I was given a one assist plan along with loan without my consent for a three year package amounting to 3999. Relationship number: 3763885. I have called a hundred times to cancel and all they say is that i will receive a callback for cancellation and when i do, the agent disconnects when i pick up the call and if i try to give a call back, they never answer. Truecaller made me know that you guys were calling. I called them again and they are not ready to cancel over the call and give the same response. I am very much frustrated by their attempt to charge my money without consent. I need it cancelled and refund the whole amount, no matter what.

    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 12/5/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      Oneassist company has auto deducting the amount without the knowledge of customer. My name is showkat ahmad wani and my mobile number is [protected] i have agreed for only one year last year 2017 and i didn't agree for autorenew. But on17 feb 2018, oneassist people autodeduct rupees 1899 from hdfc credit card. Witout my permission now i request you to cancelled my protection plan and creadit the same amount in my creadit card account.

        2 months back i purchased a phone and was looking for the insurance that time i had a word with executive from one assist but i dint like their plans as they are giving wrong information.

        After that on daily basis im getting calls from them, i have told them multiple times that i dont want any insurance for my mobile but they are just calling me every day like an #.

            Hello sir
            I recently received a call from icici bank for securing the cards, i agreed to apply for it but now i wish to deactivate it as i don't have that many cards for which i may need that security. I have not yet registered the cards but, fees against the policy has been deducted, i would like to know whether or not it is refundable.

                I bought an insurance policy from one assist for my laptop - apple macbook pro 2017 model for rs 8000 on 07-nov-2017. My details regarding the same are sr number 2804871 and membership no. [protected]. The incident regarding my laptop happened on 15th jeb 2018. I applied for claim on 16th jan. They took my laptop for repair estimation on 22nd jan. I was promised that the whole process from picking up the laptop to claim and then delivery will be done in max. 20-25 days. Till date they have just managed to get an approval from insurance partner. I have no faith in their practices. I want my laptop back.
                I have already sent them a notice that i will be complaining about this on consumer forum. But they have the audacity to not to reply to that too.
                I have been calling them and mailing them constantly to cancel my claim request and return my laptop. Instead, they asked rs. 1645 to start the repair process. Now i don’t want it to be repaired because they took 1 month just to get the claim approved. Repairing at the same rate can cost me 3-4 months.
                It has been sitting with them for 1 month and now they are asking more money to fix it. I have asked and mailed them to cancel my claim and return my laptop.
                On calling the customer support regarding the same, they put my call on hold for more than 20 min and issue doesn’t get resolved – they promise to call back, transfer the call to cancellation department, transfer call senior. But all goes in vein they never call back.
                I am expecting my laptop back.

                Needs a lil pushing! But they get work done. Repaired my new macbook pro 2017 keyboard whose estimate came out to be 38000. Was asked to pay 1645 more as excess fees.

                  I received sms from one-assist on 22 february 2018 that your membership activation has been reactivated and re 1399 has been deducted from my credit card account even without they had my permission. I find this very frustrating and i want to deactivate the activation and want my refund to be processed.

                    I have recently filed a claim for my damaged handset for which i have a damage protection plan. At the time of selling the policy they made all the promises and when it came to fulfil the claim they are just ignorant of all their promises and failed to deliver the service. On top of all since i have filed a claim but did not actually claim it they have already closed my ticket and my subscription / plan shows "no active membership found. This is absolutely ridiculous.

                      I am a hdfc credit card holder and on 12th of feb 2018 i got a message regarding amount 1399 debited from my credit card, i didn't asked for that service, even i got to know about oneassist after my amount was debited from my credit card. I called their customer care executive on 17th feb 2018 to deactivate that service and also to refund my amount, he didn't done that yet. While searching on net i got to this website, i kindly request you to deactivate this service and refund my amount. This should be considered as a crime from this company, as it is debiting the amount directly without any otp, any card number, etc this shows the loophole in our banking system. The strict action should be taken against them. Amount 1399 debited on 12/02/2018 as one assist mfee. Plan:enhanced wa power single plan

From my icici c redit card. I am not willing in one assist plan so please reimburse this amount to my credit card limit of my icici bank credit card. I shall be highly obliged to you.

                          Please cancel my one assist card protection plan with regs vide sr[protected].. That charges me 1899/rupees.. Without my consent they deducted 1899/rupees from my icici bank account.. Kindly refund me and cancel that plan.. Because it happens to me on21 feb while i m writing this letter on same day.. And plan policy says that you can cancelled that plan within 30 days.. So cancel it asap

                            Oneassist is a fraud company doing malpractices to get client's money. I got a call from one of their executive for renewal of my insurance policy held with them. I told him specifically that my phone was replaced and i have not updated my imei number within the specified time period. He told me that it wont be an issue and he will get it updated and my insrance renewed. I paid the renewal money to oneassist and on verification they are denying my insurance cover giving me a reason that i have not updated my imei number of the replaced phone within 30 days of replacement. This is totally a fraud that if you cannot renew my insurance knowing all the facts then why did you take the money. Now when i am calling them the executives say that they will transfer the call to the cancellation department and keeping me on hold for several minutes. I have mailed the several times but they have not replied to me yet. Technically i did not get the product so they should return my money. Please cancel my renewal policy and return my money.

                              One assist has charged rs 2499 for auto renewal of their scheme without prior notification. I was told they will send an email before auto renewal if i want to dicontinue the scheme before end of 1 year term completion, but didnt get email and money for deducted from my account and now they are charging through crefit card. It is unethical practice and i want my my refund back.

                                I reneve my insurance plan 19 sep 2017 after payment not activate my plan i complain many time by phone and mail.but not respond and tel me your plan inactive and refund in your acount .Ihave not riceve any refund till 31jan 2018 and this company cheat with me i dont want refund i want activate my plan .if in this period my handset damage who is responsable so pls resolve my problem as soon as possable.

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0285 without my permission on date:14/02/2018. I am not interested about this service and i don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                      For the 1st time auto debited was 3000/-. This was the 2nd time auto debitting.

                                      And what you people are thinking do, i should mail and call everytime to say please refund my money.

                                        First the full annual amount was debited from my card and after a few weeks once again i got a message of deduction of some amount for oneassist without my permission, and now, again, i have been charged on my credit card, don't know how, please look into it, i didn't use any of your service i really wish to "not give it a try" and want a refund if possible, seems like a scam.
