I got credit card ending with 3162 four days ago and has been debited with rs.1299/- towards one assist membership fee on 20/sep/2017.

I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership. But they automatically debited amount from my hdfc credit card.

I request you to don't activate this type of subscription in future.

It's unnecessary for me to have a one assist relationship, hence kindly resolve the issue and refund the debited amount and never repeat it again without my consent.

Hope i will get back my money asap.

Kindly cancel the service from my HDFC card, I called your customer care they're not ready to deactivate it. You guys are forcing me to keep this service even when I'm not interested in it at all. Please process a request to cancel my OneAssist Plan and do the refund of amount debited.
And kindly send me confirmation mail of the same.

    I just want to cancel the plan as i don't require it anymore. When i called the customer service they are sooooo irritating and annoying and just not letting me to cancel the plan.     Still my membership is showing as active, check once.
    I had a phone insurance taken i renewed it 2nd time after a year but accidentally my phone got damaged and i called their website and the customer care told me to login online from their website to register the damage . But i have been trying since a week their login tab on the website is not functional.

      Hi sir,

      I took insurance from one assist insurance company as it was having tie up with mi india. The insurance is still active and it is valid till 21st december 2017. As my mobile phone was accidentally doped down and physically damaged and water intrusion also there i have filed a claim for repair it.

      But as part of one assist cheating, the company is saying that the imei number is changed as part of service i did from the mi customer service center. But i was not aware the mother board was changed by service center guys for a simple headphone jack issue.

      So they are rejecting the claim.

      As the claim got rejected i asked for a refund of my money. For that also they are not ready. So, one assist clearly cheating customers by rejecting claim and ignoring refund of money.

      So sir, please force these guys to either repair my handset or refund my money. I am running behind this for a long time.

      - date of incident/claim 28th september 2017

      * i talked to the customer executive "sabiha qureshi" and she is simply saying that "she can't do anything". I asked for an escalation matrix as well. They are not allowing that as well.

      I am adding all the relevant document with this. Please help. This is the last hope for me.

                Dwar one assist from last 2 month you just making fool and saying one thing we have forwaded details to your team even the information given my me only about that my phone is missed by you and after several complain your team till yet havent taken any action dear consumer complain team shiuld i register FIR against one assist now you can see they will not take any action...

                  My i phone claim no 2375089 is rejected by your company with the reason that my i phone is not deactivated with "find my iphone". But as per my knowledge that my i phone is deactivated from "find my iphone" by me at same day when i file the claim with your team. I have also some of evidences in my support which makes me innocent that my i phone is deactivated from "find my iphone" and i had also attached the copy of your first confirmation mail against registered claim and images of deactivated "find my i phone". You can see the time and date of your registered claim and deactivation of "find my iphone" by me and then please make your final decision in my support. Hope you will make a fair decision because i trust your company alot that is the reason i had already make 4-5 deals with your company in the past.

                      Dear sir
                      During application of my hdfc bank credit card, it was told to me that one assist service will not be activated for my cards before my confirmation and i can cancel it during confirmation call. But i have not received any confirmation call from one assist end and my credit card is debited for such amount.

                      I am following up with one assist customer care for cancellation of said services and refund of the same but the same couldn't be done.

                      Please loo in to the matter.

                        The executives do not give any valuable response they just answer sorry for the inconvience we will make your claim on priority basis and the time taken is always the same whether its on priority or the same.                         I did not received any estimation till date and i want my handset repaired till this weekend because monday im going for holidays i[censored] cant repair it give me back my damaged handset ill manage it myself after my holidays i dont need one assist to repair it.                             Last year rs.2499 got debited from my account in the name of one-assist. I complained to my bank (Axis bank) but they didn't look into the issue. I never used any one assist services and this year 1200+ got debited from my account. Please cancel the plan and refund my money as i am not using any of your services. Debiting the money without intimating the customer is not appreciable from your part. Kindly refund my money

                              I received hdfc credit card on 12.10.2017. On the same day i received sms rs.1299/- debited from your credit card for one assist. While applying for credit card i did not opted for one assist scheme. Without my knowledge rs.1299/- have been debited from my credit card. I called to one assist customer to cancel the one assist plan and requested for refund but customer care executive keep on convincing me to stay in the plan and ended with within 48hrs our executives call you. Still no one contacted me ragarding this. But i am clearly saying that i do not need this protection plan for my credit cards. So i request you to cancel the one assist plan and refund the debited rs.1299/- from my credit card.

I have never applied for the same. This is company do activate the service which is not applied for. I don't require this service. So requesting to one assist.                                   I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card without my concern on date:26/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. And i follow up fro cancellation of this services today but one assist team could not process my cancellation request. Membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                                    This is mv rajasekhar, actually i have sent a claime to oneassist, but the claime has been rejected on december 17th 2016, but still now i didn't recieive my unrepaire handset back. I have contacted to oneassist many times every time oneassist said that you definently get it with in 48 hours. But still now i didn't receive my handset. I think oneassist is playing games with me, oneassist think that i am a fool thats why oneassist is doing like this. See i am waiting from 10 months but oneassist is cheating me without sending my mobile back.

                                        One assist is a cheat organisation, do not buy insurance from oneassist they close the claim and say no insurance would be provided.
                                        I have taken a mobile insurance from one assist and when claiming when the device got broken one assist closed my complaint stating that the documents are not uploaded despite providing them with all the details.

                                        The claim details can be found at

                                        They are also not providing any document details.
