I received sms from kotak mahindra bank thatrs 1399/- deducted from my cradit card to one assistance plan with out my permission i also got a mail one assistance team i don't even know the companny and this kind o[censored]nderstand solicited charging of my credit card and use of my credit card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money

    I received sms from icici bank that Rs-1899/- deducted from my account to WA Privilege Single, one assist plan on 06/02/2018. Without my permission.. I received sms to download the link of application, I could not open that link. I was call One Assist mobile number [protected] but this number don’nt have incoming facility. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging from my account.

        Claim was raised for my i phone 7 loss. The same was snatched while i was sitting on back side of a bike, and snatchers came from back side and robbed away the phone, we followed them but could not reach them, fir copy has also been submitted the very next day, but still company says the claim cannot to passed as there was negligence on insured side.

        Request you to go through the case once again and check the thibgs in a correvt way.

        For copy is attached to support the details that insured was sitting on the back side and he was not driving. So please dnt give baseless reasons and make ppl fool... Ask insurance company to go via fir copy and verify the details.

          Without my knowledge the amount of 2000 has been debited from my card ending 5589. I don’t want any kind of membership so that amount need to be reverted immediately. Customer service numbers are useless they are not responding the calls. Relationship number 1643912. Revert the amount before this month bill generation otherwise you are the responsible and i ll not pay that amount. I need this to be resolve soon since my bill date is 11th and the amount deducted on 5th february 2018.
          I dont need any membership, and i will take a serious action to u with out fail.

            I have an icici account. I availed for this service in 2015 of rs. 1799 and I consequently cancelled it in feb 2017 but still in dec 2017 money was deducted from my account. This is completely unacceptable. KIndly refund the money and cancel this policy.

                      I got a msg reg. Renewal of plan without my concern. This is too bad.. I want to discontinue this one assist account asap. These are the msgs i received:

                      1. Dear (Icici bank) customer, renewal of policy wa power single rs. 1399 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 02-feb-18. It will be completed in 1 wkg day.

                      2. Sr[protected]: dear customer, your request for renewal of oneassist plan has been completed.

                      3. Dear customer, your oneassist membership has been successfully upgraded to power individual. Pl login to www.oneassist.in for plan details and more download the oneassist app from http://goo.gl/UjBqf2 and secure your account.

                      An the 3rd point was todays msg.. Upgrading to power plan?.. What id happening?..
                      Pls cut this. Service for me immmediately.

                        My card was charged for annual fees and i have requested for refund as my account is overdrawn. I have still not received funds bsck to my account and i have been receiving calls from one assist refund team but i am unable to atrend calls between 3pm to 12.30 am in night because of work as phone is not allowed in office.

                        I dont want any upselling or offers and wish to get my refund back to my account.

                          Mera ek mobile mi5 ka tha jiska maine insurance one assist ke medium se kiya tha, mobile ke insurance ke time in logo ne mujhe bahut sare call kiye aur kaha ki apki policy renew kara lijiye aur tarah tarah ke laabh bataye ki accidental damage par hum apko itni help karenge, theft hone par aadi aadi, maine policy ko karwa liya to inhone mere mobile ki policy upto 25000 tak ka insurance kiya aur mujhse 1999 ki premium li, maine premium pay kar di, ab jab mera mobile accidental damage hua to inke anusaar usme 22358 ka repairing cost aa raha hai jisse inka kahna hai ki ye mobile ko sudharwakar nahi denge unka kahna hai ki aap mobile ko fek do aur humse 12799 rs le lo jabki main insurance company ne 22999 ka claim approve kiya hai to na to one assist ye bata raha hai ki usne 25000 ka insurance kyo kiya tha, at the time of insurance usne depreciation kyo nahi kaata tha insurance to pura karaya lekin ab deduction kar raha hai, na hi mujhe aaj din tak insurance ki koi policy di gayi, kripya uchit karyawahi kare

                            Three years back the card protection plan is activated without my knowledge.
                            and after debit from my card i will ask them to reactivate the plan. second year also amount debited without my knowledge. Again i raised a complaint to cancel the policy and reclaim my amount . But they informed me not able o provide reclaim. I will ask them to cancel my policy they confirmed. But still this year also amount debited fro that plan. Without my knowledge. i tried to contact customer care also not able to reach him. I want a immediate solution

                              Hi sir/madem, i am suguna from hyderabad, i raised a complaint of cancellation of membership which u renewed without prior intimation and permission in the month of oct 2017, when i got a call from ur cce he said that full money will be refunded but till now it is not credited to my account, when i called to hdfc cce they said that u have credited 799rs as offer, i don't want any offer from u, i just want my 1899rs refund to my account immediately and never ever activate any type of membership or schemes from my card

                                Hello there

                                I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2499/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. Even i don't get any mail from one assist team. Then i requested to cancel this auto renewal through the customer care
                                But they convince my and push me to the 1 year plan. But i don't want such kind of the plan in one assist. Today i got the refund amount only 1500 rupees. This is really a criminal act and the co.

                                Now i want to cancel the 1 year plan (999) also from the one assist.

                                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                  I am amit ghosh from asansol, dist burdwan. I have a account in icci bank and my a. C no[protected] and iffc code is icic0001926.
                                  One assist has given me the mesage that they wil deduct 1899 frm my account number in 1 working day. They never informed about the renewal process. They did hide.
                                  If it is deducted, i am forced to close my icici account due toe deduction of 1899.
                                  This is the message.
                                  This is a cheating.

                                    But still now not clear in my problem. Some amount credited but balanced amount not credit.

                                        HI,
                                        Apart from deactivating the ONE ASSIST PLAN last year through customer care RS-1899/- has been deducted from my HDFC CREDIT CARD without my permission.. i also got a message from one assist team. This is 100 % fraudulent.Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP
