Dear everyone,
I bought a mi a1 on 3/11/2017, my phone broke out on 5/04/2018 i rushed towards mi authorised service centre to diagnose the problem (S) in my phone they said the display should be replaced, the mi service centre employee said me the insurance vendor just takes the estimation slip and job sheet to refund the amount so, i replaced the display by giving 5140/- and i sent estimation slip and job sheet to one assist they said insurance was under pick and drop policy but they didn't say that while making insurance and the employee also didn't say me now they are not at all giving reply to my email nowadays.
Don't go with this cheaters... If they have said that before purchasing insurance i would given the phone to the company (One assist)
