Hi,
I have received a new platinum credit card for icici bank and i have received a call like welcome call. They told the call is from icici bank but didn't inform me that they are calling from oneassist card insurance team. Today rs.1399/- has been deducted from my account. I don't need this card protection plan. I want to de-activate and get refund of the same. Also i want to close this oneassist account to prevent similar charges in next year.
I got a sms with following details:
Oneassist relationship no : 3002549

I want to de-activate the one-assist plan. I'm even ready to close the icici bank credit card itself as it is making too much problems.

So please de-activate the one-assist plan and refund the charges applied.

      I have been using hdfc credit card
      Has been debited with rs.1399/- towards one assist membership fee on
      25/oct/2017.

      I dint get any call to renew this one assist membership. But they are
      Automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

      Request you to don't activate this type of subscription in future.

      It's unnecessary for me to renew a one assist relationship, hence
      Kindly resolve the issue and refund the debited amount and never
      Repeat it again without my consent.

      Hope i will get back my money asap.

        Hi,

        I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

        Last 2 years also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or not even intimated.

        I have been contacting you for cancellation of plan for more than 3 weeks but today they are saying that my plan was cancelled on 25th october and still i didn't get my refund. Kindly refund the full amount of rs.1399 asap otherwise i have to necessary action on you. Cheating me every year like this you have to give me totally rs.3399.

        Only half of the deducted amount was refunded to my account. Refund the whole amount Rs.1399 to my account instead you have sent only 700. Who will send the remaining amount? Why you people are cheating us again and again? From last two years I'm contacting you to cancel the plan but you people never done it. Every time I need to contact you to cancel the plan then you are returning only half of the amount. Then what's the purpose of contacting you every year to cancel the plan permanently? This year also you have done the same thing.Useless service. By seeing this website I came to know that you are cheating more people like me. Strictly return the remaining amount RS.699 to my account within a week otherwise I have to take necessary action on your fraud company.

        An amount of 1299 has been debited from my HDFC bank credit card no xxx0647 as one assit membership fee without my concern.. i am not willing to avail this membership plan at all.. so pls take N/A to cancel it and return my money ASAP..

          Aapki company kya yahi tarike ke customer banati hai to me sabko mana karunga k ke one assist mese kuch na parches kare ya kisi ko kuch lene se bhi mana kare.
          Ek dum bakvas services hai aapki kuch manvta hai mera phone vapish kariye.

          Maine apna mi phone insurance karva rakha hai last 1 and half year se.. mera phone bend ho gaya hai.. main claim ke liye call kiya to .. reply mila ke ye under cover nahi hai becos its not a physical damage... they said you are covered under liquid and physical damage only... bend is also a physical damage but they dont accept it ... so guys dont insured your gadgets from this fraud company..

                Cancellation of one assist and refund of money
                Without any consent from me, it is surprissing how hdfc bank deducted money for activation of one assist plan. Evan i had nit yet activated my credid card yet but the money was debited without my knowledge and consent.
                I just receiced sms that one assist membership fees is debited to my credit card. I am surprised to know how bank can do this without my consent or evan when i had not provided my card number to one assist. But without my knowledge i got sms that one assist membership fees is debited to ky card ending 8025. Evan there is no mention of amount debited.
                Please do the needful and reverse the charges.

                  Online payment made of Rs.3385 against CESU Odisha Elect Bill, Cons. No.02442584 on dated 23.10.2017. Payment ID[protected]. Ref No. INB/[protected]/E - BILLING SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. Neither the bill receipt appeared on website nor it has appeared on CESU Odisha website payment details. It is still outstanding. Please take action.

                    I lodged a complaint to cancel one assist m-wallet plan on 27/09/2017. They sent me reply on 28/09/2017 that they cancel my plan of this m-wallet and refund the money rs. 1899/- with in 7 days. My service request no. Is 2393570. There after about 1 month gone till date no communication made by oneassist company regarding refund of money or not any cheque sent to me from this company. Therefore i would request you refund my money to my axis bank account no. [protected] from which the money deducted or send me any cheque. I am sending the screenshot of complain and the reply.

                      Rs.1899/- was debited from my hdfc credit card on 17.10.2017 as a membership fee of oneassist. Email was sent to cancel the membership on 19.10.2017 with the service query no 2464552. On not cancelling the membership again mailed today on 28.10.2017 with service query no 2498390.

                      The process to cancel my membership yet not started so that the free cancellation period expire so far my thinking is concern.

                              I recently purchased vivo v5 plus mobile and i opted for oneassist insurance worth rs.2199/-. But later i returned the phone back as i was not happy with experience and i have asked oneassist to refund my monet worth rs. 2199/- back.

                              One of the representative called me and took my bank account details. But after that no money is credited to my bank account. Also they are not providing any transaction reference number and any other details if they have transferred rs. 2199/- to my account.

                                My insurance claim over redmi note 4 rejected due to a fake reason, they said that i haven't protected my device. Since this device have a 2.5d curved screen i couldn't find a proper screen guard for it. I have protected my device with case but unfortunately it was broken just a few days ago. Before having a new case the damage happened. There was no damage before this incident. So this is a
                                Fake reason from one assist to reject my claim. I want to get approved the claim or refund 1000₹ that i have given.

                                  I have done insurance for my mobile last year in sep 2016 from one assist. My insurance is expired in sep 2017. One assist executives called regularly for renew the insurance. I regularly asked i am not interested in renew the insurance but one assist executives called regularly. I am fed up from one assist services. The company is harassing the customers.

                                      Cancellation of one assist membership
                                      I am a icici bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4003 without my concern on date:26/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                        Hi team,

                                        Myself santosh kumar. I had a one assist membership since july. Recently my mobile got damaged and i have called the customer care regarding the claim. Your executive (Namrata) had filed the case and told me to upload the documents with in 48 hours. I have done it on time. Today one of your executive called me and said that your claim is closed as i have not called you guys with in 48 hours. I am really not aware of this before, my mobile was got damaged on friday 18th oct, as i was engaged with some hospital issue i have not called customer care, i was in that a situation that i dont have time to call regarding this mobile. On friday, my mother was in hospital and i was hurry to home to pickup few things and at that time my mobile got damaged at my home. I was busy with this issue for the next 3days. That is the reason, i have called on sunday 22nd oct morning.

                                        First thing is that, i am not aware of this policy that i have to call with in 48hours and none of your sales person have informed me while taking the insurance. Next thing, when i called your executive (Namrata), even she dint inform that the claim will not be accepted. I have informed clearly that it was happened on 18th, she asked me how it had happened and what time it had been but she dint inform me regarding the 48 hours policy. Is she aware of that policy or she wantedly dint inform me??? Next thing she informed me that i have pay 300+ to the insurance company as they will send me the link. I asked that, this point is not informed me while taking the insurance, then she mentioned that it was there in the policy. Now, i want to know as she is aware of the policies, """why dint she inform me that i have to claim with in 48 hours that is there in your policy""".

                                        I had the whole recording with me, where, she never informed about 48 hours policy. If that is the case you guys need to inform me on the same day or you should have not accepted the claim in the call or you should not send me the mails and not ask me to upload the documents. If you really had this policy your system should not accept the dates and the claim. I have called your executive again today and she inform me that"it is our responsibility to inform about this claim on the call while taking the claim" but when i called for the claim they dint inform me. I have all the recordings that i spoke to your executives. I can provide you that.

                                        I want you guys to process my policy as i have submitted the documents as per your requirement, i know i have called you late for the claim only because i did not neglect that i had a hope that one assist will help me on that. You would have close the claim if i have not submitted the doc's or any wrong doc's, but after submitting the whole doc's you are saying this policy is closed saying some other reason.

                                        If i want to cheat you guys, i would have told the incident was happened on the same day, but i told truth as happened.

                                        You talk about term and condition then your representative does not have the idea on policy... Y did she take the claim ... She would have told it while registering the claim... In this case cancel my policy and return my amount
