Dear Executive,
I took the MA Protect Insurance plan for my phone on[protected] & the executive told like, the insurance is active and from now on if something happens to my phone, then I can make a claim for that. On[protected] my phone got liquid damage & I made a claim through my online one assist account and I contacted the customer care executive & then he told like there is a cooling period of 15 days, then only I can make the claim but he told like I can raise the same claim once I complete the 15 days of cooling period. I clearly talked with each and every executive before taking the insurance, now when am about to make a claim they are just changing the rules.

After some time another One Assist executive called me and told like they cant take my existing claim, I need to come up with a new complaint after 15 days. What more can a phone could happen more than a liquid damage? The repair cost will come more than Rs 15, 000/- & now the new phone is available for Rs 11, 000/-.

Now I decided to cancel the insurance and I have given the request also for that, I need the refund of Rs 1, 099/- without deducting even a single Rs as mentioned in your terms and conditions. They said within 48 hours they will process the request to within tomorrow, you should credit the amount back to my SBI Bank Account & I should get it within 7 working days in my account. I have recorded each and every calls from One Assist. I will move to consumer forum if I dint get the refund faster. Its a big mistake that I have taken the insurance from One Assist for my mobile phone. Very pity on your company. Even in internet its full of complaints in the name of One Assist. Very Bad.

The service request no: 1624575 for the refund of my money for the cancellation of my insurance is still pending.
These people have promised me that they will refund within 4-5 working days & now that is also over but I still did not get the refund. This is extreme negligence from the part of One Assist & nobody is having a good opinion about this company these days & still I don't know why the Xaiomi, India is still encouraging users to buy insurance from this company. I have decided to take legal action against this company gathering other sufferers who got cheated by One Assist if you people are not making the refund as soon as possible within no time.

Since now I did not received the refund money for the cancellation of my insurance. They are making me a fool by saying 4 more days it will take again and again. The way the one assist customer care deals with the people is very bad and they are giving a lot of fake promises and thereby making the customers fools. I am going to move legally against the company if I wont get the refund today.
Please dont buy any the insurance related for your phone in oneassist, they are totally fraud. I requested you to pease don t do. I am also the affected on that company, my phone was damaged after i registered in oneassist, they told as mentioned about cooling period. they negotiated my queries, they told cant refund my money.

    I have given my mi4i phone for repair as the display was not working due to damage.

    I ask for repair time and at that time they told it will take 25-30 days.

    After one and half month over, i called them for my phone delivery and they told 3rd oct 2016 the phone will be dispatched but no response.

    Again i called then they told 17th oct 2016, but again same response as part unavailable in service centre.

    I checked the display of my phone online it is easily available and delivery time also with a week.

    Again i called on 17th oct 2016 and now they are saying it 13th nov 2016 and it is tentative date as part are not available.

    I am really fed up from the service provided by one assist.

    This time if i will not get my phone, then i have to put case in consumer court.

    On 20 October I was riding the bike suddenly my phone dropped from my pant's pocket . When i pick phone my phone gorilla glass was broke.

      For insurance repairing mobile handset was picked up from my home on 20 August 2016 with OneAssist Insurance CIN U93090MH2011PTC218163 Upon excess payment of Rs323only on 15 Sept 2016 I did not received any payment communication or any invoice OneAssist Customer care told promised that I would get my handset back by 25 Sept but dates are been revised and delayed And even told me I can not contact director over there for my issue

        Hi,

        After all document completion i spoke to oneassist customer care many times, they have confirmed that claim amount will be deposited to my bank account by July 17th 2016. But actually not credited. Later i have been calling them for every 48hrs. they are taking time and committing that "issue has been highlighted" we will surely getback to you within 48hrs and amount will be credited asap. As of now i called so many times, except asking to wait for another 48hrs no other reply i am getting.

        This is really very bad experience with them. Atleast after committing the 48hrs time also, they are least bothered to inform the customer about the status. we need to call them up should listen same story.

          Dear Sir,

          I I filed a claim (Service Request number 1547933.) against a physical damage to my mobile handset in september with Oneassist and subsequently, the handset was collected from my residence. Later on, they communicated that my handset is in under repairing, and shall be delivered by 26th August then 18 october and now 7 november Till date I have not received my handset. I am chasing Oneassist customer care almost every week but getting the same reply from them that it is under still under repairing. I am very much disappointed with the service of Oneassist because SPARE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE IN OTHER SERVICE CENTER IN BANGALORE, they have failed measurably what they committed.

          Please take necessary action at the earliest.

            This is sathish t.d Service Request number 1473979. On 19 july 2016 i called them and inform that i met with an accident, so my mobile got damaged . After that, few days later i have submitted my document, then after a week they called me and said to pay the excess amount (rs 1550) for not producing the invoice of the mobile phone only . On 20 september 2016 i have paid the excess amount of rs 1550, later they said i will get my mobile phone on a week i.e 28 september 2016. When i called on 25 september 2016 they say that they will get on 13 october 2016. When i called them on 10 october 2016 they said that they will get the mobile on 20 october 2016. Today, when i called they said me that they will try get on 5 november 2016 . They kept on delaying the mobile handset to delivery . i wish that there would be serious action taken on OneAssist Consumer Solutions Private Limited. Else i would like to move to Madras High Court.
            You screw my money and dont have courtesy to inform the mobile handset details and u wont get a spare phone . All your call where recorded if i dont receive mobile handset by 25 october 2016 . Will move to consumer court divison of madras high court . Either get a spare mobile handset or get the repaired mobile by 25 october 2016 else will face in consumer court divison of madras high court

              Dear sir,
              I have your insurence for my Iphone it was damaged in august as per the claim process the work was on process on 29 sep the deu date of the repair from that day i m calling u every day regarding my phone but they did not give me any response on 6th oct again got a mail that my handset is delivered. At the same time i called in ur office the person told me that the mail was sent by the system mistake please ignore the mail from 6oct I m calling u every day and on 12th I got a call from a campany person the they deliver my handset to rupesh kumar singh every time they told me a new story
              * Firstly they told me that my handset is deliver to the wrong person.
              * secondly they told me i have to codinate with that person and collect my handset by my own as per the service you promised us that u deliver the handset at my doorstep.
              * thirdly they told me they have the ID proof of that person.
              * last 6th oct to 17th oct they doesn't have any update that where is my phone i will get it or not.
              * Even some employes told that they doesn't have any update.
              * firstly they promise them the semiors deny that they don't said that
              * their last promise made by senior person ARUN was that I will get my handset on 15 oct 2016.
              * But right now he deny that he doesn't say even on saturday when I called at 8 the person told me that ARUN sir gave 2dates 15 or 16 oct.
              * On 15th they told me I will get my handset before 12, then I make a call and told them I didn't recive the handset then they tell wait till 4o' clock again I made a call and told them I didn't get.then they again told me to wait till 8 still today is 17th oct 2016 I have no update regarding my phone.
              * Either they provide me the temperory handset or now they have no update regarding my phone.
              * now they have another excuse that wait till 3:30 they will update me abut my handet

                    I have purchase MI redmi note 3 gold mobile with mi application along with mi protect 375 insurance plan..My mobile got damaged due to rain on 27th of july and i have given complaint to one assist insurance company..To take complaint and pick the mobile they done lot of drama later approve done on 4th of aug.but mobile picked on 24th of aug 2016.again drama till 5th of sep to process claim with insurance finally service center given estimated repair cost of rs-7743 odd
                    and ask for me to pay excess of re 338 and i have done payment on 7th sep 2016.due date given 27th sep then change to oct 11th oct 2016 now again changing to 20th of oct ..kindly help me to get my mobile repair done or replacement.

How baldy Rock company one assist... Really it's third graded company... Even the company CEO and management not fit for attended job also..

                      Dear, Sir /Madam, one year back one assist renewed my membership without my knowledge /consent after that I talked to the costmer care how they debited money from my account and they assured me that such things will not happened in coming days even i told them to refund the money which they deducted from my account and they said it's not possible and I told them not to renew my membership after expired and they insured me. When the time came for renewal they send me a mail that my membership was going to expire and immediately I replied I was no more interested. On dated[protected], I remind them call to the costumer care not to renew my membership I talked almost 15 minutes and gave me a assurance one assist will cancel my membership. In the evening at around 6pm on[protected] one assist deducted ₹1799/- from my account without my knowledge, without any call or msg.i strongly condemed and put a complain of fraudulent which one assist had did with my account. No one give the authorization to deduct one's money from their account which one assist had did.

                        Hi,

                        I have raised a complaint for my personal handset (MI3) service on 29th Sep'2016. Service request is SR#1576704. Their executive has collected handset on 3rd Oct'2016. On the same day, I have raised a request for courtesy handset, And I was assured as per policy will be delivered in next 5 days. But till now, Courtesy handset was not delivered even after many call backs and escalations. Apart from that, there is no progressive update on my Personal handset which was given for service. Courtesy handset is a temporary handset which will be given by Oneassist company until original handset is with them for service.Please consider this request as an Complaint and would like to have solution for this concern.

                        Hi,

                        I was noticed that my Handset has been delivered to me on 19th October'2016. But I have not collected the handset as my handset given to me was broken on backside of the panel (Back panel was not my own handset panel, it was changed). I contacted One assist and updated the same to them, One assist has taken the handset back and was assured to deliver the handset in a couple of days changing the back panel of handset. I have been contacting the OneAssist customer care frequently to get my handset delivery but they use to say in next 2 working days will deliver my handset. It has been more than a month (34 days)delayed in delivery of handset (19th Oct'16 to till date ). And it was just to change the backpanel of the handset, Oneassist has taken this much time. What kind of service and assurance you are giving to the Customer ? To repair the handset Oneassist has already taken around One month and now it is more than a month.

                        Please provide a solution to this, As this OneAssist is taking such a negligence and no proper response to the Customer and giving fake assurance.

                          Hi, I raised a complaint with one assist on 28th . They took my handset asked to pay extra 350 RSVP . It's more than 45 days and still they are extending due date. They have extended it 4 times so far. This is just stealing phones.let me advise should I file a police complaint.

                          this is the 4th time you guys are changing due date, either return back my handset or agree you are just stealing phones on the name of insurance. I have already filed a complaint against you guys and informed every one in my friends also to not trust you guys any more. Cheating customers so publicly is really horrible. and the due date 7th September '2016 which you are saying its long past that . not 48 hours but very soon it will be more than 48 days .

                          today i called again they are still saying the same thing, they dont even any due date now, i think they are very soon wrapping up the bussiness as they might have easily stolen 1 lakh phones. too bad we cant do anything to stop thieves like these.

                          I went to Mi customer service center today and they have completed the repair it seems, but one assist has changed the due date again saying its still not completed .

                          It clearly proves one assist is a fraud company . what can we do legally please help
                          Pls check with above request number.case registered for claim.but no resolution provided. Already 3 months gone. It's too high time.so many times I have been given next dates but never found any solution.
                          It's my last warning to you, lather wise I am going to file court case.

                            I have raised a complaint to repair my handet on 24th of aug..
                            and the mobile was picked on 6th of sep..
                            after that day i got a mail to send 350 rupees as an additional ammount for repair on 18th of sep!
                            and after a lot of time as i hva ecalled they have said that the mobile parts are in scare so the delivery day is 17th of oct.
                            its almost (1 month).. and today ie.14/oct i got a call from the OneAssist that the delivery date will be on 25th/oct and the reason is same as before..
                            its been almost 45 days and the expected date is 25th as of now.. note:only expected date as before..
                            and as of the expected date it will be 2 months..
                            i request to solve the problem as soon as possible..

                            note:with in these 45days a new mobile can be manufactured and the prouction of it can be done too..!
                            and the warenty of mobile is 1year almost 2 months is with these people and 2months is jst expected it may be increased tooo!!!

                              I have logged an inusrance claim for my MI handset since I have purchased a extended insurance from One Assist. I have completed all the necessary paper works formality by[protected] itself. But still I havent got the handset picked up for repair. Everytime when I call the customer service no they says we are looking into your case someone will get back to me within 48hrs. I also spoke to Roshini from there backend team and she was suppose to arrange a pick up for my handset repair but still no sign of progress. I feel extremely depressed as I felt i am cheated. My claim no: 1075934.

                                Mobile adld claim request - 946018, they are intentionally delaying the delivery since last one month.

                                They are closing courtesy handset complaints without any information. I have raised 4 complaints and they close it abruptly.

                                Mobile repair is intentionally delayed. They took excess payment and not responding to emails now.

                                Due date is extended 3-4 times and they are not informing us. They are just extending the time to waste insurance coverage time.

                                We are getting followup SMS from MI service center, but OneAssist is giving false information that mobile is not ready. Also, they are not providing courtesy handsets. Very falthu company where customer care has no information to share or act on. Useless.

                                  I had bought mobile protection for my mi4i from one assist. The phone had been submitted on 26/7/2016. Sr#1462832 is the no for the claim. I received the phone ion 10-oct-2016 after a lot of follow up and headache but when the phone was returned they took out the sim tray and the audio for the phone isn't working anymore. It was working vbefore and the sim tray was submitted along with the phone to oneassist.

                                      This company seems to be fraud. How can it reject my claim just because mobile was dropped in the bathroom not in the bedroom. My insurance has been rejected without any legitimate reason. I want to go to consumer court for the pain this company has caused me. And even after rejecting my claim it is not returning my mobile.

                                      They rejected this claim when they knew about the cost of repair. Before that they kept me waiting for three weeks. And their customer care representatives are irresponsible people. They never told me the address of service center neither did they replied on email.

                                      Now the mobile is with them. Irrespective of repeated calls to them, asking about the details where mobile is and telling me the location so that i can get it by myself, cross verify the damage, they never bothered to reply me with any information. What i kept on hearing from their side was to wait before as well as after rejecting claim.

                                      I want to file a complaint against them and get my mobile repaired by them.

                                        One assist commited me that they will provide a courtesy handset against any damage matter, before buy their product.

                                        But now when I launch a complaint against damage they they fully deny that this kind of facility are not available on their product. It's a kind of fraudulent selling I think.

                                        After many emails & complaint that my address is out of service area .

                                        Matter is that at first they denied for thair commitment, that they've not any facilities like courtesy handset. After many compliments by mail now they are agree to provide but they are unable to serve this area.

                                        If they couldn't serve at Siliguri then how can they sell this type of product. And at the time of sell they provide their product & sent every documents, damage handset pickup & delivery is possible but courtesy is not possible why?
