I took mobile damage insurance policy from oneassist com[pany which cost almost 1200 rupees and they said your mobile will be repaired from authorised samsung dealer if any damage occur within one year time period. after 20 days my phone slipped from pocket and fall down, its screen broken and got scraches at cover. U people just making a fool to customers. When u sell ur insurance then telling him that you repair mobile liquid and damage. And when we send our product for repairing u just reject our claim.And said different types of of excuses.
