I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6313 without my concern on date:13/19/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card without my concern on date:06/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. And i follow up fro cancellation of this services from last four days continuously but one assist team could not process my cancellation request and day by day my account debited from one assist. Firstly they deduct 1299 and after that they again deduct my account with (100 +18) rupees for processing smart emi of one assist i am very frustrated from one assist i feel i am mentally harassed by one assist i so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

      Customer care are not helping me.

        I'm raju dasgupta from kolkata, two years or may be three i got a call from hdfc credit card department for a insurance policy to protect my all credit and debit and others card and i got convinced and did a policy, after that very smartly one assist through my hdfc credit card with out my consent every year they just renewed oneassist policy, may be i don't want to continue, hence it's my earnest request that i want my money back and don't want to continue the policy.

          I got a call from oneassist this morning stating that i will be charged rs1399 for security purposes of my credit card. I was in office and could not speak and understand more with them.               I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 11/10/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

              Please deactivate and refund my money asap

              I took insurance for my mobile phone and as it is broken now I submitted a claim for repair and they are rejecting that claim for
              a reason that the I serviced the device in warranty. Please take necessary action against the company as they are cheating customers.

              Hi Sir,

              I took insurance from One Assist insurance company as it was having tie up with Mi India. The insurance is still active and it is valid till 21st December 2017. As my mobile phone was accidentally doped down and physically damaged and water intrusion also there I have filed a claim for repair it.

              But as part of One Assist cheating, the company is saying that the IMEI number is changed as part of service I did from the MI customer service center. But I was not aware the mother board was changed by service center guys for a simple headphone jack issue.

              So they are rejecting the claim.

              As the claim got rejected I asked for a refund of my money. For that also they are not ready. So, One assist clearly cheating customers by rejecting claim and ignoring refund of money.

              So sir, please force these guys to either repair my handset or refund my money. I am running behind this for a long time.

              - Date of incident/claim 28th September 2017

              * I talked to the Customer executive "Sabiha Qureshi" and she is simply saying that "She can't do anything". I asked for an escalation matrix as well. They are not allowing that as well.

              I am adding all the relevant document with this. Please help. this is the last hope for me.

                Hi, relationship number : 2902913
                On 12th october 2017 morning i took the insurance plan for my 2 mobile by paying 1999each and after the payment done the call was transferred for the verification over there they said me to submit some proof of mobile condition and invoice copy wherein i already inform them that the invoice is not at my name so they said to contact amazon and say them to change the name at invoice copy which i did and amazon said no for it.
                Then immediately i contacted oneassist to cancel my plan.
                Now they are saying that within 48hour u will get call from cancellation department.
                And from there it will take 7 wd to give refund.

                And i am still waiting for my call.

                I have full recording from the point of taking insurance till applying for the cancellation.

                In just few hour they started behaving like other insurance company.

                Still i will wait till tomorrow and if i don't get call and my refund i will proceed with legal action.

                    I receive phone calls from this no - [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account. I need my entire hard earned money back.
                    So i contacted oneassist customer care for three times in past two days and requested for cancellation of my membership. I need the money 1899 rs to be refunded back to my account.
                    I am totally disappointed with this one assist

                      I gave my phone for repair initially and the faults were as given:-

                      1. Glass broken.
                      2. Rear camera was not working.

                      I got my phone after 40 days of waiting finally.

                      But when i received the phone it had cracks on the screen. I called on same day that screen has 2 cracks on it still. And display was going black.

                      Re-picked:-
                      =
                      After around 15 days you guys re-picked my phone. Now the faults were:-

                      1. Screen broken/display went black slowly.
                      2. Rear camera still not working.
                      3. Dash charging not working.

                      Finally i recieved my phone after 30 days but still rear camera not working and dash charging not working.

                      I asked them for re-pickup for the third time on 4th september and they promised it will be picked up soon.

                      But i have been waiting for pickup for more than a month now.

                      So my phone is in damaged condition from 5 months.

                      I have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls but all unresponsive.

                      Please help ne to escalate.

                        I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

                          Sir i didn't receive any responds. Please consider my complaint and stop the cheating of icici bank.

                          Deactivate one assist plan
                          Last year october-2016 i received call from icici bank and they just give information about one assist plan after that they automatic activated this plan and deducted rs-1079/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission.. I dont want this plan actually.
                          I have contacted their customer care executive on [protected] this number to deactivate and collect my cash back but the customer care executive neglected to deactivate my plan.
                          By this year without any information, call and mail my plan will be auto renewed and rs.1899 will be auto debited from by account.

                          They again deducted rs.1899 on 5tn oct 2017. Please help to trace such cheating from one assist. I called icici customer care on 10oct 2017 and they said my plan will be cancelled but they neglected to refund the money.
                          Totally i lost rs.3600 from my account.

                          Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                            Oneassist is auto renewing its services without taking customer's permission. There is no communication from there end after you opt for their services and you have to suffer from all the overcharges and renewal services. There solo business is limited to this type of cheating and fraud only.
                            To make situation worst, on checking with them and requesting to discontinue any service, they are forcing to suffer with their plan for next one year. There simple answer is that come to them before expiration of current subscription plan, they cant discontinue it right now.

                            Pathetic services and policy with worst customer care support.

                            Fed up of calling you guys. Just refund my money else i will be forced to take legal steps.

                              I had availed one year facility of one assist in which any loss of pan card, wallet etc will be covered. And that time lady on the call confirmed to me that while renewal of my facility i will be asked whether i want to continue and then they will debit the amount.
                              And today i. E 10th oct i suddenly receive message that xyz amount is debited.
                              Where is the confirmation taken from me?
                              At least the service provider must ask customer whether he/she wants to continue or not.
                              Is this the way of one assist, where you deduct amount without intimation.

                                I purchased ph insurance for redmi prime 3 s for rs.899 on march 4th 2017 and was told by agent (Abdul) that if some damage takes place, we will get the phone repaired and give you a temporary phone. Yesterday my handset got damaged and when i called one assist they said your plan doesn't include phone replacement
                                And in total they told me 25-30 days procedure to get it fixed, which was 15 days initially when i purchased the insurance. So they changed the number of days too.
                                Do you expect the customer to be without phone for 25-30 days? Now your agent says 'i am sorry, may be wrong information was provided by our agent'. Do you really think that a customer would expect a 'sorry' when he is in trouble. Can you refund my money back?? I am sure 'no'. Can you give me a temporary phone?? Your agent said 'no'. Then why did i opt for your insurance when its actually good for nothing. Either your company is fraud or your agents are extremely poor in terms of their process knowledge. Maybe both. A big time and money waste with your team.

                                  I am suffering with you from the month of january... At last in the phone call am communicated that it is in the "commercial approval"... As the parts are not available and i will be getting back my money approved and my money back... Kindly please provide me the solution and please don't give auto response like it has ecelated to concern team...                                     Cancel and deactivate icici one assist policy
                                    I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap
