I have raised a Cancellation request for this policy on 18th November 2016 as the renewal date was 3rd of December. It has been advised that I will get a call for confirmation in 48 hours, but that didn't happen. Later i called them again on 28th November they said the request is already raised and you will getting the call soon. I made one more call on 2nd December asking them to action the request, they said we will raise one more request on top the same so it can be action soon and confirmed me that since you had requested the cancellation before even if the money is deducted we will refund it. I have not received any call from anyone for this, so I called them today again as the money was deducted on 3rd December, the person who spoke confirmed that there are 2 requests and I will make an arrangement for you to receive a call before EOD, and when i asked about the refund of the money he said he cannot assure if the money will be refunded. What kind of a company does this? How can you not process a cancellation request which was raised way long back before the renewal date. Action this ASAP.

Today when i called the Customer Support they said me that "I have agreed for plan renewal" when i never said that. And i dont even want to continue with a company which has this horrible customer support. What BS is this? I am calling for days to remove membership and you have not called even once until now, and now you say that your team has called me and i agreed. Utter nonsense.

PLEASE DISCONTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP AND REFUND ASAP.

    i have purchase mobile insurance from this company for my iphone. and i have hand over my damage mobile on 4th nov. it take almost one month and still there is no feedback when can i get back my handset. and they are still not able to reply me final date of get back my mobile. just always say keep wait.

      I had taken a insurance claim from One assist. My phone got damaged and so I had filed a service request with them. The initial repairs took approximately 1.5-2 months thanx to lame service centre of Xiaomi and senseless procedures of one assist. And to my surprise what I got was a handest with damaged screen. Wow can you imagine how efficient they are in satisfying there customers. So but obvious i again called one assist for repick up of device and being so much of hardworkig and efficient people they repicked up my cell after Bloody 1.5 months i.e on 28th october. I hd asked for receipt of repick with the guy who came to pick the device he told me that sir within 2 working days it will automatically get updated in your claim status. And today its more than 1 Month I'm having no clue that where the hell is my device.. one assist people you are really WHITE COLLAR THIEVES.

        I don't want your service here after. just cancel it. my mobile no is [protected]. I forgot the oneassit ID.one day they called me and said we are from AXIS bank .we are providing security for your credit and debit cards, pan and other security services. and they asked last 3 number of the debit card. i am not interested in this type services. moreover they encourage unauthorized card charges.i am very much frustrated about this issue. i worked hard to get small amount of money.but they just invoke my money without any effort. i request you to stop the service. cancel it. i dont want your service.

          Sir,
          I bought kindle and one assist from amazon on 4th Sept., 2016. Due to chinesse language I am not able to use kindle and I am also not able to activate the one assist software. Temporarily I lost interest due to language problem. I also do not know that I should activate the one assist within a month. Now on trying to activate the same it says I have to contact you and hence this email to you. Kindly advice me how to use the software one assist now. Will you send me a new activation code?             This is to bring into your notice that even after 5 weeks 6 days, I have not received my handset after repair. In fact 2 days back I got an intimation from your customer care number [protected], that I shall receive it by 17th Nov, but to my shock, there is no update available with the customer care as of today. During the same call, I was asked to wait for 24- 48 hours for the update, which is no more possible for me.

            At the time of repair, I was told that the repair will take 2 to 3 weeks, and you have taken more than double of it. I am sorry as I cannot wait any more.

            Please take a note of the series of events:

            Device was picked up on 7th Oct
            Insurance estimated amount was calculated on 14th Oct (7 days time)
            Excess payment to be made by the customer on 24th Oct (10 days time, total 17 days)
            Payment made by customer(me) on 25th Oct (the very next day, total 18 days)
            Confirmation from one assist that the excess payment was received on 1st Nov (6 days, total 24 days)
            When I called up customer care the estimated delivery date as confirmed by customer care agent was 15 days that is 15th Nov
            Customer care confirmed on 14th that the device has been repaired and within 48 hours that is on 17thNov ( today), I will receive the device
            Today customer care has no update on the same.
            Why have you taken so long to follow the different steps? Why the customer care does not have proper update? Why the customer has to call up several times to take updates? Why has the DEVICE not delivered even after 51 days??

            They have been continuously making fake promises of delivering on a certain date, and when the date comes, they dont have correct updates or they given some other excuse like the approval not received, or service center does not have spare parts..

            On 28th nov i got call from xiaomi service center that its repaired and i need to contact one assist .. But once again they have ansolutely no clue, they say that the due date is 6th dec and sumtimes they say its 10th dec..
            Now I am really tired, and it was a mistake to buy policy from one assist..

            Need your support on this..

                I have claimed my xiomi mi4i mobile liquid damage insurance on july, 2016 through oneassist india. But after many days they are not responding to my claim and every time they just tell me that your claim is under process. So after all, i cancelled my request and close that claim without repair of my handset on 27 sep 2016. But whenever i call to oneassist customer care they ask me that we are tracking your handset and we will update you soon. I contact oneassist through twitter also but every time they just give their uniform answer "we sincerely regret the inconvenience.                   This company is a fraud. People here dont know whats happening in company. i have not got stand by handset even after 20days working days and i have not got any detail by company about my mobile. every time i call their customer either they disconnect the call or they will not have information about the product. i had complained to the company on 4th of nov and i had request for stand by handset but this careless company has still not given a stand by handset.

                    Hi,

                    I was noticed that my handset has been delivered to me on 19th october'2016. But i have not collected the handset as my handset given to me was broken on backside of the panel (Back panel was not my own handset panel, it was changed). I contacted one assist and updated the same to them, one assist has taken the handset back and was assured to deliver the handset in a couple of days changing the back panel of handset. I have been contacting the oneassist customer care frequently to get my handset delivery but they use to say in next 2 working days will deliver my handset. It has been more than a month (34 days) delayed in delivery of handset (19th oct'16 to till date). And it was just to change the backpanel of the handset, oneassist has taken this much time. What kind of service and assurance you are giving to the customer? To repair the handset oneassist has already taken around one month and now it is more than a month.

                    Please provide a solution to this, as this oneassist is taking such a negligence and no proper response to the customer and giving fake assurance.

                    OneAssist delivery person has come today (6th Dec'2016) around 3.30PM to deliver my personal handset. But handset was not in proper condition with rear camera. Glass on Camera was not available. This is 2nd time you people tried to deliver the handset in broken condition. And you people have taken more than 2months for this.

                    I have some questions for you. If sim card slot was not working properly, what happened to backside panel of Handset and Rear camera glass. Are you people changing/encouraging to change the parts of the personal Handset? why you people are not cross checking the handset before delivery?

                    I have requested you people to check the handset clearly before sending for delivery but you people said Yes, but you have repeated the same as before giving broken handset. You have claimed an insurance amount of aroun Rs. 10, 500 /- for changing some inside parts. But what happened to you people allowing to change external parts also.

                    I feel disgusting to have tied up with your insurance.

                          I have been calling one assist almost everyday but no response from them.
                          No update where my phone is when I will get it back.
                          I have mailed at happytoassist several times but no action has been taken so far.

                            Its shameful from your end of not keeping upto your word, I was told that my phone will be repaired if i take the insurance of oneassist, forget repairing the phone, i was fooled by you guys and my phone was not repaired and was told that the phone will be sent back within 7-10 working days.
                            It has been over one month the unrepaired phone has been not sent back, now that you guys have succesfully fooled me i will definately bring under others notice to not buy your insurance. i have sent this mail to them but they have not reverted back it has been 2 months.

                              Friends.. Be careful while purchasing an expensive new mobile. The vendor would try to persuade you to shell out furher 2k or more for insurance provided by a fraud company called #OneAssist(Fraud) Mobile Insurance. While the vendor would promise that the #OneAssist(Fraud) provides comprehensive cover against accidental damage, theft, free pick-up and drop for repairing the handsets and would also provide a standby mobile in the interim.

                              All their tall promises are hollow and fake. All that they are interested in hoodwinking you to subscribe for their utterly useless insurance scheme. I had made he mistake of buying #OneAssist(Fraud) product called Mobile Assist (MobileAssist R_PREMIUM PRTECTION PLAN[protected] along with my #Samsung mobile hoping it would come handy and rescue when I am stranded without my mobile.

                              Alas, it was not to be. My mobile suffered accidental damage and the authorise Samsung center informed that a board has to be replaced which could cost me about Rs. 14, 000/-. Since the #OneAssist(Fraud) insurance cover was sill available, I had registered n online claim (SR#1600273) along with all the required documents on 12.10.2016. They are yet to initiate action to even pick up the mobile.

                              I had purchased the mobile as well as the insurance pal when I was residing in Bengaluru and had moved to Thiruvananthapuram a few months earlier. I had updated my Thiruvananthapuram address through their Customer Care on the same day I had registered my claim i..e. on 12.10.2016 itself.

                              It has been more than a whole month ow. Thiruvananthapuram may as well be in Timbuktu. #OneAssist(Fraud) is yet to pick up the mobile despite multiple calls to them and repeated escalations and infinite assurances of resolutions in two working days. I guess, by now, each and every one of their Customer Care officers might know the details of this long pending unresolved claim.

                              Yet, there is no sign of action from #OneAssist(Fraud) team to pick up the handset or to get it repaired.

                              Friends.. You would do well to stay clear of fraudsters like this one and might as well as save your hard earned money from these cheats.

                              The loooooooooooo...ng wait continues.. Somebody called on 07-12 confessing that they could not find anybody to pick up the damaged handset from Thiruvananthapuram - a state capital, no less... I suggested that I am ready to get it repaired at the authorised Samsung Service Center in Thiruvananthapuram at my cost (initially) and hey could reimburse the cost incurred by me based on the receipt/invoices from the authorised Samsung Service Center which I would upload.. This is a suggestion I gave more than a month ago.. I was told that they would consult and revert to me in an hour. The never ending hour itself has stretched beyond 40 earth hours.. I am slowly beginning to understand what the 48 hours promised for resolution means.

                              SHAME on YOU #OneAssistFRAUDS
                              #OneAssistFraud never seems to learn.. Once again, for the third time in a row, I received a call from their Bengaluru team yesterday[protected] as to when they could come and pick up the damaged handset. Why is it so difficult for communicating to the relevant team that the pick up is to happen from my new address in Thiruvananthapuram despite my communication of the same on the date of registering the claim itself (i.e. 12.10.2016).

                              Are these guys plain DUMB or its just another trick in the book of these fraudsters.. Almost two months and multiple calls later, they are still grappling with the correct pick-up address.

                              It is Thiruvananthapuram & not Timbuktu... you idiots !!

                              Worse.. they still continue pester me with calls and messages to renew this fraud insurance..

                              SICK !!
                              Its is fraud insurgence company. for me almost 70 days over, still no delivery of repaired mobile.

                                  Filed claim on 11th Oct, and after so much follow up the delivery man came on 22nd Oct to pick the handset and was in hurry, but managed to check the phone with battery as he wanted to check the imei number from the phone screen to check whether the phone is working. After that i was following for almost alternate day to get the status of service request and finally on 18th I got a mail stating my phone is BER (Beyond Economical Repair), after insisting on the repair estimate I got to know that its FAKE, according to repair estimate main board and screen needs to replace. And that is height of fraud, as per the document I have submitted it is clear that phone was in working condition apart from screen broken. not sure its courier guy, repair estimation provider or One assist are doing this fraud. In any case I need my phone in working condition with screen intact or 100% of invoice value.
                                  Its been a month since the phone is collected and after providing this much time for the service what am I getting ?
                                  I think it would have been better to go directly, get it repaired from the service center with paying 2400rs at least I would have saved my time and energy.

                                    They made me fool and charged for charity
                                    I wish to cancel my policy, as I have been cheated by your company
                                    Every time when I called to customer care there was a total disconnected to earlier communication
                                    I bought this policy on 3 rd November by calling on customer care number and so as call was so promising and I feel genuine I bought this policy
                                    At this time people who were talking to me discussed the policy details and
                                    1. did not said that I can not raise a claim in before 15 days
                                    2 did not said that if I cancel the policy I will get 50% reverse amount
                                    I raise a claim on 12 November, no one told me that I am not raise the claim
                                    I uploaded all the document on 13 Nov And called customer care number again no discussion on that I can not raise the claim
                                    15 th Nov I called again and asked for the pick up
                                    Guy said that I will receive a call for pick up
                                    I called again on 17 th for the pick up
                                    Guy said there is pendency in uploaded document I have not uploaded the bill, which could have been communicated to the call on 15th Nov
                                    I uploaded the docs and confirmed the same again
                                    I was told that i will receive a pick up call and no discussion on that i can not raise the claim before 15 days
                                    Yesterday I received the call that claim has been rejected as it was raised before 15 days
                                    Are you guys making fool of mine or you have guys sitting who have no idea wat's going on
                                    Logically today 15 days have passed and lady said yes you can raise the claim again
                                    She asked me to hold the call and said that will be rejected
                                    Please please cancel my policy I don't want to deal with the company who doesn't know what they are doing
                                    If I need to spend on my phone after having a insurance policy I do not want to continue the same
                                    Thank god my phone started working and I don't need any claim

                                        Claim for damage/theft of your device has been registered with oneassist vide service request number 1650508. When called them they say i have to register the complaint again as the explanation of damage was not sufficient. All the information, i have asked was furnished and still the grievances are being made to get away with the repair cost. On an online search, i found there are many other such sufferers from this company.
