I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 08/03/2018. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I received this msg on yesterday..
Without confirming me amt was debited from my credit card.
I dont want relationship in oneassist as of now so please cancel &refund the amt asap.

    I had one assist subscription for 1 year and had asked them beforehand if there is no automatic renewal i was assured there was not and i will be informed, but after a year the subscription was automatically renewed and charged for a year

      I was charged rs 1899 by oneassist consumer solutions for a plan that i did not wish to avail. I was contacted by oneassist sales people who explained me the plan but after repeated refusal to avail the plan the sales official kept pestering me. A few days later i got a message stating that my plan was active although i never availed for it. After calling the customer service the salesman over there repeatedly kept telling me there plans instead of cancelling it. It was highly annoying. I would like to cancel my subscription and have a full refund.

          I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

            Received a SMS that Rs 699 will be refunded within 7 days but the actual plan fee debited was Rs 1399. Why you keep the 700?

            I went through your refund policy it is mentioned that the lookout period is 30days and the plan fee will be refunded if the cancelation request is made within this period.

            FYI the plan was activated on 7th Feb and I requested the cancellation on 15th Feb via email. The mail was sent from my registered mail Id to [protected]@oneassist.in. As there was no response I bought the issue to this forum. So I requested the cancellation during the lookout period and I haven't claim any insurance money.

            Refund the money you debited from my account.

              I have taken policy of oneassist for one year and that was expired on 04/3/2018. My membership id is [protected] and my name is suresh pal yadav. My policy was renewed on 05/3/2018 with new upgraded policy without my consent and without giving any benefit details to me. Amount has been deducted from my credit card of hdfc without any message to me.

              Due to this attitude and bad treat with customer i am upset and want immediately to refund my amount and cancell upgraded policy for me.

                I have raised a mobile damage claim request for my damaged mobile with sr # 2951190 for membership id [protected] on relationship # 704653.

                I have raised the claim and submitted all the documents i. E., handset pictures with imei displayed on phone, invoice, aadhar card. After submitting i got a mail from the team that my details were wrong and i have to submit the id card of some other person whose name is "d y kanthi". I have contacted oneassist and they are saying that in their system the name is showing like "d y kanthi". So i need to update his id proof in the claim. But that person is not my relative and i cannot even contact him.

                In 2017 october i have ordered a phone for my colleague's relative from my mi.com account, as i have ordered on the name of d y kanthi, they have updated my oneassist account with the name d y kanthi. Later i have raised a complaint and updated back the name to myself. Currently the account is on my name only.

                Now when i raised the claim, they are saying that i need to submit id proof on name of d y kanthi and strike my name in the claim form and write his name.

                I have asked them, invoice is on my name and account is on my name and why i have to submit the id proof of person kanthi who is not contactable now. And offering me a solution that i need to show the oneassist a mail copy mentioning that d y kanthi has gifted the phone to me. What the hell is this, and who is he to gift me when all the documents are on my name and they have to process the claim on my name itself as i uploaded all the necessary documents and which are perfect with my name.

                The oneassist consumer solutions were cheating the customers in this way and they are not processing claim and they simply taking money for insurance without processing claim when damage occurs. Please take strict action on them and please process my claim.

                There is no response from your end. I have trusted you because of my previous experience with you in the damage claims. That is the reason why i have trusted you and renewed my insurance with you. But now i got a good experience stating not to purchase any membership with you and almost i have 11 memberships on my account and 3 got expired and i just kept pending because of these and also i will ask all my friends and colleagues not to purchase membership from you as i have referred so many stating you are good at service. But from now i will withdraw that and i will also file a case on consumer court on the name of One assist consumer solutions as you are not processing my claim till date. Today also your executives keep on mailing me that some document is missing even after submission of all documents. You have made a mistake by keeping some other persons name in my memberships in a hurry to sell a insurance as you need to meet your targets. and now for your mistake you are asking to submit some one else id proofs. But i have done that. still you are asking some other documents. I will not worry about money i will value about trust. Now even if you process claim or not, or even if you refund my insurance amount 1199 i paid for purchasing or not i am not worrying. i will repair the product outside on my expenditure if you don't process my claim. I will surely file a case on your company this week itself. I have all the proofs that the invoice is on my name and the handset is my name and i will prove that you made mistake from your end and you are not processing my claim fro your mistake.

                    I did not renewed one assist service which i choose a year back. But they charged 1399 rupees from my hdfc credit card without my knowledge.

                    I sent lot of emails to them to cancel my service and i demanded full re-fund. But they said only 400 will be re-funded. This is not acceptable.                       I am not asking any plan from hdfc credit card, but without my concern they are debiting rs.2999/- towards one assist mfee. This type of activity they were done previous year also. This also one of fraudulent activity and they use regularly with customers. I want to cancel and refund that amount. Same time this has to be investigate with the help of rbi and investigation dept. And save the hdfc customers.

                            As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                            Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                              I had bought an insurance for my phone which got rejected due to some issues that weren't informed to me and my membership was cancelled. I was promised my refund of 1999.0 into my account within 7-10 days, it has been a month and i haven't received anything.

                              I want my money back as soon as possible since the customer care people of the company are of simply no use and couldn't help me with anything.

                                Hi,

                                I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the one assist membership fee from my credit card.

                                As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                                  I received a message from icici bank that my one assist account will be renewed rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                        I'm sheeba khan. I got a call on 01/03/2016 from one assist they were told me about some plans i don't know the such plan by mistake i say yes on 02/03/2016 i got a message from one assist that your plan has been activate and ₹1799 will be deducted from my bank account. After this i call one assist costumer care to deactivate this plan that i am not interested in this plan after this the costumer care says that your request has been registered as soon your plan will be deactivate
                                        On [02/03/2017] i got a message from one assist that your membership has bee upgraded and ₹1799 will be deducted from my bank account again i call costumer care (Same) the half amount be refund to my bank account
                                        Again on [02/03/2018) i got a message and money will be deducted ₹1399
