Wallet assist insurance policy given by One Assist covers replacement of driving license and PAN card as stated by them while giving policy. The policy was activated on 9th November, 2017.

Yesterday my license was lost. I called up the customer care. They refused to accept the complaint and stated that the license can be replaced only when the wallet is lost.

Service is started automatically without any permission.

I don't want their service.
I want refund and cancellation of service.

iphone 7 - insurance replacement not received

We had got our i phone 7 insured vide order no 129560 and paid rs 4999/- as insurance fees. On 19/08/2017 my phone got accidentally damaged and we approached and provided all details and shocked to receive mail as reason exclusion 13-phone not being used by me - which is totally incorrect.

We wish to state that phone is never parted in life for more than 1 minute just for fun or read some chat, so such excuses is surprising...
