I took a membership of oneassist 1 year back, didn’t use it during this period. So didn’t want to renew that but suddenly yesterday i got a message from oneassist that my membership has been renewed on my request. I don’t even remember when the hell i made a request. The most annoying thing is they deducted money from my credit card without my permission, no one bothered to contact me before deducting money from my card....

Money debited from HDFC acount rs 1399 without prior notice. One assist customer care said that a mail had been sent prior one month. I hav checked my mail and no such mail is there. I had called them to cancell this policy last year also.
Request cancel the policy and refund the amount.

I got this service offered from a authorised apple istore on 5th feb 2018 for my iphone 10 which was cost 105720.00/-
On the same day it self i realised that this company is cheating consumers in the name of good service.
I paid 6699.00 for the one one assist plan
By 6th feb 2018 i was sure about cancelling my plan so i need te refund as soon as posible.

I received sms from kotak mahindra bank thatrs 1399/- deducted from my cradit card to one assistance plan with out my permission i also got a mail one assistance team i don't even know the companny and this kind o[censored]nderstand solicited charging of my credit card and use of my credit card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

I received sms from icici bank that Rs-1899/- deducted from my account to WA Privilege Single, one assist plan on 06/02/2018. Without my permission.. I received sms to download the link of application, I could not open that link. I was call One Assist mobile number [protected] but this number don’nt have incoming facility. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging from my account.

Claim was raised for my i phone 7 loss. The same was snatched while i was sitting on back side of a bike, and snatchers came from back side and robbed away the phone, we followed them but could not reach them, fir copy has also been submitted the very next day, but still company says the claim cannot to passed as there was negligence on insured side.

I would like to inform that i have never requested for activation of one assist protection plan on my icici a/c. It is atrocious to see such unwarranted debits which speaks very bad about your company. My relationship no is 1479422.

I had sent a registered letter dt 1.1.2018 for the same but have not reeived any reply from your end.

Please refund the amount within 7 days....

I got a msg reg. Renewal of plan without my concern. This is too bad.. I want to discontinue this one assist account asap. These are the msgs i received:

My card was charged for annual fees and i have requested for refund as my account is overdrawn. I have still not received funds bsck to my account and i have been receiving calls from one assist refund team but i am unable to atrend calls between 3pm to 12.30 am in night because of work as phone is not allowed in office.

I dont want any upselling or offers and wish to get my refund back to my account.
