 12th april 2018 on consumer complaint but you didn't give any response yet. I don't want any protection plan so please cancel it as soon as possible.

        I already complaint through mail or phone call but didn't get any solution till now.

          One assist keeps on disturbing me even after i denied insurance from them for one of my handsets. I have requested them many times not to call but there is no action taken. They insist on taking their service forcefully, calls at odd hours of the day. This is pure form of harassment. They also insist on insuring other mobile handsets under their service. Keeps on calling for all kinds of offer kindly look into the matter.

            I got a car loan from hdfc bank and i think they have a tie up with this company. They sent me a credit card that already had charged for oneassist of rs.2500. Now when i came to know about this i called their toll free no. Which was not reachable and then another one. This time tgey picked it up but told cancellation can't be done by them and transferred it to another department which never picked up the phone. And now i am stuck with these people charging 2500 bucks every year for renewal.

              Rs.2999/ debited from my CR. Card (28. Mar.18) without any intimation/phone call. Came to know today after receiving the Credit card bill, connected more than 6 times today to discontinue the RENEWAL & reward back the money but call could'nt mature at the time of transferring the call to the concerned technical team...
              How could be possible? Customer care person promised to arrange a phone call from their concerned technical team..waiting for that..

              So unprofessional approach & not helpful at all (The service is not available at the time of emergency then how could one expect that they will ASSIST somebody when their is a serious lost case)

              I have already made a complaint last year to block my service but still the service is not blocked .As a result the service has charged me this year also. I request that my charges to be refunded and service to be blocked immediately.
              My Amazon Fire TV stick is not working since last three/four days. Kindly resolve this issue as quick as possible.

                Hi, I got message from BW-HDFCBK as, "OneAssist membership fee has been debited on your cared ending [XXXXX]. Membership will be processed and Welcome kit dispatched shortly."                   Worst service experience ever. Customer for last 3 years but sorry to say that the company is not professional at all. On 09.04.2018 i have renewed my membership with inr1299/- on the same day inr1399/-{without prior intimation} was deducted from my credit card for the same purpose. So there is a simple case of double payment for same policy. I have contacted the customer care then shared the bank account statements with full details in the chat. The executive asked

                  Responded to my mail. I don't know i am going to get the refund or not. If
                  For a double payment company is unable to refund i really doubt about the

                      I bought the protection plan from the oneassit and the time of buying the plan the technical staff told me that my phone cover the whole protection like (Falling in the liquid, any type of damages happening) and some days ago my mobile phone screen got damaged and when i called him they told me that no such type of protection are given to me.                             I don't interested to this offer, without intimation you are receiving a amount of Rs.1899 with my HDFC CREDIT CARD, I told ONE ASSIST team, this is illegal, without my knowledge how can you debit by credit card. I complaint HDFC CREDIT CARD department also pls revert that amount immediately, other wise I'll take a legal action on ONE ASSIST team, I inform in your team also on 17.04.2018 and today 22.04.2018, There was no msgs or mail from OneAssist team about my plan deactivation & they deducted automatically 1899rs from my HDFC Credit card without my knowledge

                                  My relation ship id 282713 (Power individual). I have raising request t close my account since last 2 year since the service is not been used but they are not closing the account. They are auto renewing the membership without my authorisation on my hdfc bank credit card. The site does not permit me to remove my credit card details nor the there phone numbers are reachable. There is no option to cancel subscription

                                    The one assit company without informing they deducted rs.1399 from my credit card and activating as some plan they are not asked me before deduction and also i got to know this company name when i got the debit message so immediately i raised complaint and requested for cancel this plan and however i am not at all interested in the plan. I want the amount to be refunded back to my card immediately.

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2300 /- from my credit card number ending with 8170without my concern on date:11/04/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2300/-

                                        I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debedit card to one assist plan on 11/04/18. Without my permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.
