This is mv rajasekhar, actually i have sent a claime to oneassist, but the claime has been rejected on december 17th 2016, but still now i didn't recieive my unrepaire handset back. I have contacted to oneassist many times every time oneassist said that you definently get it with in 48 hours. But still now i didn't receive my handset. I think oneassist is playing games with me, oneassist think that i am a fool thats why oneassist is doing like this. See i am waiting from 10 months but oneassist is cheating me without sending my mobile back.
