The executives do not give any valuable response they just answer sorry for the inconvience we will make your claim on priority basis and the time taken is always the same whether its on priority or the same. They just take the call on hold for 5 to 6 mins every time and when u want to make complaint they niether take complaint nor provide u complaint number

I did not received any estimation till date and i want my handset repaired till this weekend because monday im going for holidays i[censored] cant repair it give me back my damaged handset ill manage it myself after my holidays i dont need one assist to repair it. Kindly do the need full and deliver my handset by saturday either repaired or damaged and close my claim

      Last year rs.2499 got debited from my account in the name of one-assist. I complained to my bank (Axis bank) but they didn't look into the issue. I never used any one assist services and this year 1200+ got debited from my account. Please cancel the plan and refund my money as i am not using any of your services. Debiting the money without intimating the customer is not appreciable from your part. Kindly refund my money

        I received hdfc credit card on 12.10.2017. On the same day i received sms rs.1299/- debited from your credit card for one assist. While applying for credit card i did not opted for one assist scheme. Without my knowledge rs.1299/- have been debited from my credit card. I called to one assist customer to cancel the one assist plan and requested for refund but customer care executive keep on convincing me to stay in the plan and ended with within 48hrs our executives call you. Still no one contacted me ragarding this. But i am clearly saying that i do not need this protection plan for my credit cards. So i request you to cancel the one assist plan and refund the debited rs.1299/- from my credit card.

This is company do activate the service which is not applied for. I don't require this service. So requesting to one assist. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. And i follow up fro cancellation of this services today but one assist team could not process my cancellation request.             As per above message OneAsist have to cancel my plan and refund amount with in week.but today 19/10/2017 i received a call by 5:56pm from OneAssist team and they are saying 400 will be refund and for cancellation give a cancel request before one year at the time of renwel. Please do needful. As soon as possible. Problem is not resolved

              This is mv rajasekhar, actually i have sent a claime to oneassist, but the claime has been rejected on december 17th 2016, but still now i didn't recieive my unrepaire handset back. I have contacted to oneassist many times every time oneassist said that you definently get it with in 48 hours. But still now i didn't receive my handset. I think oneassist is playing games with me, oneassist think that i am a fool thats why oneassist is doing like this. See i am waiting from 10 months but oneassist is cheating me without sending my mobile back.

                  One assist is a cheat organisation, do not buy insurance from oneassist they close the claim and say no insurance would be provided.
                  I have taken a mobile insurance from one assist and when claiming when the device got broken one assist closed my complaint stating that the documents are not uploaded despite providing them with all the details.

                  The claim details can be found at

                  They are also not providing any document details.

And i follow up fro cancellation of this services from last four days continuously but one assist team could not process my cancellation request and day by day my account debited from one assist. Firstly they deduct 1299 and after that they again deduct my account with (100 +18) rupees for processing smart emi of one assist i am very frustrated from one assist i feel i am mentally harassed by one assist i so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                          I'm raju dasgupta from kolkata, two years or may be three i got a call from hdfc credit card department for a insurance policy to protect my all credit and debit and others card and i got convinced and did a policy, after that very smartly one assist through my hdfc credit card with out my consent every year they just renewed oneassist policy, may be i don't want to continue, hence it's my earnest request that i want my money back and don't want to continue the policy.

                            I got a call from oneassist this morning stating that i will be charged rs1399 for security purposes of my credit card. I was in office and could not speak and understand more with them. I am not interested in such services and i want to cancelthe oneassist yearly service for security, charging rs.1399 on behalf of my credit card as soon as possible.

                                I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 11/10/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                I took insurance for my mobile phone and as it is broken now I submitted a claim for repair and they are rejecting that claim for
                                a reason that the I serviced the device in warranty. Please take necessary action against the company as they are cheating customers.

                                Hi Sir,

                                I took insurance from One Assist insurance company as it was having tie up with Mi India. The insurance is still active and it is valid till 21st December 2017. As my mobile phone was accidentally doped down and physically damaged and water intrusion also there I have filed a claim for repair it.

                                But as part of One Assist cheating, the company is saying that the IMEI number is changed as part of service I did from the MI customer service center. But I was not aware the mother board was changed by service center guys for a simple headphone jack issue.

                                So they are rejecting the claim.

                                As the claim got rejected I asked for a refund of my money. For that also they are not ready. So, One assist clearly cheating customers by rejecting claim and ignoring refund of money.

                                So sir, please force these guys to either repair my handset or refund my money. I am running behind this for a long time.

                                * I talked to the Customer executive "Sabiha Qureshi" and she is simply saying that "She can't do anything". I asked for an escalation matrix as well. They are not allowing that as well.

                                I am adding all the relevant document with this. Please help. this is the last hope for me.

                                  On 12th october 2017 morning i took the insurance plan for my 2 mobile by paying 1999each and after the payment done the call was transferred for the verification over there they said me to submit some proof of mobile condition and invoice copy wherein i already inform them that the invoice is not at my name so they said to contact amazon and say them to change the name at invoice copy which i did and amazon said no for it.
                                  Then immediately i contacted oneassist to cancel my plan.
                                  Now they are saying that within 48hour u will get call from cancellation department.
                                  And from there it will take 7 wd to give refund.

                                  And i am still waiting for my call.

                                  I have full recording from the point of taking insurance till applying for the cancellation.

                                  In just few hour they started behaving like other insurance company.

                                  Still i will wait till tomorrow and if i don't get call and my refund i will proceed with legal action.

                                      I receive phone calls from this no - [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account. I need my entire hard earned money back.
                                      So i contacted oneassist customer care for three times in past two days and requested for cancellation of my membership. I need the money 1899 rs to be refunded back to my account.
                                      I am totally disappointed with this one assist

                                        I gave my phone for repair initially and the faults were as given:-

                                        1. Glass broken.
                                        2. Rear camera was not working.

                                        I got my phone after 40 days of waiting finally.

                                        But when i received the phone it had cracks on the screen. I called on same day that screen has 2 cracks on it still. And display was going black.

                                        Re-picked:-
                                        =
                                        After around 15 days you guys re-picked my phone. Now the faults were:-

                                        1. Screen broken/display went black slowly.
                                        2. Rear camera still not working.
                                        3. Dash charging not working.

                                        Finally i recieved my phone after 30 days but still rear camera not working and dash charging not working.

                                        I asked them for re-pickup for the third time on 4th september and they promised it will be picked up soon.

                                        But i have been waiting for pickup for more than a month now.

                                        So my phone is in damaged condition from 5 months.

                                        I have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls but all unresponsive.

                                        Please help ne to escalate.
