First the full annual amount was debited from my card and after a few weeks once again i got a message of deduction of some amount for oneassist without my permission, and now, again, i have been charged on my credit card, don't know how, please look into it, i didn't use any of your service i really wish to "not give it a try" and want a refund if possible, seems like a scam.
