Received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 23/10/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    Hello there

    I called one assist to deactivate wallet & credit protection policy as they deduct rs. 1899 from my credit card on 13-oct-2017 without my consent & without any prior notice. I called one assist customer care service on the very next day & again so many times to refund my money back as i'm not interested in their plan & not found it useful for me in any way but they are forcing me to continue with the policy. After so many calls for deactivation, they just downgraded my plan to 'enhanced wa power single plan'. Instead of rs. 1899, i got refund for only rs. 299. Why are you binding your policy on customer? What customer is saying not matters to you? Why not ready to listen to me, why you are forcing to customers...

    Please refund my money back & deactivate the plan asap

      I am here with writing regarding to cancellation of the one assist membership of my icici debit card. I have been trying to cancel the same by calling the customer care but even after several attempts to call and cancel, i am receiving any positive response by the executives. I a being told different stories and being in the plan. I am seriously not interested to keep the plan.

      Hence kindly cancel the membership and refund the amount back immediately.

        I have taken one assist insurance while buying my mi note 4 phone. My phone got damaged due to rain when i was returning from office. I have raised claim stating my issue that due to rain met with small accident and my phone got damaged as i fell into water. But one assist refused my claim stating this stupid reason that insurance company refused claim stating:

        The subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by willful negligence (No proper care of handset has not been taken by insured to safeguard the property.

        It is most obvious no one will willfully fall down in rain and one assist should assist customers to get claim processed but this company just closed the claim request without my consent.

        This a bogus company. Please do not waste money buying this protection. If you have one reason to open a claim they have 100 reasons to reject the claim.

          I just want to cancel the plan as i don't require it anymore. When i called the customer service they are sooooo irritating and annoying and just not letting me to cancel the plan.             Dear sir, i am using hdfc credit card. Please tell me that who are you to protect my card even after by cheating you are making members. I had request you in oct.2016 to cancel member ship of card ending 7520. From next time but you have updated my membership and deducted fee from my card. Now i request you to cancel my membership and refund money. Reffed complaint no. To me. If you fail to do so then definitely i have to file a petition in consumer court against you and also against hdfc credit card management

              I'm a hdfc credit card holder. Last year this october, i unknowingly joined one assist. They took a sum of amount and later refunded half amount back. Later i cancelled the policy and i even have the cancellation number. But they have now debited rs.1899 from my card. Without my consent also. It's a kind of cheating. Very worst performance. I want my whole money to be refunded back.

                I had purchased insurance of my laptop with relationship number 1880838 on 24 sep, 2017. Next day for some reason, i decided to cancel that insurance. So after calling them 7-8 times and mailing them, they cancelled my laptop's insurance on 9 oct. Now, today is 24 oct, right one month after my cancellation request. Still didn't received any refund.
                Called them so many times, but no use as they are telling me "your refund has processed, wait wait wait.." but its 15 days after refund has processed. Even they are not responding on mail, i even mailed them my bank's statement. But no respond.
                Seriously worst experience, even now i don't know where should i complaint about them. Please help!

                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 3490 without my concern on date:01/09/2017. I never noticed it since 1 month untill i get statement. I am not interested about this service and don't want any type of membership. When i asked to bank about the same, the bank itself is saying that one assist is having problem of deducting money without noticing the card holder. This has become almost an act of crime. I want one assist to cancel my membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/- asap.

                    Background : i had submitted my phone to one assist to replace the damaged screen and they returned the product on 17oct17.

                    Complaint : i don't find the product as original as it doesn't match with the snaps taken before handing it over to them.
                    The display screen is also damaged and a visible crack is witnessed.

                              As per my insurance, i am eligible for two time phone replacement. When i applied for the same for the second time, they asked me to first change the imie number through an elaborate process, which i did. This despite the fact that their replacement invoice on the first claim had both the old and new imie numbers.

                              After i applied they did not change the number - when i followed up in customer care, they said it cannot be done as the phone is damaged! But they are refusing to state the same in an email.

                              My complaint to them since august 2017 remains unattended.

                                My insurance expired in october of 2017. I got a call about it and i told this individual calling from one assist that i would need time to think it through because i may be upgrading my phone. A few days later, i politely inform him that i've decided to buy a new phone and when i do, i'd be happy to buy a new policy with it. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Ever since then, i have received a minimum of 7 calls a day, every day, from two different numbers from oneassist. I blocked one number and they started calling from another.

                                This is causing a lot of aggravation and it is upsetting my schedule since i work in the evenings. They need to stop before i drag them to court for mental trauma, stalking and/or harassment.

                                  In march i bought my redmi not 4 along with insurance of accidental damage warranty from one assist.
                                  I just bought when i purchased the phone.

                                  Few week back accidentally my phone fell down from my hand at home broke my screen at that time i contact to one assist for clam.

                                  At that whole story was started first of all during contact to the team they asked the whole process will take min 20- 25 days to get a repair from insurance. I was just surprised is i am getting insurance or admitting my mobile for diagnostics test or phone is undergoing cancer treatment which takes long time to fix (Min 20- 25) days.

                                  I completely understand about official formality and paper work. But to fix my phone need to send my phone and then it will take approx days that is very annoying and unprofessional.

                                  While fixing that time i am not getting any phone for the time being how will i do my work.

                                  Also while talking to a team member, they just verbally tell me about policy cover.
                                  Which is quite an unprofessional way without sending any documentation of terms and conditions. I bought 2 other insurance from one assist same as like mine they didn't even send me proper documentation. Before my mobile phone problem. I didn't even notice this.

                                  Further, if i send my phone how will i get assured internal components will not be replaced with low quality or removed. As far as i know, the insurance company only recommend the service center for a claim not take the device for repair for 10 days. Which is again annoying.

                                  Moreover, on the website there are no written terms and conditions of policies cover, team member verbally told me what it covers which is an again unprofessional way to give insurance.

                                  As well when i started my whole process one of customer representative told me when phone pickup team will come when u have to sign one form for terms and conditions. Which actually is from national insurance company, when i asked what is this? First, they gave lame excuse which makes me doge about company policies.

                                  At last, i want to say i don't want to give my phone for that long period because i don't have any other phone and have doge talks with one assist confusing me a lot...

                                    My hdfc credit card account has been debited rs.1899 on 17 oct, 2017 against one assist mfee. I would request you to kindly cancel the insurance linked to my credit card and also refund the deducted amount at the earliest.

                                    In future, i would not like to avail any plans which are charged. Moreover, i have not received the detailed kit which states about the various plans and the charges for the same.

                                      My membership id is [protected]. Oneassist has debited my hdfc credit card with rs 1399/- without my consent and renewed the insurance. They had never called me before renewing or debitting my account. Neither they had mailed anything to me. Now when i call them, they are denying to cancel the policy and refund me the amount. I want my money back. One assist is a fraud company and legal action has to be taken against them for such behavior.

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1899/- from my credit card for this one assist fee payment. In spite of refusing to renew my subscription to one assist. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.                                         I had logged the claim process for my i phone 6 screen damage. For which they had charged us 2799 rupees. I was out of country and by mistakenly mobile fell down & screen got damaged. After coming back to mysuru i had logged the case. Now they are telling me that you have to log the case with in 48 hours. These terms and conditions has not been informed at time purchase. Below is the mail from one assist.

                                        Which is ridiculous reason. If i would i have mentioned logged case as date of incident, they would have took some other reason to reject the claim.

                                        Seriously no one should take one assist mobile or wallet insurance. They are just fooling around the people and earning money. They are having pathetic service. I had asked there customer service agent to connect me to manager. They put me on hold for almost 20 mins. They didn't connected manager. Customer agent informed me manager not there in sit. I will inform them to call you. Its been two days no response from one assist.
