this is to inform you that above product has been miss-sold to me as I have to pay nothing as a premium of the policy, that it would be adjusted with the reward point of my HDFC bank credit card, but day before yesterday when I have received my credit card statement, I have seen that the same amount of premium has been debited from my credit card.

I had bought mobile insurance from oneassist for my yu yureka mobile on 17/2/2015 valid up to 16/2/2016. On 28/10/2015 my mobile was damaged in the rain.
I initiated a claim on the same day and sent the necessary documents on 30/10/2015.
Handset pick up was initiated on 16/11/2015 and they gave me the excess amount estimate of rs 313/- on 23/11/2015 which i transferred to them the very next day.
Still they took 2 months...
