calling again and again for renew insurance

I have done insurance for my mobile last year in sep 2016 from one assist. My insurance is expired in sep 2017. One assist executives called regularly for renew the insurance. I am a icici bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4003 without my concern on date:26/10/2017. I want to cancel the plan

very awkward act

I'm a hdfc credit card holder. Last year this october, i unknowingly joined one assist. They took a sum of amount and later refunded half amount back. Later i cancelled the policy and i even have the cancellation number. But they have now debited rs.1899 from my card. Without my consent also. It's a kind of cheating. Very worst performance.
