My mobile phone accidentally fell down in the road when iam starting the vehicle in Ganganagar..the upper right edge hit the ground and the mobile bounced and display hitted the ground, as iam using tampered proof glass, tge display is not cracked..but now, power button, volume button and display is not working..so send me the person to collect my mobile for the service..

    I had done my phone's insureance with OneAssist more than 3.5 months back. After 1 month, when I inquired they said it's with Mi Service Center, it will be repaired on due date and will be kept under 1 day observation under them and will deliver it in 48 hours. When I called on after the due date as well as after the 48 hours they asked for delivery, they said the due date as changed. And there was no looking back. For the last 2.5+ months they just give me the same crap reason of changing die dates. On due date they say phone is ready, and after 4 days of inquiry they again they Mi hasn't repaired the phone yet. Again and again, it's like 8 time they fooled me giving me just new due dates with no assurance of my phone, will it ever come back or what. They wasted my money, my time, my progress of work. I have to use a backup phone because the frauds are not willing to give me my phone back even after threatening to complain consumer forum. They just say please wait till due date, you will surely get your phone. But it doesn't happen at all! Give me my phone as well as compensation for the fraud they are committing. Please forward it to concerned authority. 3.5+ months if the phone is with you, then what's the point of having a phone. One Assist is fraud company, I guarantee you! Otherwise, companies tell the exact reason. Their customer care give this same answer to everybody after receiving consumers mobile phone. Someone please report them to police or something, I have seen on forums maximum of the consumers are suffering. If I had knew it before, I would have never send them my phone.

      On 2nd October One assist customer care executive called me and told mobile is repaired and dispatched and it will be delivered to me on 3rd or 4th of November.
      Today(4th November) i called again and she is saying the Due date is extended to 10th October
      I have submitted my mobile on 10th August.Till now its been 54 days and the due date got changed 6 times.Its a fraud service. They simply changing the words every time.I don't know One Assist people will give my mobile back or not.

      They are simply changing the words again and again like a fake and fraud company. I will never buy any products from Red MI XIAOMI which have One Assist as fake insurance company.

      I don't have any other options left except CONSUMER COURT to have a solution.

      I am going to file a case in CONSUMER COURT against both ONE ASSIST and MI INDIA companies now. Please don't go for these kind fraud insurance service, you will never get a solution.

          Not received my mobile phone on 30th also.
          Please review the below mail forwarded on 15th september 2016, but not get any response till date.
          Now, 2 months completed but not get my mobile phone back.

          Dear sir / mam

          I have submitted my mobile mi note3 on 29 july 2016 to the representative of oneassist company for repair. It is really disappointing that this insurance service has repeatedly changed the delivery due date of my mobile phone. My due date is changed by three times. 1st due date conveyed to me was 10th september, 2nd due date – 12th september and 3rd latest is 30th september 2016. As per my knowledge, authorized service centre always give one and final due date.

          Is it really a two month process or more?

          Promise made are not fulfilled and all the inconvenience is beared by the customer. Word of mouth is the most trusted feedback of any service you opt for. I would definitely not recommend any friends staff members to opt for the same.

          It’s my humble request to you to solve the issue as soon as possible.

            In october 2015, OneAssist called me and asked to subscribe to their wallet/card security plan(Power Single). I was really not interested, but they forced me saying 'its mandatory from ICICI bank for their customers', and I fell pray to their strategy and subscribed to their service. In couple of days they deducted around Rs. 1299 from my account.
            Later in March 2016, I realised the thing and called OneAssist to cancel my plan. But customer care executive was requesting me to continue till one year, but finally they were convinced(after I called multiple times and explained same thing again and again). They agreed to cancel my plan. I thought it's done and according to T & C on their site(https://ws.oneassist.in/static/pdf/WalletAssist_Terms_and_Conditions.pdf), point no 6.4, for any cancellation by the Customer, OneAssist will refund the Plan Fee based on the grid mentione, which say if plan is cancelled within 180 days, 50% refund will be given.
            So I was expecting my refund, and becase of busy shcedule I forgot to follow up. Now its October 2016, and yesterday, 2nd October, morning I received an sms from ICICI that OneAssist has registered for renewal of Power Single pland

            If any OneAssist member is following up, please refund my money, and cancel my plan as soon as possible.

              I got my accidental liquid damage of my Iphone 6s on 27 aug 2016 and i called one assist to check for my insurance and let me know the procedure to do the further process to get my phone rectify.first of all they told me that u have to fill a form online and summit some pictures of mobile phone i did the same and then i was waiting for them to respond but there were no calls or message and then i called to check the same they told me the document which u have uploaded are not clear please uploaded again.However i did the same again and after following up with one assist team on every second day i realized they are very unprofessional except the one person ATul and they were very rude and noone is ready to transfer my call to senior management and after getting annoying on them finally they transfer my call to some senior person and after two days i got to know that he was on same level execvutive.the response i get always is, seniors are busy in the meeting.Everyone was promising that my handset will be picked in 3 to 4 days which came after a month i.e 22nd September2016 person came and picked my phone.Now the courtesy handset which i have received is not in working condition properly.the charger wire was not working.I bought the new wire as seeing one assist team lazy to replace the courtesy handset.However, i realized that handset battery getting drained in 20 mins after full charge also, the handset is getting heat up i immediately informed the one assist executive that i need a replacement as i am a working women and i need to check mails.after three reminders to one assist my call got exclated but still i am waiting for courtesy handset.since beginning till now people are not giving the clear communication on anything which is getting delayed from their side.i received the handset on 19th sep till 2nd of Oct no response from your team and even my phone picked up on 22nd sep till now process is very slow.kindly update me on the same. i will never suggest any one to take the one assist insurance.

                Hi Sir/Mam,
                I want to inform you regarding my mobile phone insurance plan. I am buy the plan in June for my mobile damage protection plan, I am submit my damage mobile in same month. According to one-assist they return the mobile with in 4 days to week but i am till waiting for my mobile. When i call to Customer care they every time said same line "your mobile due date change for next 30 days, next 15 days. When i am check the reviews o[censored]sers everybody suffering with this same issue. I have audio and screen shoot proof regarding same. Today again due date changed. Please request to you take strict action for this company. I am waiting for my handset from 4 to 5 months.

                  Its been 2 months since i gave my phone for repairs to oneassist. I have got several delivery dates till now and again at each delivery date one assist blames mi for not having mi5 parts.
                  The insurance was approved on 1st september

                  Approved claim rs.10701.0/-.
                  Excess amount rs.393.0/-
                  Rs 398.75 (After fees) on[protected]
                  Time of excess payment is 3.45 am on 2nd

                  I was promised 7 days delivery. The next time i called this date was changed to 26th.. I again called i was told that the handset is ready and ill receive a call for delivery shortly.

                  On 25th i received a call stating the phone is ready and it will be delivered on the pickup address withing 7 days.

                  On 28th when i call i am again told that parts for my mobile are not available and it will be delivered on 18th october.

                  I would like to know what are the updates for my phone..
                  I didnt purchase a insurance to get screwed over...
                  I dont have my phone from the past 2 months and have been given more dates.. The next version of the phone is already out and i am still waiting for it.

                      I have bought Xiaomi mi5 through MI app on[protected] along with insurance, after 3 months my phone got damage accidentally.

                      I raised a compliant for accidental damage of my phone on 01st Aug 2016 to One Assist(the company providing insurance), I uploaded all the documents.
                      I got mail from One Assist team On 3rd aug 2016 that documents verified and within a week their executive picked up my phone.
                      On 16th aug 2016 they have received repair estimate which is of 18003/- rs, they dont even tell me what is the fault. On 24th aug 2016 claim was approved and i need to pay 647/- rs as Excess amount, i made payment on 25th aug 2016 in the account given by them.

                      After payment, when i called them, they gave me due date of 22nd sept 2016.
                      After 10 days, i got a call from them that the due date has changed to 26th sept 2016.
                      When i called on 26th sept 2016, they have no details whether the phone is repaired or not.
                      One of their telecaller said that phone was picked up by their executive and another one said they don’t have current status, and when i requested to talk with responsible person or manager.
                      First when I try to call with senior person the end telecaller Hold always phone since minimum 20 to 25 minutes for check senior is available or not? After waiting of about 25 to 30 minutes they hang up the call.
                      Again i tried the same and they said we will arrange call back from them, but I never get a call from any responsible senior person.
                      On 27th sept 2016, again i tried the same multiple time, and they have no answer regarding my phone.

                      On the same day, one of their escalation manager told me that my phone is still not repaired and it's going to take 15 days more. When i told them to return my unrepaired/damaged phone, that manager said it’s also going to take 8-10 days.

                      Seriously, i don’t know what kind of company is this. They keep on changing due date.
                      They have no answer, all they have is process... which never ends, they just making false promises nothing else. Such a fraud company.

                      There is no team who work for you, who can provide you service. After 2 month there is no person who know at least the status of my phone.

                        I had a call with One assist customer care executive and he is saying the Due date is extended to 30 September.I have submitted my mobile on 10th August.
                        Till now its been 47 days and the due date got changed 3 times, I don't know what is happening??
                        Just to change the glass they people are taking these many days.
                        If the service is this much worst how can i use and how can I suggest it to my colleagues.
                        Please take action on this and i don't whether to wait or forgot my mobile.

                          I just spoke to your agents named Bhupender, kiran, Shifa Sheikhand many. And, I am really disappointed the way he was talking over the phone. Do you have to blow air like pufffff for the customers when they are asking for information?

                          Bhupender was rude and I am sure I will not be leaving any good reviews on your website and further more I will highlight this to Consumer court.
                          Never ever take insurance from OneAssist.We took insurance on purchase of Iphone5s from I Adavance Tilak Nagar New delhi.on the time of purchase they strongly recommend me to take insurance which will cover all theft, physical damage. My mobile was stolen I lodged a complaint regarding this to one assist staff name shifa sheikh. As per requirement I uploaded all document on their portal and also sent by mail and courier to Shifa, Ratika and their head office.
                          After one month they simply denied claim, Mobile THEFT Claim Request - 1144231
                          Again we are struggling for the same but they are not reverting nor showing any interest.
                          It’s very sad that client is suffering for no fault of their own.

                          Always take insurance from reliable companies.

                            I raised a compliant for accidental damage to my phone around 13th Aug, I submitted all docs by 15th Aug, it was correct and approved.

                            it took them one month to pick up the handset. And promising that I get a courtesy handset. Moreover, I was assigned an RM who called me once and mailed me once, mentioning that I may reach-out to him for any queries. Post that call, I have only suffered by there poor customer service. Wrote him a mail no response.

                            Have been proactively following up on the my original handset and courtesy handset. Extremely poor phone line reception.
                            The company keeps calling me to Xsell and extend my claim to one more year, with no updates on the current status of claim.

                            Company's focus is on SALES and NO customer maintenance/retention.

                            I took this claim from a regd. Apple store and I regret taking this insurance claim.

                            PLEASE HELP in getting this resolved or helping me understand the procedure for taking the case to consumer court.

                              I submit this complaint fourth time. also attach earliest complaint with this.

                              My mobile is given to mi service center on[protected] by oneassist.
                              as per MI service center mobile is repaired on[protected].
                              from that day oneassist give me new due date and give reason that your mobile is not repaired.

                              also i visit Mi service center on[protected] and confirm that my mobile is ready but oneassist not release payment so they not deliver my mobile. but oneassist not accept this. from that day my due date is change on delivery date and only one reason they gives that parts not available.

                              last due date is[protected]. this time they give confirmation that my mobile deliver on[protected]. even oneassist backend team contact me on[protected] at 06.55 PM and inform me that my mobile is dispach next day and same day they will provide tracking details of it and mobile will be delivered on[protected].

                              Today i call to customer care and talk with escalation manager Huzefa saleh he is laughing on my problem. oneassist team making joke of my problem.
                              if you read this oneassist than check call recording of today all call.

                              how can they make joke of customers problem.

                              now new story start at 06.55 PM that my mobile is not repair and it is at Mi service center which is TVS electronics, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

                              than why they are making fool from the last 2 weeks.

                              as per oneassist standard policy mobile is delivered in 2-3 days after due date.

                              than where is my mobile as per policy. and i ask same question to back end team when i received call on[protected] than he again teach me policy that we will provide mobile to you after 48 hours and as per standard policy it will consider as working hours it means 4 days. so i accept this and today 4 days gone than they make new story that mobile is not repaired.

                              it's clearly shows that this is fraud company. how can they give protection to you because company it self fraud.

                              also i put mail to director of oneassist Subrat Pani. he is also same as company no revert from his side.

                              all member of oneassist is fraud and making fool to you.

                              can anyone please suggest what i do to take legal action against this fraud company.

                              As per mi services center my mobile is repaired on[protected] and because of oneassist not give payment to mi service center they not deliver my mobile.
                              As per one assist policy they will give courtesy handset till mobile is not repaired. On[protected] i received mail from [protected]@oneassist.com that we will deliver courtesy handset on[protected]. Still it was not delivered. Everyday i call to customer care and they will say wait for 24 hours our backend team update you. After many emails and calls they will not give any revert. I share some images that prove how this company making customers fool. This company is fraud and give worst to worst service.

                              O i request to all who reads my complaint please not buy policy from this company.

                              I submit this complaint third time still it is not solve. My genuine request to you if you read this please give suggestions for how I can get back my mobile. My MI note 3 mobile is given to oneassist on[protected]. I received repaired due date[protected]. On[protected] I go to MI service center in Ahmedabad. They told that my mobile is repaired but they don't deliver because oneassist not give payment. After that oneassist executive said wait for due date so I wait for it. I received mail from Happytoassist in that they mention that my mobile is repaired. On[protected] I call to oneassist and they inform me that today your mobile is dispatch and delivered to you in 48 hours. Today I call to oneassist now they made new story that My mobile is not repaired properly from MI service center and we return it to repaired properly. Now new due date is[protected]. In this time period they didn't provide service handset. However in my policy it is clearly mentioned that they will provide service handset till my mobile is not delivered to me.
                              I also request them to give un repaired mobile they denied to give it. Now i think that they use my mobile or they stolen it. Please help me if anyone have idea how to solve it. Can I submit Police complaint against Onassist ?

                                Description:
                                My handset mi5 was covered under insurance from www.oneassist.in at the time of purchase of the handset. My device stopped working due to accidental liquid damage (Which was covered under insurance from the service provider). I had raised a claim request for repair of the device on 30 may 2016.

                                Oneassist picked up my handset in june and asked me for additional money for repairs in july. They have still neither repaired my handset nor given me any indication of a correct date of return of the handset.

                                I want them to refund the claim amount (Which is the cost of the device) which is covered under my insurance contract. Also since i have already waited for 3 months, i need this to be resolved sooner.

                                  I had bought mobile protection for my mi4i from one assist. the phone had been submitted on 26/7/2016. sr#1462832 is the no for the claim. this is the fourth time the delivery date has been changed.
                                  First delivery date :- 30-aug
                                  Second delivery date :- 12- sept
                                  Third delivery date :- 16-sept
                                  Fourth delivery date :- 30-sept/2-oct.

                                  This is the worst possible insurance anyone could buy. if you want to turn you life in living hell only then buy any kind of protection from oneassist.

                                  I had to make at least 7-8 calls for the damaged mobile phone to be picked up too.
                                  These are the most irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical, useless service i have ever seen.

                                        My phone was picked on 30th of august as there was a lit bit of screen damage.I have paid the excess payment and my phone is in repair status since 9th of Sep. And whenever i call the customer care they tell me to wait for next 48 hours as they have requested the authorized service center to give my due date.I was told the same thing since the past week.But yesterday when i called them they told me that they have now got an update about my due date.And the due date now is 5th of October.I don't think that a minor screen damage can take such a long time to be repaired. i think this is fraud company.
