Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    Sir i didn't receive any responds. Please consider my complaint and stop the cheating of icici bank.

    Deactivate one assist plan
    Last year october-2016 i received call from icici bank and they just give information about one assist plan after that they automatic activated this plan and deducted rs-1079/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission.. I dont want this plan actually.
    I have contacted their customer care executive on [protected] this number to deactivate and collect my cash back but the customer care executive neglected to deactivate my plan.
    By this year without any information, call and mail my plan will be auto renewed and rs.1899 will be auto debited from by account.

    They again deducted rs.1899 on 5tn oct 2017. Please help to trace such cheating from one assist. I called icici customer care on 10oct 2017 and they said my plan will be cancelled but they neglected to refund the money.
    Totally i lost rs.3600 from my account.

    Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

      Oneassist is auto renewing its services without taking customer's permission. There is no communication from there end after you opt for their services and you have to suffer from all the overcharges and renewal services. There solo business is limited to this type of cheating and fraud only.
      To make situation worst, on checking with them and requesting to discontinue any service, they are forcing to suffer with their plan for next one year. There simple answer is that come to them before expiration of current subscription plan, they cant discontinue it right now.

      Pathetic services and policy with worst customer care support.

      Fed up of calling you guys. Just refund my money else i will be forced to take legal steps.

        I had availed one year facility of one assist in which any loss of pan card, wallet etc will be covered. And that time lady on the call confirmed to me that while renewal of my facility i will be asked whether i want to continue and then they will debit the amount.
        And today i. E 10th oct i suddenly receive message that xyz amount is debited.
        Where is the confirmation taken from me?
        At least the service provider must ask customer whether he/she wants to continue or not.
        Is this the way of one assist, where you deduct amount without intimation.

          I purchased ph insurance for redmi prime 3 s for rs.899 on march 4th 2017 and was told by agent (Abdul) that if some damage takes place, we will get the phone repaired and give you a temporary phone. Yesterday my handset got damaged and when i called one assist they said your plan doesn't include phone replacement
          And in total they told me 25-30 days procedure to get it fixed, which was 15 days initially when i purchased the insurance. So they changed the number of days too.
          Do you expect the customer to be without phone for 25-30 days? Now your agent says 'i am sorry, may be wrong information was provided by our agent'. Do you really think that a customer would expect a 'sorry' when he is in trouble. Can you refund my money back?? I am sure 'no'. Can you give me a temporary phone?? Your agent said 'no'. Then why did i opt for your insurance when its actually good for nothing. Either your company is fraud or your agents are extremely poor in terms of their process knowledge. Maybe both. A big time and money waste with your team.

                      Hi team,

                      I'm holding a hdfc credit card and i was charged for one assist membership.

                      I have raised a request for pan card in 1st week of july. I haven't received any update till now. I have made calls multiple times to customer care, still no use. It's almost 3 months. It takes only 15 days to get a pancard. You are not even providing a pancard.

                      There is no use of paying for this membership. Before taking this membership, your team made multiple calls and just ate my head and disturbed my work to take the membership, even if i was not really interested, i had to take it. But when it comes to services, you guys are zero, so i would like to get my oneassist membership money back which you have charged.

                      Wasting 3 months of my time is too much to pay. Refund my money immediately.

                          I had never requested for it.
                          Therefore kindly cancel it and refund my hard earned money. Otherwise i will be bound to take the matter legally and lodge complain in consumer forum.

                              I have purchased the mobile insurance policy from you.

                              After purchased, i realized your service is very bad. You making the fool.
                              You are hiding your main terms and condition from the client. You did not say me that your 15 days cooling period you did not say me that you require repairing services charge sheet while claiming. And this is not done much more complain against you. You are really making people fool.

                              I don't want to stay as your client anymore.

                              I will suggest other people to withdraw your service.in my friend circle previously approx 15-20 people to suggested to buy your service but now i will withdraw your service from my friends too.

                              And also i will be going to the court case against you.

                              Pls refund my money asap.

                                My one assist relationship no. Is 2863735. Card ending 3878. Without my permission you guys debited rs 1299 and activate those product. It equal to fraudulent. Kindly cancel one assist mfee and refund whatever you debited from my credit card. Oct 5 2017 it was debited. Hereafter it should be happened. Such a worst product dont make me fool.

Card ending 3878. You guys are calling and offer credit card but you are not telling about this kind of product. When i called to cust care ehile applying for cc there is column for one assist when check that one assist automatically activated. But i dint fill any form i applied thru online and more over no one was not informed me about one assist. It is very bad.

                                    After complaint on this website I received call from fraud Caller saying he is calling from one assist n asked me to give my card details as he wants to verify my one assist account later I got an otp on my number for amt 12299 n was asking me otp to complete my complaint. [protected]& [protected]r the two fraud numbers.

                                      I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my account to one assist plan on 6th october without my permission. I didn't got any mail or sms from one assist team. I didn't use this plan for one year, while taking the plan, they said the account is not auto renewal, but the account got auto renewed. Please deactivate the account and refund asap

                                        Hello,
                                        I received a call about 2 days ago in which a person asked me to take benefit of one assist services;as i was busy then so accidentally i agreed with him. After some time i received a message about debit of inr 1899/- from my account for one assist services. I even donot know this company and i want to cancel my membership as well as refund of money. My one assist relationship number is 2865282.
