This is to bring into your notice that even after 5 weeks 6 days, I have not received my handset after repair. In fact 2 days back I got an intimation from your customer care number [protected], that I shall receive it by 17th Nov, but to my shock, there is no update available with the customer care as of today. During the same call, I was asked to wait for 24- 48 hours for the update, which is no more possible for me.
At the time of repair, I was told that the repair will take 2 to 3 weeks, and you have taken more than double of it. I am sorry as I cannot wait any more.
Please take a note of the series of events:
Device was picked up on 7th Oct
Insurance estimated amount was calculated on 14th Oct (7 days time)
Excess payment to be made by the customer on 24th Oct (10 days time, total 17 days)
Payment made by customer(me) on 25th Oct (the very next day, total 18 days)
Confirmation from one assist that the excess payment was received on 1st Nov (6 days, total 24 days)
When I called up customer care the estimated delivery date as confirmed by customer care agent was 15 days that is 15th Nov
Customer care confirmed on 14th that the device has been repaired and within 48 hours that is on 17thNov ( today), I will receive the device
Today customer care has no update on the same.
Why have you taken so long to follow the different steps? Why the customer care does not have proper update? Why the customer has to call up several times to take updates? Why has the DEVICE not delivered even after 51 days??

They have been continuously making fake promises of delivering on a certain date, and when the date comes, they dont have correct updates or they given some other excuse like the approval not received, or service center does not have spare parts..
On 28th nov i got call from xiaomi service center that its repaired and i need to contact one assist .. But once again they have ansolutely no clue, they say that the due date is 6th dec and sumtimes they say its 10th dec..
Now I am really tired, and it was a mistake to buy policy from one assist..
Need your support on this..

We have received the due date of 6th December '2016 for your claim from service center, your handset will be delivered post 48 working hours after receiving the handset from the service center.
Provided due date was given by authorized service center which was intimated to you from OneAssist.
Note: - Due date from the service center may change depending on the parts availability of the handset.
