auto renewal of one assist plan without prior notification

One assist has charged rs 2499 for auto renewal of their scheme without prior notification. I was told they will send an email before auto renewal if i want to dicontinue the scheme before end of 1 year term completion, but didnt get email and money for deducted from my account and now they are charging through crefit card. It is unethical practice and i want my my refund back....

deactivate my insurance plan after payment at 19 sep 2017

I reneve my insurance plan 19 sep 2017 after payment not activate my plan i complain many time by phone and mail.but not respond and tel me your plan inactive and refund in your acount .Ihave not riceve any refund till 31jan 2018 and this company cheat with me i dont want refund i want activate my plan .if in this period my handset damage who is responsable so pls resolve my problem as soon as possable.

deactivation and refund my amount 1899/-

Dear sir/madam,
This is rangarao devanaboyina,
Mobile [protected]

My axis bank a/c no -[protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for one assist membership.
I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service and my relationship no is 3810243
I am totally disappointed with this one assist. Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account....

cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0285 without my permission on date:14/02/2018. I am not interested about this service and i don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

For the 1st time auto debited was 3000/-. This was the 2nd time auto debitting.

charged twice

First the full annual amount was debited from my card and after a few weeks once again i got a message of deduction of some amount for oneassist without my permission, and now, again, i have been charged on my credit card, don't know how, please look into it, i didn't use any of your service i really wish to "not give it a try" and want a refund if possible, seems like a scam. rejection of claim by using the phrase negligence

I brought a mi note 4 phone with mi protect for any accidental damage. One day, i was searching my phone in my room. I did not know that my phone was lying under the blanket. During the search, i moved my blanket, accidently my phone fell off to the ground/marbles. Screen got scratched. I filed a claim just after 30 min of the incident on 5th feb. 2018, but they rejected it by saying negligence. How it could be a negligence as i was not aware...

handset not yet delivered

please terminate my one assist policy plan

Why Hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from hdfc bank in last year and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted amount i requested to cancel the policy they not accepted said there is no option and now they automatically renew and again deducted the amount their customer service irresponsible not answering....

I am HDFC card holder.I received a message on 14/2/18 saying that Rs 2499 have been debited from my account for one assist policy.This is unacceptable how can you debit any sort of amount without my permission.I don't even want your protection or plan .This is inappropriate of you to do so without any enquiry or my consent. I am balakrishnan from coimbatore. Having account in hdfc bank. I am having hdfc crdit card. On 14.2.2018 oneassist membership fee has been debited on my card ending 6763. I had not renewed my membership. Without my approval membership fee had been debited. You are informed to credit the amount to my account and also deactivate my oneassist membership. If it is not done, legal action may be initiated....

Pls don't register in one assist. total fake information . Kindly refund the amount of RS.1899 was debited in my account.communicating wrong and fake information and getting money from the customer .for this issue try to reach customer care but they are not responding properly.So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
I am totally disappointed with this...
