    I have bought Xiaomi mi5 through MI app on[protected] along with insurance, after 3 months my phone got damage accidentally.

    I raised a compliant for accidental damage of my phone on 01st Aug 2016 to One Assist(the company providing insurance), I uploaded all the documents.
    I got mail from One Assist team On 3rd aug 2016 that documents verified and within a week their executive picked up my phone.
    On 16th aug 2016 they have received repair estimate which is of 18003/- rs, they dont even tell me what is the fault. On 24th aug 2016 claim was approved and i need to pay 647/- rs as Excess amount, i made payment on 25th aug 2016 in the account given by them.

    After payment, when i called them, they gave me due date of 22nd sept 2016.
    After 10 days, i got a call from them that the due date has changed to 26th sept 2016.
    When i called on 26th sept 2016, they have no details whether the phone is repaired or not.
    One of their telecaller said that phone was picked up by their executive and another one said they don’t have current status, and when i requested to talk with responsible person or manager.
    First when I try to call with senior person the end telecaller Hold always phone since minimum 20 to 25 minutes for check senior is available or not? After waiting of about 25 to 30 minutes they hang up the call.
    Again i tried the same and they said we will arrange call back from them, but I never get a call from any responsible senior person.
    On 27th sept 2016, again i tried the same multiple time, and they have no answer regarding my phone.

    On the same day, one of their escalation manager told me that my phone is still not repaired and it's going to take 15 days more. When i told them to return my unrepaired/damaged phone, that manager said it’s also going to take 8-10 days.

    Seriously, i don’t know what kind of company is this. They keep on changing due date.
    They have no answer, all they have is process... which never ends, they just making false promises nothing else. Such a fraud company.

    There is no team who work for you, who can provide you service. After 2 month there is no person who know at least the status of my phone.

      I had a call with One assist customer care executive and he is saying the Due date is extended to 30 September.I have submitted my mobile on 10th August.
      Till now its been 47 days and the due date got changed 3 times, I don't know what is happening??
      Just to change the glass they people are taking these many days.
      If the service is this much worst how can i use and how can I suggest it to my colleagues.
      Please take action on this and i don't whether to wait or forgot my mobile.

        STAY AWAY! Absolute disgrace of a company OneAssist. Extremely horrendous customer service. A hoax.

        I just spoke to your agents named Bhupender, kiran, Shifa Sheikhand many. And, I am really disappointed the way he was talking over the phone. Do you have to blow air like pufffff for the customers when they are asking for information?

        Bhupender was rude and I am sure I will not be leaving any good reviews on your website and further more I will highlight this to Consumer court.
        Never ever take insurance from OneAssist.We took insurance on purchase of Iphone5s from I Adavance Tilak Nagar New delhi.on the time of purchase they strongly recommend me to take insurance which will cover all theft, physical damage. My mobile was stolen I lodged a complaint regarding this to one assist staff name shifa sheikh. As per requirement I uploaded all document on their portal and also sent by mail and courier to Shifa, Ratika and their head office.
        After one month they simply denied claim, Mobile THEFT Claim Request - 1144231
        Again we are struggling for the same but they are not reverting nor showing any interest.
        It’s very sad that client is suffering for no fault of their own.

        Always take insurance from reliable companies.

          I raised a compliant for accidental damage to my phone around 13th Aug, I submitted all docs by 15th Aug, it was correct and approved.

          it took them one month to pick up the handset. And promising that I get a courtesy handset. Moreover, I was assigned an RM who called me once and mailed me once, mentioning that I may reach-out to him for any queries. Post that call, I have only suffered by there poor customer service. Wrote him a mail no response.

          Have been proactively following up on the my original handset and courtesy handset. Extremely poor phone line reception.
          The company keeps calling me to Xsell and extend my claim to one more year, with no updates on the current status of claim.

          Company's focus is on SALES and NO customer maintenance/retention.

          I took this claim from a regd. Apple store and I regret taking this insurance claim.

          PLEASE HELP in getting this resolved or helping me understand the procedure for taking the case to consumer court.

            I submit this complaint fourth time. also attach earliest complaint with this.

            My mobile is given to mi service center on[protected] by oneassist.
            as per MI service center mobile is repaired on[protected].
            from that day oneassist give me new due date and give reason that your mobile is not repaired.

            also i visit Mi service center on[protected] and confirm that my mobile is ready but oneassist not release payment so they not deliver my mobile. but oneassist not accept this. from that day my due date is change on delivery date and only one reason they gives that parts not available.

            last due date is[protected]. this time they give confirmation that my mobile deliver on[protected]. even oneassist backend team contact me on[protected] at 06.55 PM and inform me that my mobile is dispach next day and same day they will provide tracking details of it and mobile will be delivered on[protected].

            Today i call to customer care and talk with escalation manager Huzefa saleh he is laughing on my problem. oneassist team making joke of my problem.
            if you read this oneassist than check call recording of today all call.

            how can they make joke of customers problem.

            now new story start at 06.55 PM that my mobile is not repair and it is at Mi service center which is TVS electronics, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

            than why they are making fool from the last 2 weeks.

            as per oneassist standard policy mobile is delivered in 2-3 days after due date.

            than where is my mobile as per policy. and i ask same question to back end team when i received call on[protected] than he again teach me policy that we will provide mobile to you after 48 hours and as per standard policy it will consider as working hours it means 4 days. so i accept this and today 4 days gone than they make new story that mobile is not repaired.

            it's clearly shows that this is fraud company. how can they give protection to you because company it self fraud.

            also i put mail to director of oneassist Subrat Pani. he is also same as company no revert from his side.

            all member of oneassist is fraud and making fool to you.

            can anyone please suggest what i do to take legal action against this fraud company.

            As per mi services center my mobile is repaired on[protected] and because of oneassist not give payment to mi service center they not deliver my mobile.
            As per one assist policy they will give courtesy handset till mobile is not repaired. On[protected] i received mail from [protected]@oneassist.com that we will deliver courtesy handset on[protected]. Still it was not delivered. Everyday i call to customer care and they will say wait for 24 hours our backend team update you. After many emails and calls they will not give any revert. I share some images that prove how this company making customers fool. This company is fraud and give worst to worst service.

            O i request to all who reads my complaint please not buy policy from this company.

            I submit this complaint third time still it is not solve. My genuine request to you if you read this please give suggestions for how I can get back my mobile. My MI note 3 mobile is given to oneassist on[protected]. I received repaired due date[protected]. On[protected] I go to MI service center in Ahmedabad. They told that my mobile is repaired but they don't deliver because oneassist not give payment. After that oneassist executive said wait for due date so I wait for it. I received mail from Happytoassist in that they mention that my mobile is repaired. On[protected] I call to oneassist and they inform me that today your mobile is dispatch and delivered to you in 48 hours. Today I call to oneassist now they made new story that My mobile is not repaired properly from MI service center and we return it to repaired properly. Now new due date is[protected]. In this time period they didn't provide service handset. However in my policy it is clearly mentioned that they will provide service handset till my mobile is not delivered to me.
            I also request them to give un repaired mobile they denied to give it. Now i think that they use my mobile or they stolen it. Please help me if anyone have idea how to solve it. Can I submit Police complaint against Onassist ?

              Description:
              My handset mi5 was covered under insurance from www.oneassist.in at the time of purchase of the handset. My device stopped working due to accidental liquid damage (Which was covered under insurance from the service provider). I had raised a claim request for repair of the device on 30 may 2016.

              Oneassist picked up my handset in june and asked me for additional money for repairs in july. They have still neither repaired my handset nor given me any indication of a correct date of return of the handset.

              I want them to refund the claim amount (Which is the cost of the device) which is covered under my insurance contract. Also since i have already waited for 3 months, i need this to be resolved sooner.

                I had bought mobile protection for my mi4i from one assist. the phone had been submitted on 26/7/2016. sr#1462832 is the no for the claim. this is the fourth time the delivery date has been changed.
                First delivery date :- 30-aug
                Second delivery date :- 12- sept
                Third delivery date :- 16-sept
                Fourth delivery date :- 30-sept/2-oct.

                This is the worst possible insurance anyone could buy. if you want to turn you life in living hell only then buy any kind of protection from oneassist.

                I had to make at least 7-8 calls for the damaged mobile phone to be picked up too.
                These are the most irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical, useless service i have ever seen.

                      My phone was picked on 30th of august as there was a lit bit of screen damage.I have paid the excess payment and my phone is in repair status since 9th of Sep. And whenever i call the customer care they tell me to wait for next 48 hours as they have requested the authorized service center to give my due date.I was told the same thing since the past week.But yesterday when i called them they told me that they have now got an update about my due date.And the due date now is 5th of October.I don't think that a minor screen damage can take such a long time to be repaired. i think this is fraud company.

                        I initiated my claim on 12th July 2016 and they picked up my handset after 3 days.
                        on 1st Week of August : They emailed me to make payment and to reply them with transaction details : I did the same on same day.
                        I called them on 10th August: They said my handset will be ready till 20th August 2016.
                        I called them on 21st August: They said my handset will be ready till 2nd September 2016.
                        I called them on 4th September: They said my handset will be ready till 15th September 2016.
                        I called them on 19th September: They said my handset will be ready till 30th September 2016. I was quite angry at that time as they are giving wrong information every time. I did recorded this call where they were failed to provide correct information and they accepted that MI service center is giving them wrong information every time and they cannot assure if service center will be able to return them handset on 30th September 2016(also there is no assurance whether it will be delivered to be)

                        It’s been more than 3 months, they never give me any call to communicate status, they never replied to any of my email till date (have sent 4/5 emails till now).

                          Hi,

                          I have taken insurance from oneassist for my mobile phone. I have given my mobile for repair on around mid of july and i got it back on 26th of august 2016 but without back panel of the phone. Since that day i am trying to mail them and ask them to give my phone's back panel back but either they don't reply or they ask me to wait for 2-3 days and then again no reply till i mail them again. It's around 1 month now that i am asking for my belonging back and it is getting very difficult for me to use my phone without it. I am fed up of mailing them daily and following up with them as they have nothing to say apart from that they have escalated it to the concerned team. I have no idea how long does this so called concerned team is going to take to reply back to me with the actual status of my issue.

                          I only want my phone's back panel back asap nothing else.

                          Till now i have got no updates on my issue.

                          I was given tentative date as 6th October but neither i got my phone's back panel nor I got any call or mail updating on its status. Now I don't even get reply to my mails.

                          It's almost 2 months now I am trying to reach you by mails and calls but no resolution is provided to me yet.
                          Do you think the only thing left in my life is to keep on mailing you daily to please update and then get no response to it?

                          Your service is so worse that I would rate it in negative and never ever recommend it to anyone. You people are least bothered about customers complaints and their satisfaction. You are only concerned about your business.

                          I really feel now that your company is a big time FRAUD. I don't think any reputed company would deal with their customer issues this way.

                          It's high time to take a legal way against you than to keep on mailing you, calling you or writing here.

                            I've purchased an One Assist protect plan from Mi service centre in Chennai. My phone screen was damaged and I've raised a claim. The claim was registered with ID - SR#1449059. On 28/06/2016.

                            They asked me to pay ₹370.00 for some excess fee and the same was done on 27/07/2016. (Same day)

                            After that there is no reply from there end. They have just been changing delivery dates and nothing else.

                            I'm really disappointed with these people. I know that a legal case cannot be raised against them but I'm going to the same pull them in court of law with Mi and I'll Publicize the fake insurance these people provide.

                            Tomorrow I'll go to the service centre and catch hold of the guy who sold me the insurance product telling me claims are settled within 15 days.

                            Both oneassist and Mi are just non trustable companies.

                            Same Issue happened with me for Claim# 868024.

                            They returned me unrepaired handset and stated that the handset has been repaired. They also took Rs. 350, and 1 claim was also debited from insurance plan, with no repair.

                            It took them 3 months to deliver the phone and at the end the phone was not repaired at all.

I got my new Redmi Note 3 delivered in Between 15th june from Mi.com/in with Miprotect(an insurance service offered by Mi india in collab with oneassist insurance company covering accidental damage and claim to provide service doorstep nd say will repair handset nd deliver it to u ) in 11, 999 rs. but sadly within a week only i accidently droped my phone while taking selfie and Vol up button started working awkwerdly, except that everything was working fine. I called my insurance company oneassist within 24 hours and told them whole issue. They agreed and picked up handset from me, i got a mail from them after 1 month i.e in july saying your handset has gone in BER case(means estitated repair cost was 8999 ) they said in this they will give me 8, 599, rs as claim, and will return my unrepaired handset back and told me to send cancelled cheque with original bill, me on the next day courier them my original bill with box nd cancelled cheque, and after 2-3 weeks, they sent me 8, 599 in my bank acnt, but when i call them up for my unrepaired handset daily, every customer care guy told me to to wait for 48 hours for mobile delivery/for revert ! But all time they were fooling me. !!! Then before one week from now 10th september, i talked to their head department and guy called akshay assured me that he'll follow up this matter and get my hamdset returned back on or before wednesday max. But sadly i still didnt get. Again when i asked cc. They saying akshay is not available. Call after some time . Wait for 48 hours for revert. Same as they use to say before. Please please help me up in teaching a lessson to them. Not only me but everyone is fedup of this insurance company ONEASSIST. I think they lost my handset . And i am here getting mad everyday coz i am engineering student and dont hav mobile since more than 3 weeks !!!

                                  Reported to one-assist on 22 july 2016 that mobile handset got damaged and needs to be repaired as per insurance.
                                  They provided - Service Request number as 1477449
                                  Numerous follow up were made but handset was not picked up by courier so finally on 29 august 2016 i myself travelled for 52 kms(104 kms to & fro) to deliver handset at main branch office for pushing my case ahead. (courier -AWB no. [protected])
                                  since then - handset is in evaluation stage - even the floor in-charge mrs. shamika keeps saying - " maximum -within 2 working days" -and fail everytime (whether its about pick up & now for evaluation)... but no progress till date

                                  Desirable resolution - deliver back my handset (with repairs) within (maximum) next 15 working days since its already been 2 months.

                                    I have purchased one mobile insurance plan "MA Damage Protection Plan 8K-15K" with Oneassist on 24/05/2016. I filed a claim (#SR1455599) against a physical damage to my mobile handset on 03/07/2016 with Oneassist and subsequently, the handset was collected from my residence. Later on, they communicated that my handset is in under repairing, and shall be delivered by 16th August. Till date I have not received my handset. I am chasing Oneassist customer care almost every week but getting the same reply from them that it is under still under repairing. I am very much disappointed with the service of Oneassist because they are supposed to issue me a new handset (same make and model) as they have failed measurably what they committed.

                                    Please take necessary action at the earliest.

                                      Dear ComplaintBoard, OneAssist, Mi India & Concerned dignities

                                      My phone Mi Max is insured by Oneassist on 20th July 2016, accidentally its screen got damaged for which I informed to Oneassist in the toll free number on the same day.

                                      1) My phone was picked up on time and a secondary stand-by spare handset was provided. However it was of meagre quality but still no complaints against that as it serves my sole purpose of incoming and outgoing calls.

                                      2) While selling this product to me, OneAssist executive promised me few things which has failed now:

                                      a) I was promised that I will get my handset repaired within 15 working days which now proves to be a false commitment made by the company representatives.

                                      b) I didn't receive proper response from the call center nor over emails. After several calls to the customer care representatives my claim got approved, I paid the extra amount instantly and I was given a date of 8th Sep 2016 for proper service and repair of my handset and 10th of September 2016 as date of delivery.
                                      At each step I had to make several calls(5 to 10) to the customer care before the step was processed successfully.

                                      c) Even on reaching the Mi Service Centre, firstly they said they were awaiting the part from the company. Whilst reaching the company headquarters for making available the spare part to the related Mi Service Centre, the part got available and my handset was successfully repaired on 8th of September 2016 by the Mi Service Centre and made ready for One Assist to collect and deliver the same to me within the next 48 hours.

                                      But since then One assist seems to be extending timelines from 10th of September 2016 to 15th of September 2016 and on reaching 15th of September 2016, it gets extended to 1st of October 2016 as the delivery of my handset. While at the Mi Service Centre, the manager shows me my repaired handset ready for OneAssist to collect from them and on reporting and requesting the same to One Assist team several times a day, they seem to lend deaf ears to it, putting blame on One Assist back-end team to have increased the deadline of delivery with whom I am never able to connect to nor any manager.

                                      I have called so many times to your coordinators Mr. Devraj etc. and sent several emails to OneAssist at [protected]@oneassist.in but as usual (Attaching herewith all the copies of emails sent and the standard revert from OneAssist back-end team), I always get the same response that they will update within 48Hrs or arrange a call back that never ever happened.

                                      I happen to hold a prestigious position at one of the Premier Private IT Organizations, India but never experienced putting people and customers on suffering side. Instead we help people/customers out of the way, because satisfied people/customers always gives you glory, business and unsatisfied customer destroys your esteem, position, face, business and goodwill.

                                      I again request you to please look into this and resolve this issue in the next 48 hours or else to initiate process against the company policies presently being noted and their draftsmen Mr.Khushwant Singh, Mr.Devesh Kumar or Mr. Rishi Sharma in India, whether being alarmed or otherwise.

                                      My handset still lies repaired at the related service Centre, awaiting to be delivered to me.
