Dear sir
I have submitted the request for deactivation of plan & refunding the amount which you have deducted from my credit card many times but you are not deactivating this service.
I have sent emails to you & discussed with your executives many times but they are trying to convince. This service is activated by you without my permission and the amount 1399 deducted from my credit card.
When i recieved the message from you, immediately i called to you customer care of regarding deactivation of the plan but still the situation is same.
It will really affecting your reputation in the market.
I don't want to use your service right now
Pls deactivate.

    I received a message that my membership was going to expire but would be auto renewed.

    I called customer care and asked to cancel my membership. I was told that cancellation team would call me within 48 hours.

    Today afternoon 21 september 2017 i received call from the cancellation team. Repeatedly the person tried to get me to renew. I repeated again and again please cancel my membership and ensure the fee is not deducted.

    Finally they confirmed that my membership has been cancelled.

    Evening i receive a sms message saying my account has been upgraded!

    I called back to customer care, they again could not do anything useful, only said that cancellation team will call me within 48 hours.

    This is cheating! They have taken membership and fee against my wish. If they do not cancel membership and refund fee as soon as possible, i will take this matter further.

    Companies should not legally be allowed to cheat customers like this.

      I received the courier from one assist regarding this lost time renewed time, i told them i will be confirming later but they sending the courier this i just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc credit card ending with 2670. Other wise cancel my credit card, i don't want to spend money on all these things.

        Dear concerned, my relationship no is 1295120. There was a debit in hdfc credit card account for rs.1899/- for renewal of the product on 14-sep-17. This renewal was without my consent and due to which i raised a cancellation of the subscription on the same date through your customer care number. Since that date i am following up for refund but there is no response and every time your team gives me assurance to wait for it. Sir please help close this.

          I made several calls and emails but no response, every time the call center people will escalate your case but nothing will happen at the end

            Due to liquid damage i had sent my mobile to one assist for repair, as i was traveling from office to home and suddenly due to rain it was damage now insurance company said that it because of your neglation and we can't give you your claim and we are sending back your mobile. And they sent without listing me. And today when i received the product i saw that it was into physical damaged condition and when i try to contact them they are saying email us and we will revert you back. No help from them.

              My vivo v5 handset got physical damage as i was departing from my cab, my phone was on my lap, and it fell down on the road and all of a sudden a car ran over it. Thus my phone got damaged. The incident happened on 17.09.2017 (Sunday) at 3pm in the afternoon. My service request no. Is 2367043.                 Every year rs-1799/- deducted from my hdfc credit card to one assist plan without my permission. I also get email from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. When i approached customer service to deactivate i did not even receive response from them.

                Please deactivate my one assist plan as soon as possible

                  I was enrolled for a wallet insurance and on the day of activation i called for the cancellation, there was an email sent for the same as well. I had a word with people on chat services also provided all my bank details. I received an email on sep 8, please see

                  I want my refund immediately. Neft transfer doesnt take more than 24 hours so dont give lame excuses.

                          My request (Service request: 2302536) is rejected after 18 days of processing as "the mentioned reason is not valid".

                          After submitting the request they have sent mail as your documents have been verified. And they have collected my mobile and claim documents with sign. Almost the process has completed up to getting estimation from service center. After getting estimation, they have return back the mobile to me as rejected your request and mentioned rejection reason as "improper handling'.

                          "if reason is not valid, how can sent mail as "your documents have been verified", how can collect the mobile, claim documents and why they have sent the mobile to the service center. And also it was happened accidentally how can say it is improper handling. If it is improper handling, then all incidents can comes under improper handling. And no incidents get a claim from them.

                          Estimation sheet which was given by the mi store on that day. In that clearly mentioned as "water damage". Which should get cover under insurance. Mi store service record number is WXIN[protected]
                          You have sent mail as "Documents have been verified. and will facilitate the pickup your device and claim documents". and also the person came and collected the mobile and claim documents. Why you do these things.
                          Without any action taken for this complaint, it mark it as resolved. We don't know how it can be.

                            It has been a month but still now i have no idea of my phone. It doesn't take this much time. I would have rather got it repaired it myself. I have you my money and then waiting for one month. What's the point?? Phone is very necessary it today's life. Every time i call them up, i am told that i ll get it by next week but till now i have no idea about it. They have escalated my complain but it hardly makes a difference. Highly disappointed!!

                            It has been a month but still now I have no idea of my phone. It doesn't take this much time. I would have rather get it repaired it myself. I have given you my money and then waiting for one month. What's the point ?? Phone is very necessary it today's life. Every time I call them up, I am told that I ll get it by next week but till now I have no idea about it. They have escalated my complain but it hardly makes a difference. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED !!

                              Received call from hdfc credit bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-2599/- from my credit a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                One assist, leave helping your customers they qualify in manipulating and cheating them. I was having an insurance of my mobile i. E iphone 7.
                                Plan - prolong for mobile 60k to 80k. Membership id : [protected].

                                I recently got my device damaged on 15 september and after confirming from apple's service center that it was liquid damage my father called for liquid damage claim in one assist. I only asked my father to talk to the company because i thought he could handle these people better. As me and my father live in different towns he was unaware about how my cell phone got liquid damage.
                                While talking to one of the company's person he made that clear that he is not so sure about how and when it got damaged. But the person on the line was reluctant, over smart and manipulative enough to put the date of 8 september on my claim whereas my father kept telling her that "he dont know".
                                After putting the date as 8 september she told my father about their 48 hours rule.
                                My father tried to make her understand again and then eventually we filed for the claim on 16th i. E. Within 48 hours.
                                But we got rejected for not filing it under 48 hours.
                                What kind of fraudalent company is this?
                                Cheating people is never going to be okay.

                                  I have applied for credit card in hdfc bank a few days ago, and received a call [protected], [protected], [protected], regarding the product confirmation also it was informed to me that credit card on etime processing fee and one asssist charges are total 1899 to be deducted for one time and it will be done after the credit card is provided to you within 5-7 working days. On above mentioned grounds i confirmed the amount to be charged later after receiving the credit card, but on 15 sep 2017 at 10.35 pm the amount 1899 deducted from my hdfc bank account in name of cponeassis. But till then no confirmation was asked from the company yet. Later on 16th i was provided a relationship number, and when i called them and asked for the help they told your amount is deducted from bank and we cant refund the amount. Instead you can take our power plan of 1299 and can get 500 rs. Refunded if needed else do complaining. They forwarded my query on 16 sep 2017 to cancellation deptmt. But yet i am waiting for the call.

                                  Please i request you to please refund my amount back, i dont need any of the services neither from bank (Credit card, loan, etc) nor from one assist.

                                      Pls see the below screen shot.
                                      My previous claim no sr#1641944 has not been closed since long.

                                      Due to this i am not able to generate the new claim as my mobile has been damaged on 16.09.2017 at around 12:00pm.

                                      Also it is very unfortunate that oneassist call center executives namely "sneha" & "vandana" informed me that they are not able to send sms upon closure of this previous pending claim.

                                      Neither they are able to launch request/complain regarding pending status of my previous complaint no sr#1641944.

                                      In this case if i will not be able to upload documents and generate complaint no for fresh claim who mwill be responsible??

                                      Expactation:

                                      1. One assist must inform me immediately through sms on my registered mobile no [protected] through sms/call about closure of above said claim and allow me at least 48 hours time to raise new complaint after closure of previous pending claim.

                                      You are requested to immediately address the above concern and ensure my expactation must be fulfilled which i believe (Being 48 hours from sorting out of previous pending claim) is very genuien
