I received a message that my membership was going to expire but would be auto renewed.

Every year rs-1799/- deducted from my hdfc credit card to one assist plan without my permission. I also get email from one assist team. It has been a month but still now i have no idea of my phone. It doesn't take this much time. I would have rather got it repaired it myself. I have you my money and then waiting for one month.
