one assist plan

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card without even telling me

insurance charges on my existing hdfc credit card

My hdfc credit card account has been debited rs.1899 on 17 oct, 2017 against one assist mfee. I would request you to kindly cancel the insurance linked to my credit card and also refund the deducted amount at the earliest.

In future, i would not like to avail any plans which are charged. Moreover, i have not received the detailed kit which states about the various plans and the charges for the same.

They had never called me before renewing or debitting my account. Neither they had mailed anything to me. Now when i call them, they are denying to cancel the policy and refund me the amount. I want my money back. One assist is a fraud company and legal action has to be taken against them for such behavior....

iphone 6 mobile insurance

insurance claim rejected for no reason

I took insurance from one assist insurance company as it was having tie up with mi india. The insurance is still active and it is valid till 21st december 2017. As my mobile phone was accidentally doped down and physically damaged and water intrusion also there i have filed a claim for repair it.

During application of my hdfc bank credit card, it was told to me that one assist service will not be activated for my cards before my confirmation and i can cancel it during confirmation call. But i have not received any confirmation call from one assist end and my credit card is debited for such amount.

The executives do not give any valuable response they just answer sorry for the inconvience we will make your claim on priority basis and the time taken is always the same whether its on priority or the same.
