This is regarding the subjected request number. I have tried to request on 2nd sept. 17, but due to my last claim was still pending i was unable to claim for my insurance again. Then after it was successfully done your team member picked my phone on 17th sept. 17. But till now i am getting mails and calls for clarifications about the phone breakage details and even they are asking if the handset is picked up or not. I have asked many times for the estimated payment that i need to pay, but still i didn't get any confirmation on that.

I am relocating to some other place on 3rd oct. 17. So requesting you to please make it fast and deliver by that day.

no updates are there from one-assist, they have kept all the things in progress. From 21st sept. 2017, my phone is with their IT department and they are not updating about it. whenever I am trying to reach them, they are telling it takes 3 working days, after 3 it again became 5working days, and it will be increasing so on.

After complaining for so many times, they didn't took any actions.

    I was committed for rs.725/- paytm cashback by oneassist mobile insurance company against purchased extended plan for my iphone 7. Initially plan was given to me by rohit (One of oneassist executives). He took approval from his manager of the said amount (725/- paytm cashback). When i did not receive the cashback, i tried to contact on the number given by him i. E., [protected]. The person who took the call was nadeem. Every time when i had a word with him, he told me to wait for 1 hour or half an hour. When i asked him that i will take strict action against them, then i got as call from another executive i. E., sameer bearing mobile number [protected]. He told me to give him 24-48 hours and he will hear the recording and will get back to me. After 2 days, when i tried to contact him, he said that 'yes, rohit has committed the said amount and they will give you the cashback'. But again after 2 days when i contacted him and told that they are cheating customers, then he again told to give me another 1 hour. Then i received the cashback of rs.350/- in paytm. When i contacted him again, he told that amount committed was reversed to you. I told him that i too have the recording with me, if you want i can share the same. The he told me that give me one more day, i will call. The last conversation was 2 days back and still i did not receive a call. I tried to contact him today also, but he did not receive my call. Also i received call from rohit and he threatened me that i will cancel your plan as the amount committed was only rs.350/-.
    The oneassist is cheating customers and guys please do not trust them. They are mentally harassing their clients.

      Wallet assist insurance policy given by One Assist covers replacement of driving license and PAN card as stated by them while giving policy. The policy was activated on 9th November, 2017.

      Yesterday my license was lost. I called up the customer care. They refused to accept the complaint and stated that the license can be replaced only when the wallet is lost.

      This is the first time I am coming to know about this. This was never informed to me.

      I was never even supplied with the terms and conditions of the policy. The Company at the time of giving the policy informed me that a kit will be provided containing the terms and conditions of the policy. I requested by mail to provide the kit, however the same was never provided.

      I request to kindly do the needful for issuing new driving license.

        Hi i hav got my i phone damaged, as i feel some moisture has gone in my phone and some short circuit happened, now the insurance company who forced us to take insurance and claimed that all is covered, but now when we need clain they have anser wch are silly that you mis handled the phone, common had this been not the insecurity we would have not gone for insurance and paid the premium unnecessary

          I have given my dvice or insurance and its ben a long tim that te delivery tem is having a wrong adress the employees in the call center dont anser your question and when we ask them to transfer the call to the senior they put it on hold for very long call cnter pople have no coordination infact the delivery team has wrong delivery adress and they are saying the adress can be changed it will be delivered to the place where it was picked up but they are not delivering in the pockup adress they also say that the adress has been changed now we will deliver it to the pickup adress only but when i call them next day the other employee tells me the same thing and i ask him to please forward call to senior the say wait and they put it on hold for 30 minutes this company sucks you guys are very irresponsivel and over this you keep taking acess fees and all that. Thats not how a good company works thats how a thief nd cheap company works and whosoever is reading this has failed to satisfy ur customer with the [censored]iest service in the world

            Oneassist consumer solutions — forceful enrollment of service
            I have been forcefully enrolled in one assist sevice and my hdfc bank credit card account has debited with rs 1299.
            Service is started automatically without any permission.
            I complained for it on 25/09/2017 at 6:46pm
            I don't want their service.
            I want refund and cancellation of service.
            After repeated requesting them from the day 25/09/2017 rs 1899 has been debited. They are not listening and harashing me unnecessarily. They are not refunding my hard earned money. I want cancellation of the service and debited amount be credited back to my hdfc bank account credit card

              I was member of oneassist since 2016 year.
              My previous membership id:- [protected] was expiring on 21'st sep 2017.
              Before this, i have got call from oneassist executive, who forced me to renew my membership, so i did oneline payment.
              After renewal, i have been issued new membership id:- [protected] valid till 30th aug 2018.
              One calling they have no answer why new membership number has been created when old membership number was valid.
              I have been mailing them on daily basis but no proper reply.
              On 14th sept, i tried calling them on support number, for which i was unable to speak any executive nor call was getting connected for one hour.
              During this time, if ones wallet is stolen, he cannot do anything & has suffer the loss.
              Now again, i received sms, that my 2'nd membership (Membership id:- [protected]) is also renewed without my approval & money deducted from my hdfc credit card.

              From the above 2 instances, we can get information how this oneassist is being operated.
              I just need one favour of cancelling both memberships & getting refund for same.
              Please help me for the same.

                Dear concern/ one assist,

                I got credit card ending with 6289 one month ago and has been debited with rs.2499/- towards one assist membership fee on 21/aug/2017.

                I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

                Request you to don't activate this type of subscription in future.

                It's unnecessary for me to have a one assist relationship, hence kindly resolve the issue and refund the debited amount and never repeat it again without my consent.

                If not refunded, will take legal action. Hope i will get back my money asap.

                  Here is to inform you that i insured my phone mi max128gb with imei no. [protected] my phone got damaged in feb’2017. My phone got repaired by your company within a month after three days it stopped working on its own. I reported this thing on your customer care where they suggested me to visit the mi store for further assistance. I went there and they said that the phone cannot be repaired by them because the insurance company did not get it repaired from original mi store as the mi seal is not present on the phone. I again contacted the customer care of one assist where they again directed me to visit the mi store and get this thing in written i went there to get the damage report in written (They say that its mother board have been damaged without any liquid or physical damage and they cannot repair it as earlier it didn’t get repaired from an original mi store). I again contacted your customer care after that and they are again directing me to get the damage specification of it being a liquid damage or physical damage.

                  I am a person working in a corporate company where i do not get day off and all the mi store remains closed on sundays. Taking an off and visiting mi store which is so far from my home is a pain in #. This visiting and revisiting process has stretched long enough to test my patience can i get a permanent solution for this.

                  Its been months i am suffering without my phone. Can you ask your customer care person to tell me how many times more have i need to visit the store and what all specification you need before claiming the damage. Either repair my phone else give me in written the explanation of why my phone got repaired in a non mi store and if not then give me a proof of its getting repaired in an original store so that i can claim my guarantee from the mi store.

                  As per me my insurance hold no value to your company. I took your insurance for 5 of my own phones and have referred your services to 100’s of my friend. But now i feel it was all in vain.

                            Hello,

                            I have received a new credit card ending 5389 and i have been notified on 15th sep'17 that inr 1299/ has been charged on my credit card for one assist which i have never applied for.

                            To bring to your notice this charge is without my consent and i don't know how the bank is authorized to charge without my consent.

                            Even i have called in one assist customer care for reversing the charges. And they told me that i will get call from one assist team within 48 hours. I didn't get any call neither the charges reversed.

                            Do the needful asap. Otherwise i will take strict action for the same.

                            Hi,

                            As you told that you have already cancelled my plan by 25th September, I still got one email from HDFC bank yesterday regarding welcome kit of the plan.

                            If you have cancelled the plan why I have received that mail on 27th September??

                            It is already frustrating to make request without activating anything.

                            Do the needful as soon as possible. Otherwise I will take strict action.

                              As i have received a new credit card (No-[protected]) and surprisingly i have been notified on 23rd sep'17 that inr 1399/ has been charged on my credit card for i protect plan of one assist which i have never applied for.

                                Sir if my name and invoice date cannot be changed i request you to please immediately cancel my membership... As with cancellation of membership within 10 days i can get my full refund...
                                So sir request you to either. Accept my request to change the date of invoice or cancel my membership

                                Yesterday on 22/09/2017 i had made payment and purchased the plan of accidental damage insurance cover...

                                I had made payment and uploaded the required documents which are now under verification..

                                When applying for insurance on the call i had told the representative the wrong surname

                                My full name is malay patel and i had told the representative malay m bhalala as my full name...

                                I'm clarifying that patel is my caste name which is mentioned on the bill of the phone and bhalala is my surname..

                                Hence i request you to change my name from malay m bhalala to malay patel...

                                The second thing was the representative asked me on which date i ordered the phone so i answered it was 09 september 2017. But my invoice date is 10 september 2017 and order date is 9 september..

                                So i request you to change my invoice date too as i had also uploaded the invoice copy in which it is clearly mentioned invoice date...

                                  One assist forcefully activated services took money from my credit card
                                  Since two months i calling everyday to cancel and refund my money.
                                  Everyday they tell me scripted lines
                                  Our cancelation team will call in 48 hours as per their records i registered complaint on 4 september today is 24th so does it mean 20 days is equal to 48 hour till today i received not a single call from one assist.

                                  They are mentally harassing me, lie went to an extent that sir you will get a call in 30 min i never got a call back from the team.

                                    Dear Concern,

                                    I received call from One assist and the amount of 1899/- got deducted from my Hdfc credit card.The ENHANCED WA PRIVILEDGE SINGLE PLAN got activated.

                                    My relationship no-2777672, Kindly cancel my plan for One Assist.I don't need the plan.

                                    Please terminate the plan and refund the amount.

                                      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission... I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the criminal offence.

                                      I hereby request to oneassist for my money refund asap otherwise i will take strict action against such kind of of transactions done by oneassist without any acknowledgement. I am also registering my complanit in department of indian consumer affairs.

                                      I had a conversation with OneAssist Representative to deactivate the membership and refund whole money which have charged Rs. 1299 /- .
                                      Hereafter I did not receive any money refund from respective OneAssist team in this case.
                                      As per the Terms and Conditions given for refund policy is if someone from user request for cancellation of policy within 0-30 Days - Then He/She will get 100% refund of money and In my case I have requested for cancellations of services within 30 days of date of activation.
                                      I would request to OneAssist concern team to kindly refund the whole amount as promised with one of the representative from your team otherwise I will have to take strict action against this fraud statements that are made on telephonic conversations, I do have a recording of person with whom I had a discussion in regards to whole refund as said the caller.
                                      I will wait another 5 days to get the refund from your side and will force this case to the court in any circumstances.
                                      Take this request on a high priority otherwise be ready for the penalty for the offence and fraudulent for money stolen from credit card without prior consent or acknowledgement.

                                        We had got our i phone 7 insured vide order no 129560 and paid rs 4999/- as insurance fees. On 19/08/2017 my phone got accidentally damaged and we approached and provided all details and shocked to receive mail as reason exclusion 13-phone not being used by me - which is totally incorrect.

                                        We wish to state that phone is never parted in life for more than 1 minute just for fun or read some chat, so such excuses is surprising
