I have applied for credit card in hdfc bank a few days ago, and received a call [protected], [protected], [protected], regarding the product confirmation also it was informed to me that credit card on etime processing fee and one asssist charges are total 1899 to be deducted for one time and it will be done after the credit card is provided to you within 5-7 working days. On above mentioned grounds i confirmed the amount to be charged later after receiving the credit card, but on 15 sep 2017 at 10.35 pm the amount 1899 deducted from my hdfc bank account in name of cponeassis. But till then no confirmation was asked from the company yet. Later on 16th i was provided a relationship number, and when i called them and asked for the help they told your amount is deducted from bank and we cant refund the amount. Instead you can take our power plan of 1299 and can get 500 rs. Refunded if needed else do complaining. They forwarded my query on 16 sep 2017 to cancellation deptmt. But yet i am waiting for the call.
Please i request you to please refund my amount back, i dont need any of the services neither from bank (Credit card, loan, etc) nor from one assist.
