I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1866 from my credit card

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1866....

Hi i want to complaint about oneassist actually i have a hdfc credit card oneassist activated a 1399 plan for my card without my knowledge and deducted 1399 from my hdfc credit card. I call them but they dont gave me a good response. Very shameful for oneassist company. Now i want to cancel this plan and refund my money.. Thanks

I have been trying to cancel my wallet premium subscription for the last 7 days. Instead of cancelling my subscription they charged me again. The cancellation team didn't call me for the first 6 days and on the seventh day, i get a mail saying that my credit card has been debited again. Does cancellation mean renewal? Maybe some sh*ds who run the company are uneducated enough to even understand that....

My phone screen got damaged so i call one assist to claim then i came to know this is fraud company they totally denied my claim and told me to go through there terms and condition. While purchasing mobile they told that all accidental and liquid damage are covered but not they are denying my claim....

Oneassist company has auto deducting the amount without the knowledge of customer. 2 months back i purchased a phone and was looking for the insurance that time i had a word with executive from one assist but i dint like their plans as they are giving wrong information.

After that on daily basis im getting calls from them, i have told them multiple times that i dont want any insurance for my mobile but they are just calling me every day like...

I recently received a call from icici bank for securing the cards, i agreed to apply for it but now i wish to deactivate it as i don't have that many cards for which i may need that security. I have not yet registered the cards but, fees against the policy has been deducted, i would like to know whether or not it is refundable.

I received sms from one-assist on 22 february 2018 that your membership activation has been reactivated and re 1399 has been deducted from my credit card account even without they had my permission. I find this very frustrating and i want to deactivate the activation and want my refund to be processed.

I have recently filed a claim for my damaged handset for which i have a damage protection plan. At the time of selling the policy they made all the promises and when it came to fulfil the claim they are just ignorant of all their promises and failed to deliver the service. On top of all since i have filed a claim but did not actually claim it they have already closed my ticket and my subscription / plan shows "no active membership found....
