Hi sir,
I took insurance from one assist insurance company as it was having tie up with mi india. The insurance is still active and it is valid till 21st december 2017. As my mobile phone was accidentally doped down and physically damaged and water intrusion also there i have filed a claim for repair it.
But as part of one assist cheating, the company is saying that the imei number is changed as part of service i did from the mi customer service center. But i was not aware the mother board was changed by service center guys for a simple headphone jack issue.
So they are rejecting the claim.
As the claim got rejected i asked for a refund of my money. For that also they are not ready. So, one assist clearly cheating customers by rejecting claim and ignoring refund of money.
So sir, please force these guys to either repair my handset or refund my money. I am running behind this for a long time.

* i talked to the customer executive "sabiha qureshi" and she is simply saying that "she can't do anything". I asked for an escalation matrix as well. They are not allowing that as well.
I am adding all the relevant document with this. Please help. This is the last hope for me.
