Hi team,
I'm holding a hdfc credit card and i was charged for one assist membership.
I have raised a request for pan card in 1st week of july. I haven't received any update till now. I have made calls multiple times to customer care, still no use. It's almost 3 months. It takes only 15 days to get a pancard. You are not even providing a pancard.
There is no use of paying for this membership. Before taking this membership, your team made multiple calls and just ate my head and disturbed my work to take the membership, even if i was not really interested, i had to take it. But when it comes to services, you guys are zero, so i would like to get my oneassist membership money back which you have charged.
Wasting 3 months of my time is too much to pay. Refund my money immediately.
