    Hi team,

    I'm holding a hdfc credit card and i was charged for one assist membership.

    I have raised a request for pan card in 1st week of july. I haven't received any update till now. I have made calls multiple times to customer care, still no use. It's almost 3 months. It takes only 15 days to get a pancard. You are not even providing a pancard.

    There is no use of paying for this membership. Before taking this membership, your team made multiple calls and just ate my head and disturbed my work to take the membership, even if i was not really interested, i had to take it. But when it comes to services, you guys are zero, so i would like to get my oneassist membership money back which you have charged.

    Wasting 3 months of my time is too much to pay. Refund my money immediately.

      I have checked my credit card statement recently they have debited the amount of rs.1299/-. But i have not requested for my such service.
      So, requesting you to cancelled the one assist service from my account and refund my money at the earliest. And never send my such offers in the future.

        Without my prior approval rs 1899 has been deducted from my account. Sr[protected]: dear customer, your request for renewal of oneassist plan has been completed.
        I had never requested for it.
        Therefore kindly cancel it and refund my hard earned money. Otherwise i will be bound to take the matter legally and lodge complain in consumer forum.
        Pls look into this matter with urgency.

            I have purchased the mobile insurance policy from you.

            After purchased, i realized your service is very bad. You making the fool.
            You are hiding your main terms and condition from the client. You did not say me that your 15 days cooling period you did not say me that you require repairing services charge sheet while claiming. And this is not done much more complain against you. You are really making people fool.

            I don't want to stay as your client anymore.

            I will suggest other people to withdraw your service.in my friend circle previously approx 15-20 people to suggested to buy your service but now i will withdraw your service from my friends too.

            And also i will be going to the court case against you.

            Pls refund my money asap.

              My one assist relationship no. Is 2863735. Card ending 3878. Without my permission you guys debited rs 1299 and activate those product. It equal to fraudulent. Kindly cancel one assist mfee and refund whatever you debited from my credit card. Oct 5 2017 it was debited. Hereafter it should be happened. Such a worst product dont make me fool.

                Gopidoss m, oneassist! Relationship no. Is 2863735. Kindly cancel and refund rs 1299. I never agreed with this product without my knowledge it was happened. Card ending 3878. You guys are calling and offer credit card but you are not telling about this kind of product. When i called to cust care ehile applying for cc there is column for one assist when check that one assist automatically activated. But i dint fill any form i applied thru online and more over no one was not informed me about one assist. It is very bad.

                  I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                  After complaint on this website I received call from fraud Caller saying he is calling from one assist n asked me to give my card details as he wants to verify my one assist account later I got an otp on my number for amt 12299 n was asking me otp to complete my complaint.                             Today some amount was deducted from my debit card and when i checked i found that it was deducted for renewal of one assist plan. I didn't even recieve any mail or sms for the deduction. But i didn't even approve it. Also i found that this is the third time it is deducted. I want to cancel this plan and want refunds of all.

                            Please deactivate it and refund to my asap.

                              Without my consent you have debited 1899 rs from my account and have never subscribed your services at all. I would request you to please refund my money back as soon as possible. I have never received any call from you people for the services that you have right to debit money from my account. And your associate adarsh was very rude to me over the phone and showed unexpected behaviour towards me when asked for a refund. He was loud and rude to me. Highly unethical!

                                I haven't activated any oneassist plan for my account or card, only i got a relationship number from the oneassist team, i didn't fill the registration form they sent me or reply to it. Still, they activated a plan and renewed the plan this year without my request (Messaged me as my renewal request completed) and deducted rs. 1899 from my account. I request to refund my money and deactivate the plan.

                                  Cancellation of one assist membership;

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card without my concern on date:19/08/2017. Since i am not interested about this service, i requested them to cancel the membership thru email. But they refunded only rs. 399 and still the membership is not cancelled. But i noticed in this forum the membership was cancelled for many customers. Hence i request the one assist team to cancel the membership and refund the balance amount of rs.900/- asap.,

                                    Wothout any information they charged me 1399 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc credit card ending with 4186. Other wise cancel my credit card, i don't want to spend money on all these things.

                                      Actually when i got my phone insured the insurance person said they will you an temporary handset when your phone got damaged or lost, in whichever city you live in india we will provide you the claim n pick you phone and provide you temporary handset.
                                      But today as on 6th october my phone got physically damaged and i called oneassist compant at arnd 11 am after a long conversation of 32minutes and raising a claim they said the cant provide me the temporary handset as my area dosent come undey their temporary handset proviing area n the time for the reapairing my handset is more than and equal to 25 dayd or more n at the time of insurance they said they will provide me temporary handset n the time of reapiring is less than 15 days.. And all these details are recorded with my regisrered phone number [protected]

                                        I made the payment of rs. 2199/- online using oneassist website for mobile insurance but later i decided i don't want one assist insurance.

                                        When i called their customer care, they said they were not able to find my registered email id or mobile number. Then i provided them my relationship id but with that also they were not able to find my details.

                                        Looks as if they don't want to refund my money back.
