Dear concerned, my relationship no is 1295120. There was a debit in hdfc credit card account for rs.1899/- for renewal of the product on 14-sep-17. This renewal was without my consent and due to which i raised a cancellation of the subscription on the same date through your customer care number. Since that date i am following up for refund but there is no response and every time your team gives me assurance to wait for it. Sir please help...

My request (Service request: 2302536) is rejected after 18 days of processing as "the mentioned reason is not valid".

After submitting the request they have sent mail as your documents have been verified. And they have collected my mobile and claim documents with sign.
