I buy a new plan for samsung note 8 and extended warranty plan so i call many times but omeassist not response my plan is not active and i do not receive any mails and message so what i do tell me oneassit is not response me and not activate my plan so yogesh says me plz wait tomoorow i always calls and execuutive always says wait tomorrow so what i do

    Hello there

    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    I have got a call from one assist on 28 October 2017 regarding cancellation but instead of cancellation they are requesting to continue plan and providing me a discount of Rs. 399, I have denied this discount and asked for cancellation then they disconnect the call. after that till the day no refund no communication.

        Service request number: 2212439

        As per my insurance, i am eligible for two time phone replacement. When i applied for the same for the second time, they asked me to first change the imie number through an elaborate process, which i did. This despite the fact that their replacement invoice on the first claim had both the old and new imie numbers.

        After i applied they did not change the number - when i followed up in customer care, they said it cannot be done as the phone is damaged! But they are refusing to state the same in an email.

        My complaint to them since august 2017 remains unattended.

          My insurance expired in october of 2017. I got a call about it and i told this individual calling from one assist that i would need time to think it through because i may be upgrading my phone. A few days later, i politely inform him that i've decided to buy a new phone and when i do, i'd be happy to buy a new policy with it. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Ever since then, i have received a minimum of 7 calls a day, every day, from two different numbers from oneassist. I blocked one number and they started calling from another.

          This is causing a lot of aggravation and it is upsetting my schedule since i work in the evenings. They need to stop before i drag them to court for mental trauma, stalking and/or harassment.

            In march i bought my redmi not 4 along with insurance of accidental damage warranty from one assist.
            I just bought when i purchased the phone.

            Few week back accidentally my phone fell down from my hand at home broke my screen at that time i contact to one assist for clam.

            At that whole story was started first of all during contact to the team they asked the whole process will take min 20- 25 days to get a repair from insurance. I was just surprised is i am getting insurance or admitting my mobile for diagnostics test or phone is undergoing cancer treatment which takes long time to fix (Min 20- 25) days.

            I completely understand about official formality and paper work. But to fix my phone need to send my phone and then it will take approx days that is very annoying and unprofessional.

            While fixing that time i am not getting any phone for the time being how will i do my work.

            Also while talking to a team member, they just verbally tell me about policy cover.
            Which is quite an unprofessional way without sending any documentation of terms and conditions. I bought 2 other insurance from one assist same as like mine they didn't even send me proper documentation. Before my mobile phone problem. I didn't even notice this.

            Further, if i send my phone how will i get assured internal components will not be replaced with low quality or removed. As far as i know, the insurance company only recommend the service center for a claim not take the device for repair for 10 days. Which is again annoying.

            Moreover, on the website there are no written terms and conditions of policies cover, team member verbally told me what it covers which is an again unprofessional way to give insurance.

            As well when i started my whole process one of customer representative told me when phone pickup team will come when u have to sign one form for terms and conditions. Which actually is from national insurance company, when i asked what is this? First, they gave lame excuse which makes me doge about company policies.

            At last, i want to say i don't want to give my phone for that long period because i don't have any other phone and have doge talks with one assist confusing me a lot...

              My hdfc credit card account has been debited rs.1899 on 17 oct, 2017 against one assist mfee. I would request you to kindly cancel the insurance linked to my credit card and also refund the deducted amount at the earliest.

              In future, i would not like to avail any plans which are charged. Moreover, i have not received the detailed kit which states about the various plans and the charges for the same.

                My membership id is [protected]. Oneassist has debited my hdfc credit card with rs 1399/- without my consent and renewed the insurance. They had never called me before renewing or debitting my account. Neither they had mailed anything to me. Now when i call them, they are denying to cancel the policy and refund me the amount. I want my money back. One assist is a fraud company and legal action has to be taken against them for such behavior.

                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1899/- from my credit card for this one assist fee payment. In spite of refusing to renew my subscription to one assist. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund debited amount of rs.1899/-

                  I had logged the claim process for my i phone 6 screen damage. For which they had charged us 2799 rupees. I was out of country and by mistakenly mobile fell down & screen got damaged. After coming back to mysuru i had logged the case. Now they are telling me that you have to log the case with in 48 hours. These terms and conditions has not been informed at time purchase. Below is the mail from one assist.

                  Which is ridiculous reason. If i would i have mentioned logged case as date of incident, they would have took some other reason to reject the claim.

                  Seriously no one should take one assist mobile or wallet insurance. They are just fooling around the people and earning money. They are having pathetic service. I had asked there customer service agent to connect me to manager. They put me on hold for almost 20 mins. They didn't connected manager. Customer agent informed me manager not there in sit. I will inform them to call you. Its been two days no response from one assist.

                    I got credit card ending with 3162 four days ago and has been debited with rs.1299/- towards one assist membership fee on 20/sep/2017.

                    I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership. But they automatically debited amount from my hdfc credit card.

                    I request you to don't activate this type of subscription in future.

                    It's unnecessary for me to have a one assist relationship, hence kindly resolve the issue and refund the debited amount and never repeat it again without my consent.

                    Hope i will get back my money asap.

                      I had a phone insurance taken i renewed it 2nd time after a year but accidentally my phone got damaged and i called their website and the customer care told me to login online from their website to register the damage . But i have been trying since a week their login tab on the website is not functional.

                        Hi sir,

                        I took insurance from one assist insurance company as it was having tie up with mi india. The insurance is still active and it is valid till 21st december 2017. As my mobile phone was accidentally doped down and physically damaged and water intrusion also there i have filed a claim for repair it.

                        But as part of one assist cheating, the company is saying that the imei number is changed as part of service i did from the mi customer service center. But i was not aware the mother board was changed by service center guys for a simple headphone jack issue.

                        So they are rejecting the claim.

                        As the claim got rejected i asked for a refund of my money. For that also they are not ready. So, one assist clearly cheating customers by rejecting claim and ignoring refund of money.

                        So sir, please force these guys to either repair my handset or refund my money. I am running behind this for a long time.

                        * i talked to the customer executive "sabiha qureshi" and she is simply saying that "she can't do anything". I asked for an escalation matrix as well. They are not allowing that as well.

                        I am adding all the relevant document with this. Please help. This is the last hope for me.

                            Cancellation of oneassist membership.
                            I am a hdfc creditcard holder. The bank has auto depited rs. 1899/- from my creditcard ending with 7070 without my concern on date 10/10/2017. I am not interested about this service. And don't want membership any more. So cancel my membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1899/-.

                              I'm using hdfc credit card. You have debited 1899 for one assist and 500 for over limit fee. This is third time i'm complaining about the non information of charges deducting from my account. Also i have called your customer care number. But no response from your side. Need quick response. Please credit those amount to my credit card.

                                I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 28/09/2017. Without my permission. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they are not cancelling the service.

                                Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

                                  Claim id 2025781 sir one assist held the phone and not giving back after 10-15 email and 30-40 phone calls daily wasting my time and not taking any solution even the phone is misplace in courier they told me that they will give my money back but till yet from 1st sept they havent given my whole money back (13000 market price+1299 kne assist plan price) should i do fir against him waiting for reply

                                  As i disscus in last comment they will not take any followup as i told earlier becoz its the mistake of one asssist
                                  Dwar one assist from last 2 month you just making fool and saying one thing we have forwaded details to your team even the information given my me only about that my phone is missed by you and after several complain your team till yet havent taken any action dear consumer complain team shiuld i register FIR against one assist now you can see they will not take any action...

                                    My i phone claim no 2375089 is rejected by your company with the reason that my i phone is not deactivated with "find my iphone". But as per my knowledge that my i phone is deactivated from "find my iphone" by me at same day when i file the claim with your team. I have also some of evidences in my support which makes me innocent that my i phone is deactivated from "find my iphone" and i had also attached the copy of your first confirmation mail against registered claim and images of deactivated "find my i phone". You can see the time and date of your registered claim and deactivation of "find my iphone" by me and then please make your final decision in my support. Hope you will make a fair decision because i trust your company alot that is the reason i had already make 4-5 deals with your company in the past.

                                        Dear sir
                                        During application of my hdfc bank credit card, it was told to me that one assist service will not be activated for my cards before my confirmation and i can cancel it during confirmation call. But i have not received any confirmation call from one assist end and my credit card is debited for such amount.

                                        I am following up with one assist customer care for cancellation of said services and refund of the same but the same couldn't be done.
