This is regarding claim - sr#2880729.
I am holding insurance from oneassist company for almost 2 years now. From last 2 years, i have submitted all my documents to them and they have successfully sold me their insurance policy and all helpful promises to me.
Now from last 4 weeks, i am trying to claim for my damage.
Surprisingly, at the time of claim, this company is saying that they won't process the claim, as my invoice does not have the stamp of the shop. This was really unethical and frustrating.

This company has told me up front at the time when they were selling their insurance to me that they would not be able to sell me insurance because my bill doesn't have a stamp. But companies like these are a fraudster. They do anything to take money from the customers but at the time of providing services they back out.

I want to launch a complaint against this company and need my complete money back with interest which i paid them as a premium.

I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

One assist have deducted membership fee without my permission. They have done this previous year also without any authorization and after talking to customer care they assured me this will not happen again. I want my money back. I have not used any services from this company nor i will do in future.

It was very bad & worst experience with one assist service. Your company knows only how to cheat customer for money. No service no help resolution only listening you company have. I told your employee about my case her named priya ([protected]) in your company. She is very care less about her job she is speaking a lie every time when i called. And now she is not responding me & not picking my phone call from 2 months. This is my last month of your service & year. I will not reffer to anyone for company service. I registered complaint on 9 oct 2017 but no respond yet. Now i want my money 1799/- back asap.

One assist have deducted 1399 from my credit card without any authorization. They have done the same thing last year also but after talking to customer care they assured me that this will not happen again. This time i will not tolerate u guys, i want my money back. I am very upset that, my plan in one assist was already cancelled by very hard work by contacting many members of one asist and and also in my registered bank icici but they don’t provide me proper details after
Many months it was cancelled.

But today morning am received a message from icici bank which that saying.
“sr[protected]: dear customer, your request for renewal of oneassist plan has been completed“
I think again this is going to renew my plan without my permission,
So kindly cancel it forever.

Hello oneassist.

There was a renewal of service without any intimation via message or mail to register ones. How can this happen?
While activating the service you customer executive said this subscription will be renewed once i confirm overcall made by your customer executive, and now when i requested you to cancel the subscription your executive said that's a half or wrong information, and executive mentioned "i'll be having a mail on same asking to cancel or proceed with this subscription", which i didn't haven't received that mail by the way. And even if cancel i may not get the money back, if you do not send any intimation before the renewal date, who are you to debit money from my wallet?

I suggest providing a clear information to customer executives would be better, rather troubling your customers.

Note: insurance policies are for insurer benefits, but not for insurance company benefits.

I want to unsubscribe this service. I unknowingly bought this service when i got my new hdfc credit card. I realised what a useless thing i had bought, and thought ok, this subscription would end naturally after a year, and i won't renew it. To my horror, they have extended this and deducted my money, all without my permission. Please terminate this service and refund the money.

This my the worst experience of customer service. I had registered a claim on 10/feb/2018 regarding my damaged mobile with all mandatory documents and formalities. Still not verify my documents ya not still nothing doing one assit team daily i was talk with team 4 to 5 times daily with half and half hour but still same same same all answers i think its fraud company so please help me in case because i'm tired now to last 18 days.

I have made complain of liquid damage of my mobile. My mobile was dropped from my shirt pocket when i am washing glass in sink in kitchen.
I have registered lodge complain for repairing of my phone.
After few days they have rejected my claim stating that over call as well as on email
"the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by incorrect storage, wilful negligence (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)"
But it is not a case of negligence. I want to make their complain if irda as well as consumer forum.

The bank has deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7006 without my concern on date:23/02/2018 and the transaction to WWW.ONEASSIST.IN. i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So please cancel this membership and refund the amount rs-1399/- from my account.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has blocked rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4893xxxxxxxx5442 without my concern on date:28/02/2018. My name is meenu kanodia. I took the services of wallet protection by the company named "one assist". On that time a representative pushed me to avail the service at least take at once. I took the policy for 1 year. Now in the second year they deducted of the money of rs. 1899/- on the date: 17/02/2018 from my linked bank account debit card automatically without intimate me & without my permission on the name of auto renewal policy, while my policy term date was left on 28.02.2018.

I talked over the customer care no.[protected] / [protected]/ they committed to refund the money of rs. 1899/- after share my bank statement. I shared my bank statement as well on their email id: [protected]@oneassist.in. On the mail they committed for refund but in actual they are not refunding my money.in fact they did auto renewed my policy on 19/02/2018 with my permission without intimate me.

Kindly help me to take refund of my money rs. 1899/- i am exhausted and too much disappointed to talk to over the phone and from emails by them. I looking positively to you for your prompt/instant help. Kindly help me that is my hard income money.
