Cancellation of one assist plan and money refund
At the time of activation of credit card the one assist representative called me and telling me the information.
I think this regarding the credit card information. But it is then learnt that the one assist plan is other than credit card uses. With out my permission they have activated the plan and deducted rs.1399 from my credit card. I dont want that plan. Please deactivate the plan and refund my money i. E. Rs. 1399/-.

    मेने आपके पास मेरा मोबाइल दुर्घटना बीमा के लिए भेजा था जिसमे सिर्फ बॉडी के कोने में damage था जिसकी जानकारी मेने स्पष्ट रूप से आपके द्वारा मांगी हुई जानकारी में दिया था और ये भी बताया था की डिस्प्ले को किसी भी प्रकार का नुकसान नहीं हुआ।और मेने आपके कर्मचारी जो मेरा मोबाइल पिकअप करने आया था उसको भी पूरा चैक
    करवाया था परतु जब आपके पास से मेरे मोबाइल का दुर्घटना बीमा क्लेम निरस्त किये जाने के बाद आपने मुझे काफी लंबे समय के बाद मेरा मोबाइल मुझे लौटाया और वो भी उस स्थति में जैसा की पहले नहीं था मुझे मेरा मोबाइल जब मिला तो उसकी पूरी स्क्रीन डैमेज थी उसकी बॉडी पूरी खुली हुई थी सबूत-ए-तौर पूरा वीडियो में आपको इस ईमेल से भेज रहा हु

    अतः आपसे निवेदन हे की मेरी इस बात पर तुरंत
    कार्यवाही हो नहीं तो मुझे उपभोक्ता अदालत में जाना पड़ेगा वेसे भी आपके द्वारा मुझे जिस प्रकार की सर्विस दी गयी हे और जिन कारणों से मेरा डैमेज क्लेम निरस्त किया गया । उसके लिए भी में अदालत में जाऊंगा जिसकी समस्त जानकारी मेने पहले ही आपको ईमेल (10 मार्च 2017 )के माध्यम से दे दी गयी हे

    अतः में आपको यह अंतिम ईमेल करके जानकारी अवगत करवा रहा हु। आप इस पर तुरंत कार्यवाही करे अन्यथा मेरे
    द्वारा उपभोक्ता अदालत जाने और केस रजिस्टर करवाने के बाद समस्त जिमेदारी आपकी होगी।

        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1800/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

        My complaint was deduction of amount from my account without my knowledge and after I had put a complaint in consumer complaint, I got a response with in 3 days from the OneAssist team here as well as they called me up. Once I said all my points to OneAssist they agreed and refunded my money back, which I would be thankful for them as well as Consumer Complaints team.

        This has not resolved till now, I am in short of Money. Immediately deactivate my Plan and further do not debt the amount from my credit card.

          My self sukhwinder singh. I have purchased mi red mi note 3 handset from mi website on 17 sep 2016 invoice no st reg no.: aaaci0886ksd002 invoice attached for your reference... Invoice no-[protected] at same time i also purchased oneassist liquid and phygical damaged mi protection. Invoice attaced

          On 29 aug 2016 i faced problem in my set like voice problem and calling black sensor problem.. I visit to xiomi service centre `bm gadget services pvt ltd 209, adinath shoping center, near pride multiplex, satara road pune`, maharashtra 411040... Where they refuge to repair under warranty and caused given liquid damage sensor litmus paper color is changed... Service record is attached for your refenrece

          Then i call to xiomi customer care same time they advice me to call one assist insurance company as i got mi protection at the time of purchased this phone for repairing my handset.. On same day i call to oneassist insurance company and request for repairing my handset.. And submit all relevent documents... After 2 week they pick up my phone on 14 sep 2017.. Reciept is attached with this mail...

          On 23rd sep i recieved mail from oneassit where they inform me my claim is rejected and 24 sep 2017 again i mail to oneassist and request to reconsider my case but they denied and delivered my un repaired handset on 29 sep 2017. Both email attached for your reference... Cause they given is
          `the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by wilful negligence (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)
          This problem is occur due to wetting in the rain when i was coming back from my office to home by bike and suddenly rain is started and my cloth get wet and i little bit moisture gone in mobile.. It was sudden incidence in spite of my appeal they refuge to repair my handset...

          Dear sir i am really upset by service, in spite handset under warranty xiomi service centre denied to repaire and in spite of insurance for liquid damage company denied for repairing my handset... I dont know what is the meaning of lnsurance for liqued and physical damage..

          I request to your honor kindly intervene and ask company to repaire my handset either by xiomi service centre or from insurance company... Sir please intervene in the matter as soon as possible

            Sales person says that you will get your driving license and pan-card back if you lost any where. So i purchased plan but when i am calling today on costumer care of oneassist he asked those benefits are not cover in your plan you need to purchase new plan for it. So what to do.

            I lost my driving license before 2 days so i called costumer care for get my new driving license. And i know that they are given wrong commitment. Their sales tally-caller are chitter and give wrong commitment to costumer.

              I have received the credit card of hdfc bank 8 days ago and got a message that one assist membership has been activated on your credit card but i didn't request any one assist membership. Account debited with 1299rs. Credit card ending number is 7612. One assist relationship number is 2807086
              Please deactivate this service and refund my money.

              I had claim for the repair of my mobile phone and submitted every document with them but the company is not ready to give my claim... It happens with me twice... Very bad customer satisfaction...as I had earlier claim Nd submitted my documents'the company rejected twice

                Hi, i am not aware o[censored]pgrading or renewal, i said i will use it for one year only. Now it has been renewed without my permission. Please deactivate my plan and refund my money back. I do not want any further activities from you.

                Please refund my one assist mfee money back.

                On 25th of september my amount has been deducted from my credit card. First of all i am not able to pay my normal usage, and you simply deduct as a fees. Please stop that and refund my money. I do not want your services any more.

                  I got hdfc credit card ending with 0402 5 days ago and has been debited with rs.1299/- towards one assist membership fee on 26/sep/2017.

                  I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

                  Request you to don't activate this type of subscription in future.

                  It's unnecessary for me to have a one assist relationship, hence kindly resolve the issue and refund the debited amount and never repeat it again without my consent.

                  Hope i will get back my money asap.

                    I recieved a sms from axis bank that my acount no. Has been debited by rs. 1899/- on 27/09/2017 just few minutes ago for renewal of one assist m-wallet plan. But my plan is valid upto 28/09/2017 and i don't need to renew this plan. Today i have lodge a complain about not to renew this wallet assist or m-wallet plan by consumercomplaints.in. So i request you to cancel this plan asap and refund my amount rs. 1899/- to my axis bank account from where it was deducted. My relationship no. Is 1339153. Again i don't need any such kind of bogus plan. So cancel my relationship with one assist company.

                        As my mobile screen got damaged and i have a claim. I purchased it along with the mobile in official website. As my job profile was in traveling places, and i was about to travel so i can't wait for a service. And i registered for the claim within few hours after the accident and i have uploaded all the following documents.

                        So i as i changed my screen as soon as possible, so i badly need the claim amount for the screen. If not am able to file a case. Am fed up with this. Just claim my bill and give me the claim amount!

                          I am mohit lamba. I have an salary account with hdfc bank. Last year an amount of 1799 was deducted from my account by oneassist without any prior notice or communication. When i called customer care, then i came to know that one assist has started a membership plan without my consent. I have been trying to stop these services for almost a year, but none of the customer care executives are cooperating in cancelling this service. Again for the second year the membership renewal date is approaching and i am yet to recieve any communication regarding the cancellation of these services.

                          I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1799/-

                            This is regarding the subjected request number. I have tried to request on 2nd sept. 17, but due to my last claim was still pending i was unable to claim for my insurance again. Then after it was successfully done your team member picked my phone on 17th sept. 17. But till now i am getting mails and calls for clarifications about the phone breakage details and even they are asking if the handset is picked up or not. I have asked many times for the estimated payment that i need to pay, but still i didn't get any confirmation on that.

                            I am relocating to some other place on 3rd oct. 17. So requesting you to please make it fast and deliver by that day.

                            no updates are there from one-assist, they have kept all the things in progress. From 21st sept. 2017, my phone is with their IT department and they are not updating about it. whenever I am trying to reach them, they are telling it takes 3 working days, after 3 it again became 5working days, and it will be increasing so on.

                            After complaining for so many times, they didn't took any actions.

                              I was committed for rs.725/- paytm cashback by oneassist mobile insurance company against purchased extended plan for my iphone 7. Initially plan was given to me by rohit (One of oneassist executives). He took approval from his manager of the said amount (725/- paytm cashback). When i did not receive the cashback, i tried to contact on the number given by him i. E., [protected]. The person who took the call was nadeem. Every time when i had a word with him, he told me to wait for 1 hour or half an hour. When i asked him that i will take strict action against them, then i got as call from another executive i. E., sameer bearing mobile number [protected]. He told me to give him 24-48 hours and he will hear the recording and will get back to me. After 2 days, when i tried to contact him, he said that 'yes, rohit has committed the said amount and they will give you the cashback'. But again after 2 days when i contacted him and told that they are cheating customers, then he again told to give me another 1 hour. Then i received the cashback of rs.350/- in paytm. When i contacted him again, he told that amount committed was reversed to you. I told him that i too have the recording with me, if you want i can share the same. The he told me that give me one more day, i will call. The last conversation was 2 days back and still i did not receive a call. I tried to contact him today also, but he did not receive my call. Also i received call from rohit and he threatened me that i will cancel your plan as the amount committed was only rs.350/-.
                              The oneassist is cheating customers and guys please do not trust them. They are mentally harassing their clients.

                                Wallet assist insurance policy given by One Assist covers replacement of driving license and PAN card as stated by them while giving policy. The policy was activated on 9th November, 2017.

                                Yesterday my license was lost. I called up the customer care. They refused to accept the complaint and stated that the license can be replaced only when the wallet is lost.

                                This is the first time I am coming to know about this. This was never informed to me.

                                I was never even supplied with the terms and conditions of the policy. The Company at the time of giving the policy informed me that a kit will be provided containing the terms and conditions of the policy. I requested by mail to provide the kit, however the same was never provided.

                                I request to kindly do the needful for issuing new driving license.

                                  Hi i hav got my i phone damaged, as i feel some moisture has gone in my phone and some short circuit happened, now the insurance company who forced us to take insurance and claimed that all is covered, but now when we need clain they have anser wch are silly that you mis handled the phone, common had this been not the insecurity we would have not gone for insurance and paid the premium unnecessary

                                    I have given my dvice or insurance and its ben a long tim that te delivery tem is having a wrong adress the employees in the call center dont anser your question and when we ask them to transfer the call to the senior they put it on hold for very long call cnter pople have no coordination infact the delivery team has wrong delivery adress and they are saying the adress can be changed it will be delivered to the place where it was picked up but they are not delivering in the pockup adress they also say that the adress has been changed now we will deliver it to the pickup adress only but when i call them next day the other employee tells me the same thing and i ask him to please forward call to senior the say wait and they put it on hold for 30 minutes this company sucks you guys are very irresponsivel and over this you keep taking acess fees and all that. Thats not how a good company works thats how a thief nd cheap company works and whosoever is reading this has failed to satisfy ur customer with the [censored]iest service in the world

                                      Oneassist consumer solutions — forceful enrollment of service
                                      I have been forcefully enrolled in one assist sevice and my hdfc bank credit card account has debited with rs 1299.
                                      Service is started automatically without any permission.
                                      I complained for it on 25/09/2017 at 6:46pm
                                      I don't want their service.
                                      I want refund and cancellation of service.
                                      After repeated requesting them from the day 25/09/2017 rs 1899 has been debited. They are not listening and harashing me unnecessarily. They are not refunding my hard earned money. I want cancellation of the service and debited amount be credited back to my hdfc bank account credit card

                                        I was member of oneassist since 2016 year.
                                        My previous membership id:- [protected] was expiring on 21'st sep 2017.
                                        Before this, i have got call from oneassist executive, who forced me to renew my membership, so i did oneline payment.
                                        After renewal, i have been issued new membership id:- [protected] valid till 30th aug 2018.
                                        One calling they have no answer why new membership number has been created when old membership number was valid.
                                        I have been mailing them on daily basis but no proper reply.
                                        On 14th sept, i tried calling them on support number, for which i was unable to speak any executive nor call was getting connected for one hour.
                                        During this time, if ones wallet is stolen, he cannot do anything & has suffer the loss.
                                        Now again, i received sms, that my 2'nd membership (Membership id:- [protected]) is also renewed without my approval & money deducted from my hdfc credit card.

                                        From the above 2 instances, we can get information how this oneassist is being operated.
                                        I just need one favour of cancelling both memberships & getting refund for same.
                                        Please help me for the same.
