OneAssist has been a disappoint experience.

Case Number : SR#2851930

I have trying to get a claim logged and processed for last 10 days and it does not seems to be heading anywhere. There is always someone calling and asking to update the claim description.

When i asked how below are the different tricks oneassist associates have tried with me:

1. First time they said call the customer care and get it updated (which they dont have access to do so they as me to do step 2)
2. Second time they told me that i need to go to oneassist login and update (which obviously wont work on a submitted claim as it is greyed out)
3. Third time i again call the customer care and inform them about my issue, this time they tell me that its a technical issue and i should try after 24 hours
4. After 24 hours i am still not able to update it using the oneassist login so i call the call center again, this time they tell me that they will send me a link on email which i need to use to update the details
5. Another 24 hours passed i get a call from support saying that i need to update the details or else the claim will be cancelled and not processed.
6. So i call back the customer care, this time i talk to a agent called Chetan who was completely confused and didnt know how to fool me because all the options had been tried. So Chetan tells me that i need to write an email to [protected]@oneassist.in and wait for 24 hours to update. Which i refused to do and asked him to connect me to somebody senior.
Which obviously he wont do and told me that if i was not happy i need to leave a feedback at the number i was being transferre, which was a IVR (again i dont think anyone bothers to refer to IVR feedback's ever)

I absolutely feel cheated by Oneassist while being associated with them.
I need to get the appropriate support for the premium that i have paid.
And not be cheated by finding different reasons for not processing my claim.

    I received sms from hdfc that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 13/02/18. Without my permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected] but they sad already activated not able to refund full amount.1st msg i'm received on 7th from that day itself calling for cancellation but that team said not able to view your account call back after 48 hours.

      Please deactivate and refund my full amount asap

      I received a fraud call from [protected] rahul prapath and [protected] rajath told that calling from one assist cancellation team from Mumbai headoffice and asking all the credit and debit card details...and try to done some transaction in my credit card.

      So pls take this issue seriously and don't disclose customer contact number to others...I don't know how they get my contact number.

        Hi

        I am using hdfc credit card ending with 4871 and as per record on 11 august 2017 there has been a transaction recorded of 1899 rs without notifying me which is for one assist service. I was having a -711 outstanding balance
        I was taking care of my new born so was not accessing email as well as not attending call and even underimression that i have negative balance so no bill will come as i completely stopped using my hdfc card.
        I requested one assist and hdfc bank for this un etheical and unauthorized transaction and asked to cancel request. But one assist team is not reeady to cancel the service and hdfc team is not giving
        Proper answer why they allowed the transaction.

          I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.
          So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
          I am totally disappointed with this one assist

            I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan of rs 1899/ after that they automatically activated this plan. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan as soon as possible.

The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 6280 without my concern on date:03/02/2018 and i would like to deactivate my one assist policy plan as i'm not interested about this service and don't want to renew my membership anymore.                 My name is saravanan I have requesting to cancellation of my one assist membership i called much time to my cancellation till now there is no response from one assist team. Cancellation ref :2823487 given by Mr Brijesh from one assist while I complaint through Google rating on 30th Jan 2018 he replied on 31st jan he says your amount will be refunded within seven working days but till now there is no amount refund to my account

                  I have taken card protection plan for one year on 25.01.2017. The plan term is renewed on 25.01.2017 without my consent. Then i had applied for discontinuation but without discontinuing the plan they again reactivated it.

                    I purchased redmi note 4 last year (8th feb 2017) with the insurance of oneassist.

                    On 4th feb 2018 my phone met a accident and its screen was broke.

                    I contacted oneassist for claim, they said that my imei is not matching with their records. Then i came to know that in october 2017 my mobile's charging was not working, so i took it to the service center and they replaced the motherboard that's why imei was changed.

                    So, during the claim process i uploaded that service report also which clearly mentions that old imei is now changed to new imei.

                    Still oneassist people closed my case stating that my imei is not matching in their records and i should have updated them the imei when my phone's motherbaord was changed. They didn't informed me before that i will have to do that in case of repair. There was no communication from them.                           Please let me know in the attached insurance policy which was issued while i am taking the mobile insurance, about third time non-coverage, Neither In the policy nor i was intimated about this non coverage before taking the insurance.
                          I feel dejected and frustrated, if you know in advance per policy that you will not cover for third time why did you collected my damaged handset this time? Not able to answer?
                          When will you return the damaged handset, i have to got consumer rights no other option left with for this kind of cheating.
                          Serve better to earn customers, even i have referred many of my friends & for my family also i bought, i feel now it is worthless spending and cheated.

                                Hi! My request to everyone don't buy any insurance from this company, they really doing false business by fake marketing promise.
                                My phone was repickup on 16 jan 2018 and till now it is not delivered to me when i call customer care they always says kindly wait for 48 hrs we will update you soon. But till now i don’t have any udate they always says it is under repairing process. I don’t know to repair a phone how many days they want. Its already passed more than 20 days. Iam very disappointed from one assist service they always telling lie i have recorings of all call and also have records of mail and messages from one assist.                                   Deactivate one assist plan
                                  I received sms and email from kotak mahindra bank that "a transaction of rs.1399 has been done on your kotak credit card no. Xx5727 at oneassist consumer sol on 09-feb-2018".

                                  I have never requested for their service and have never requested an upgrade as the mail mentioned.
                                  This has been done without my permission and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. Further the bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.

                                  Please deactivate immediately and refund amount deducted for 2017 and 2018. This has been done without my knowledge, without my consent and I was not even informed about these when I got the Credit Card.

                                    Hi one assist team,

                                    I am using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have listed unbilled amount of 1399 for one assist mfee.

                                    As i do not required it and there is no such communication from your end for auto renewal of one assist mfee or even not intimated.

                                    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to revert the amount of rs. 1399 in my next statement.
                                    I have mailed the details on mail id '[protected]@oneassist.in' please do check it on priority.

                                      One assist rejected my mobile damage claim due to late intimation.
                                      They are coming with such hidden terms and conditions to reject claims​.

                                      It's a fraud. Please do not buy their insurance for mobile phones.

                                      This company should be shut down by government due to such hidden condition.

                                      Company should mentioned such condition before someone buy the product.

                                        I did a mistake giving oneassist my number, tught of getting a insurance for my iphone and updated details in the website this had happened in november 2017, oneassist denied to give insurance, the things are good and i was not relaying on anything more, since then every that 3-4 time oneassist agent will contact me and trouble to take insurance i told them hell out of time not to call me, this is happening repeatedly, kindly stop calling again and again, i’m fed up of you people, if this continues ill have to take some serious action,
