    I brought a mi note 4 phone with mi protect for any accidental damage. One day, i was searching my phone in my room. I did not know that my phone was lying under the blanket. During the search, i moved my blanket, accidently my phone fell off to the ground/marbles. Screen got scratched. I filed a claim just after 30 min of the incident on 5th feb. 2018, but they rejected it by saying negligence. How it could be a negligence as i was not aware of my phone lying in the blanket?

      Unfortunately my mobile had damaged and as i had protection plan for my handset i sent it to oneassit. Oneassist had repaired my handset but till now my handset not yet delivered to me.

      I also contacted ecom express which was delivery team of oneassist consumer solutions, they said that product had been lost. They ar every irresponsnible people.

        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

          Why Hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from hdfc bank in last year and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted amount i requested to cancel the policy they not accepted said there is no option and now they automatically renew and again deducted the amount their customer service irresponsible not answering. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

            I am HDFC card holder.I received a message on 14/2/18 saying that Rs 2499 have been debited from my account for one assist policy.This is unacceptable how can you debit any sort of amount without my permission.I don't even want your protection or plan .This is inappropriate of you to do so without any enquiry or my consent.               I am balakrishnan from coimbatore. Having account in hdfc bank. I am having hdfc crdit card. On 14.2.2018 oneassist membership fee has been debited on my card ending 6763. I had not renewed my membership. Without my approval membership fee had been debited. You are informed to credit the amount to my account and also deactivate my oneassist membership. If it is not done, legal action may be initiated.

                  I raised a claim but the claim rejected due to a reason that external force is mot applied for damage.

                  If i keep a phone on table on charging and and it fell down in the night, how it can be termed under negligence. Even airtel secure team could not explain. Where should i keep the phone. I am a phone user since last 13 years, i always keep on charging. There is no negligence but a fradulent rejection.
                  The claim is totally a non negligence claim. I have clearly spoken to Airtel secure team. Kindly let me know a scenario where it is an accident damange without any sort of negligence.

                    Dear Team,

                    With continuation to my previous complaint (SR No. - 2814412, ID no.[protected] regarding miscommunication from Customer Care representative about Wallet Assist Feature linked with HDFC Bank credit card, still I've not received any concrete update/feedback from your end.

                    I received a call from One Assist Customer Care on Jun'17, stating to avail the Wallet Assist Feature for 2 years. After repeated inquiry the customer care representative confirmed that I will not be charged directly for the feature and the same will be adjusted with HDFC Bank where I'm having the credit card of.

                    But I received a bill of Rs.5500/- (Rs.4851 + surcharges) on Nov'17 against my credit card.

                    This is absolutely disastrous experience.
                    Request you to kindly look on to the issue and provide a immediate solution for the same.. Please get the same closed with the Bank.

                    I'am getting repeated mail reminders.. Please help..

                      Pls don't register in one assist. total fake information . Kindly refund the amount of RS.1899 was debited in my account.communicating wrong and fake information and getting money from the customer .for this issue try to reach customer care but they are not responding properly.So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.

                        OneAssist has been a disappoint experience.

                        Case Number : SR#2851930

                        I have trying to get a claim logged and processed for last 10 days and it does not seems to be heading anywhere. There is always someone calling and asking to update the claim description.

                        When i asked how below are the different tricks oneassist associates have tried with me:

                        1. First time they said call the customer care and get it updated (which they dont have access to do so they as me to do step 2)
                        2. Second time they told me that i need to go to oneassist login and update (which obviously wont work on a submitted claim as it is greyed out)
                        3. Third time i again call the customer care and inform them about my issue, this time they tell me that its a technical issue and i should try after 24 hours
                        4. After 24 hours i am still not able to update it using the oneassist login so i call the call center again, this time they tell me that they will send me a link on email which i need to use to update the details
                        5. Another 24 hours passed i get a call from support saying that i need to update the details or else the claim will be cancelled and not processed.
                        6. So i call back the customer care, this time i talk to a agent called Chetan who was completely confused and didnt know how to fool me because all the options had been tried. So Chetan tells me that i need to write an email to [protected]@oneassist.in and wait for 24 hours to update. Which i refused to do and asked him to connect me to somebody senior.
                        Which obviously he wont do and told me that if i was not happy i need to leave a feedback at the number i was being transferre, which was a IVR (again i dont think anyone bothers to refer to IVR feedback's ever)

                        I absolutely feel cheated by Oneassist while being associated with them.
                        I need to get the appropriate support for the premium that i have paid.
                        And not be cheated by finding different reasons for not processing my claim.

                            I received a fraud call from [protected] rahul prapath and [protected] rajath told that calling from one assist cancellation team from Mumbai headoffice and asking all the credit and debit card details...and try to done some transaction in my credit card.

                            So pls take this issue seriously and don't disclose customer contact number to others...I don't know how they get my contact number.

                              Hi

                              I am using hdfc credit card ending with 4871 and as per record on 11 august 2017 there has been a transaction recorded of 1899 rs without notifying me which is for one assist service. I was having a -711 outstanding balance
                              I was taking care of my new born so was not accessing email as well as not attending call and even underimression that i have negative balance so no bill will come as i completely stopped using my hdfc card.
                              I requested one assist and hdfc bank for this un etheical and unauthorized transaction and asked to cancel request. But one assist team is not reeady to cancel the service and hdfc team is not giving
                              Proper answer why they allowed the transaction.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 6280 without my concern on date:03/02/2018 and i would like to deactivate my one assist policy plan as i'm not interested about this service and don't want to renew my membership anymore. So please cancel my membership asap and refund the debited amount of rs.2999/- this company is not even responding to my cancellation email.

                                    I am suchisht. I have to cancel my debit card protection plan. He renewed directly without my permission so please cancel this plan early as possible. My id is SR[protected], bank names is ICICI bank, Nagpur.

                                      My name is saravanan I have requesting to cancellation of my one assist membership i called much time to my cancellation till now there is no response from one assist team. Cancellation ref :2823487 given by Mr Brijesh from one assist while I complaint through Google rating on 30th Jan 2018 he replied on 31st jan he says your amount will be refunded within seven working days but till now there is no amount refund to my account

                                      I have already raised regarding my cancellation they accept my cancellation but they are not refund my amount till now i raised this concern on 31st Jan what they said now your card already renewal and taken 19 days so we will not refund that amount
                                      But I started on 31st itself so kindly assist and do the needful.

                                        I have taken card protection plan for one year on 25.01.2017. The plan term is renewed on 25.01.2017 without my consent. Then i had applied for discontinuation but without discontinuing the plan they again reactivated it.
                                        They are forcefully imposing this plan on me. I want to discontinue this plan with immediate effect as i think this plan is not beneficial for me.
