I'm using icici credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card.
As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

Herewith i am sending screenshot of transaction. Kindly do the necessary action. Please deactivate the plan and refund my amount.

    I had bought an insurance for my phone which got rejected due to some issues that weren't informed to me and my membership was cancelled. I was promised my refund of 1999.0 into my account within 7-10 days, it has been a month and i haven't received anything.

    I want my money back as soon as possible since the customer care people of the company are of simply no use and couldn't help me with anything.

      Hi,

      I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the one assist membership fee from my credit card.

      As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

      Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

              Dear team,

              I'm sheeba khan. I got a call on 01/03/2016 from one assist they were told me about some plans i don't know the such plan by mistake i say yes on 02/03/2016 i got a message from one assist that your plan has been activate and ₹1799 will be deducted from my bank account. After this i call one assist costumer care to deactivate this plan that i am not interested in this plan after this the costumer care says that your request has been registered as soon your plan will be deactivate
              On [02/03/2017] i got a message from one assist that your membership has bee upgraded and ₹1799 will be deducted from my bank account again i call costumer care (Same) the half amount be refund to my bank account
              Again on [02/03/2018) i got a message and money will be deducted ₹1399

              I request,
              You to cancel this subscription/membership at once and refund the amount to my bank account

                They said that they will provide lifetime free credit card but when i checked with hdfc branch they disagree such plan.. They saud that they have no idea what i'm talking about itseems. What a cheat you guys are?

                I need a prompt response for this from your team. How you guys can assure lifetime free credit card when hdfc doesn't know what plan i'm talking about. How cheated i'm. And why do you even tie up with hdfc. Is it to loot money?

                    Oneassist consumer solutions pvt ltd appears to be a fraud company. I have taken insurance cover for my macbook air from them which was renewed in 2017.

                    Now when i lodged a claim for the damages to my laptop, they got the product picked up from me, got the repair estimate from authorised service station but rejected the claim stating the damage is due to "wilful negligence" without providing me the details as to what is being construed by them as wilful negligence.

                    Now when i ask for the details of insurance company, its office etc so that i can represent my case to the grievance cell of the insurance company/ irda/ insurance ombudsman, oneassist refuses to provide me the same. I don't understand why they are not ready to provide me these details. It clearly shows that there is something wrong in the company which they are hiding. May be they have not taken the insurance policy even from the insurance company as they never shared with me the insurance policy. They even haven't returned my laptop so far.

                    Apparently i am left with no other option but to take legal action against oneassist

They kept me on hold 2 times for a long time telling that call is being forwarded to calculation dept. Please take an action immediately and refund the money.                           I am not interested with oneassist and also i didn't give any confirmation plan but simply they activated some plan and deducted money from my account. This is not at all acceptable. If i the customer care, they are not responsive people. I am not happy with their service. Please cancel the plan and refund the money otherwise i will take legal action against it.

                            I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information.                                 I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I didn't authorize the company to renew my plan. First year, hdfc bank cc agent sold to me saying that it is the company's insurance plan. They never mentioned about the 3rd party partner called one assist and they would directly charge my credit card without my consent.

                                It is 3rd year in a row, last time i clearly told them to deactivate my plan and provide me and they never did it. Now, again this year they charged my cc without consent or any communication. All i see is charge of rs.1899/- on my cc, this is totally unacceptable and criminal offense.

                                I want my money back for the 2 years and additional compensation for the trauma i go through everyday making calls to the one assist robbers team and end up with no positive help.

                                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                  While taking the plan i was committed that your mobile would be completely secured against accidental and liquid damage (Agar galti se kabhi apke haath se phone girkar toot jata hai) toh apka mobile insured rahega.
                                  During a party my hand got hit and my phone dropped and it's screen brokers.
                                  However while making the claim they rejected it saying that was negligence on your part and you have not taken care of the device
                                  After numerous calls of 1 hr and more there executives and supervisors commit that they will call back with resolution but thier is no call back
                                  It is a complete fraud company. They describe all your accidents as negligence and reject the claim
                                  When i asked that what if someone smashed me or i fall and the phone gets damaged i am told that then also it's your negligence and you should recover from the person who smashed you and not the company.

                                  Also, i have complete recordings of the sales executives confirming that even if your mobile gets damaged by your negligence your phone is completely insured by us.

                                  But then the claim department tells that it's our executives fault for making false commitments.
                                  I even sent these recordings to the company but still no response

                                  I want to know which accident is not caused by negligence or which insurance company rejects our accidental claim of two wheeler or four wheeler when we meet with an accident.

                                  This company is running a huge scam fooling the people and it's licence should be cancelled as early as possible.

                                    Hello sir/ma'am

                                    I didn't got any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me rupees towards for one assist subscription. When i called to hdfc and one assist people they told they they will deactivate but the thing is only half money they have credited, what about other half as i did not get any intimation before activating this service. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription and credit the entire amount back to my hdfc credit card ending with 6880, other wise cancel my credit card.
                                    Kindly refund and deactivate this service on urgent basis.'don't activate this type of service in future
                                    I am not happy with your service i have not opted for this policy and please refund my money back as soon as possible.

                                      Hello, yesterday i received sms from hdfc bank your one assist plan renewed and member ship fee deducted from credit card then i checked my credit card statement and found ₹2999 deducted for renewal of plan. I immediately called one assist customer care and my call transfered to customer support executive, but his line busy and i am keep on waiting in line more than ten minutes then disconnect the call. Again i trying to talk with them but couldn't connect the line. So kindly deactivate the plan and refund the money immediately. Mail kumaran. [protected]@gmail.com. Mobile: [protected].                                         I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 9560 on 02/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund that debited amount rs1899/-.
