I've purchased an One Assist protect plan from Mi service centre in Chennai. My phone screen was damaged and I've raised a claim. The claim was registered with ID - SR#1449059. On 28/06/2016.

They asked me to pay ₹370.00 for some excess fee and the same was done on 27/07/2016. (Same day)

I have submitted a claim for my handset. In their terms and conditions they have mentioned that invoice is required, which I have provided but they are not processing the claim saying that IMEI number of the handset is not mentioned in the invoice and now they will charge 10% of the total expected cost instead of 5% in case invoice is provided. I have called them so many times but they are not willing to process it....
