Its shameful from your end of not keeping upto your word, I was told that my phone will be repaired if i take the insurance of oneassist, forget repairing the phone, i was fooled by you guys and my phone was not repaired and was told that the phone will be sent back within 7-10 working days.
It has been over one month the unrepaired phone has been not sent back, now that you guys have succesfully fooled me i will definately bring under others notice to not buy your insurance. i have sent this mail to them but they have not reverted back it has been 2 months.

    Friends.. Be careful while purchasing an expensive new mobile. The vendor would try to persuade you to shell out furher 2k or more for insurance provided by a fraud company called #OneAssist(Fraud) Mobile Insurance. While the vendor would promise that the #OneAssist(Fraud) provides comprehensive cover against accidental damage, theft, free pick-up and drop for repairing the handsets and would also provide a standby mobile in the interim.

    All their tall promises are hollow and fake. All that they are interested in hoodwinking you to subscribe for their utterly useless insurance scheme. I had made he mistake of buying #OneAssist(Fraud) product called Mobile Assist (MobileAssist R_PREMIUM PRTECTION PLAN[protected] along with my #Samsung mobile hoping it would come handy and rescue when I am stranded without my mobile.

    Alas, it was not to be. My mobile suffered accidental damage and the authorise Samsung center informed that a board has to be replaced which could cost me about Rs. 14, 000/-. Since the #OneAssist(Fraud) insurance cover was sill available, I had registered n online claim (SR#1600273) along with all the required documents on 12.10.2016. They are yet to initiate action to even pick up the mobile.

    I had purchased the mobile as well as the insurance pal when I was residing in Bengaluru and had moved to Thiruvananthapuram a few months earlier. I had updated my Thiruvananthapuram address through their Customer Care on the same day I had registered my claim i..e. on 12.10.2016 itself.

    It has been more than a whole month ow. Thiruvananthapuram may as well be in Timbuktu. #OneAssist(Fraud) is yet to pick up the mobile despite multiple calls to them and repeated escalations and infinite assurances of resolutions in two working days. I guess, by now, each and every one of their Customer Care officers might know the details of this long pending unresolved claim.

    Yet, there is no sign of action from #OneAssist(Fraud) team to pick up the handset or to get it repaired.

    Friends.. You would do well to stay clear of fraudsters like this one and might as well as save your hard earned money from these cheats.

    The loooooooooooo...ng wait continues.. Somebody called on 07-12 confessing that they could not find anybody to pick up the damaged handset from Thiruvananthapuram - a state capital, no less... I suggested that I am ready to get it repaired at the authorised Samsung Service Center in Thiruvananthapuram at my cost (initially) and hey could reimburse the cost incurred by me based on the receipt/invoices from the authorised Samsung Service Center which I would upload.. This is a suggestion I gave more than a month ago.. I was told that they would consult and revert to me in an hour. The never ending hour itself has stretched beyond 40 earth hours.. I am slowly beginning to understand what the 48 hours promised for resolution means.

    SHAME on YOU #OneAssistFRAUDS
    #OneAssistFraud never seems to learn.. Once again, for the third time in a row, I received a call from their Bengaluru team yesterday[protected] as to when they could come and pick up the damaged handset. Why is it so difficult for communicating to the relevant team that the pick up is to happen from my new address in Thiruvananthapuram despite my communication of the same on the date of registering the claim itself (i.e. 12.10.2016).

    Are these guys plain DUMB or its just another trick in the book of these fraudsters.. Almost two months and multiple calls later, they are still grappling with the correct pick-up address.

    It is Thiruvananthapuram & not Timbuktu... you idiots !!

    Worse.. they still continue pester me with calls and messages to renew this fraud insurance..

    SICK !!
    Its is fraud insurgence company. for me almost 70 days over, still no delivery of repaired mobile.

        Regarding Sr.No. : 1599101 Cust ID: 728048 _ Membership ID: [protected]

        Filed claim on 11th Oct, and after so much follow up the delivery man came on 22nd Oct to pick the handset and was in hurry, but managed to check the phone with battery as he wanted to check the imei number from the phone screen to check whether the phone is working. After that i was following for almost alternate day to get the status of service request and finally on 18th I got a mail stating my phone is BER (Beyond Economical Repair), after insisting on the repair estimate I got to know that its FAKE, according to repair estimate main board and screen needs to replace. And that is height of fraud, as per the document I have submitted it is clear that phone was in working condition apart from screen broken. not sure its courier guy, repair estimation provider or One assist are doing this fraud. In any case I need my phone in working condition with screen intact or 100% of invoice value.
        Its been a month since the phone is collected and after providing this much time for the service what am I getting ?
        I think it would have been better to go directly, get it repaired from the service center with paying 2400rs at least I would have saved my time and energy.

          They made me fool and charged for charity
          I wish to cancel my policy, as I have been cheated by your company
          Every time when I called to customer care there was a total disconnected to earlier communication
          I bought this policy on 3 rd November by calling on customer care number and so as call was so promising and I feel genuine I bought this policy
          At this time people who were talking to me discussed the policy details and
          1. did not said that I can not raise a claim in before 15 days
          2 did not said that if I cancel the policy I will get 50% reverse amount
          I raise a claim on 12 November, no one told me that I am not raise the claim
          I uploaded all the document on 13 Nov And called customer care number again no discussion on that I can not raise the claim
          15 th Nov I called again and asked for the pick up
          Guy said that I will receive a call for pick up
          I called again on 17 th for the pick up
          Guy said there is pendency in uploaded document I have not uploaded the bill, which could have been communicated to the call on 15th Nov
          I uploaded the docs and confirmed the same again
          I was told that i will receive a pick up call and no discussion on that i can not raise the claim before 15 days
          Yesterday I received the call that claim has been rejected as it was raised before 15 days
          Are you guys making fool of mine or you have guys sitting who have no idea wat's going on
          Logically today 15 days have passed and lady said yes you can raise the claim again
          She asked me to hold the call and said that will be rejected
          Please please cancel my policy I don't want to deal with the company who doesn't know what they are doing
          If I need to spend on my phone after having a insurance policy I do not want to continue the same
          Thank god my phone started working and I don't need any claim
          I want my money back full amount

              Claim for damage/theft of your device has been registered with oneassist vide service request number 1650508. When called them they say i have to register the complaint again as the explanation of damage was not sufficient. All the information, i have asked was furnished and still the grievances are being made to get away with the repair cost. On an online search, i found there are many other such sufferers from this company.

                  Reference to my service request no. Sr#1595728, filed on 07.10.2016, the repairable mobile (Redmi note 3) has been picked up by blue dart courier on 27.10.2016 for delivery to m/s plada (Mumbai). But it has been returned back from howrah to me on 11.11.2016.

                  After tracking the courier pod no.[protected] provided by blue dart, i found that the packet is returned back & marked as "returned to origin at shipper request". So immediately i informed to oneassist customer care, but they confirmed & re affirmed on that my mobile is with tvs service center & it is under estimation on 06.11.2016 & 09.11.2016. (As all the calls are recorded & you can check the conversation.)

                  Another thing is that when ever & for each & every subsequent i call to your customer care officer the data with them (Customer care officer) is not at all updated & same information shall be explained to them daily loosing 30 minutes.

                  So my humble request is to complete the repairing job within tat fixed by you (Considering the mobile has been delivered to you on 27.10.2016). Because your people has not taken action after alerted them that my mobile has been returned back from howrah. /or wrong instruction given to courier person. Also the customer care officer assured me that your back office people shall call to me for resolution, but no call from any body till today.

                    Oneassist consumer solutions pvt ltd. Is a commission agent company who have tie up with several small insurance service provider who can never give you any claim for your damages. I am waiting for my claim for my claim against losses against loss of money from credit card. Also i took a mobile theft claim which they have rejected for not a valid reason. The most fraud company i have ever seen is oneassist consumer solutions private limited.

                      I registered claim 2 weeks back regularly following up on call center via calls and emails. They called me may times for phone pick up. But nothing happens. They are ready for reimbursement where I ready to repair cost. They are fake they r not ready to share my policy also. I am insurance professional I know how to handle. But now I am helpless with one assist. They just collect money from customers that's it. Services are zero. Call center people are dumb. This company is making a scam.

                        I have never received my mobile back which i submitted 10 months ago for damage repair.My relationship no 442689.Customer care don't have any updates and they always say that seniors are not available currently.I have also paid extra 300 rs which they have asked as difference between amount and the amount they got from insurance company.

                          Filed a damage claim for my MI4I mobile phone on 12th August and they, confirmed the receipt of the handset on 22nd Sep. And didnt receive my handset yet.

                          Worst part is that they are clueless about the status of the mobile repair... they keep on changing the dates as "will update you within 48 hours" etc. never exact data.

                          Further they never call us with any updates. I am informed only after i call them.

                          I requested them for sending back the un-repaired handset, and not answer for that. Now the latest update is that the date is changed to Nov 28th . they are not sure even if its correct date to deliver the handset.

                          Finally received my handset on 25th though the due date is 28th. The service is done and the phone seems working well. Only problem is that they never call and update you the status. As well the support team is clueless, like my claim was for repair / replacement of display which is broken(physically damaged), and the One assist team added back cover and the MI service team updated and replaced Display & Mother board.

                          However thanks OneAssist.

                            This is in regard to the follow up of my mobile for service request number 1594069. Its been 30 days i have not received any mail or update regarding the pending approval. This is very unprofessional from you guys. I have followed up with ajay gaekwaad, huzefa, and one more lady (Very rude, she was laughing and giggling when i was escalating the issue, i don's remember her name but should be there in your call logs). Everyone said that the issue will be rectified in 3-4 working, and so on it has become 30 days.

                            Is this the service you guys are giving? I want an update on this at the earliest.

                              I informed one assist team to terminate my membership before the renewal date through emails and reminders. I did not get any response from one assist team. Membership got renewed on 9th nov 2016 and amount 1299 was debited from my account without my confirmation. I registered a complaint to the number [protected] on 11 nov 2016. But i'm not yet getting any response for the mails or call. I require necessary actions to cancel my membership '614056' and arrange for the return of the amount to my account.

                              Hi One assist team,
                              I did not agree to continue the services. As per the discussion, they told the amount of 400 can be refunded to the account as per the policy of cancellation and the benefits will be available for this year since the amount cannot be refunded completely. I don't want to continue the service and i want immediate cancellation of the service. Please do cancel the plan and arrange for the refund as early as possible. I spoke to one assist team yesterday to reopen the request to process further for cancellation.

                                I had submitted my handset for repair at one assist service center given by courier on 26 aug 2016, customer care is replying on asking for delivery date of my handset is not justified as first 23 sep, 03 oct, 17th oct, 07 nov and again now 30 nov, where as your policy says to give back after repair with in 25 to 30 days a difference amount of rs 318/- is paid by neft, but there is no response to my complaint, hence it requested to return after repair as early possible so as to make the use of it.

                                  Claim no 1545826 with oneassist solutions. My mobile handset lcd screen was damaged as per authorised service centre it needs lcd display change which is half hour job n it is available with service center. As my phone was secured with oneassist i called oneassist n got information that it will take 25 to 30days (This itself is long enough, not to give it to oneassist for repair) to complete all procedure & in this time period i ll get back my handset. Since 10th Sept. procedure started, approx 15 sept. Handset picked up from my address. they ask me to pay Rs. 351 and i have paid in 1 day. after that i will get more tahn 4 dates for receiving my phone but till the date 15.11.2016 i dont get my phone. the last they hav given is 11th nov.2016 but now again the shift that to 20th nov.2016 and i am sure that i dont get the same on that date also. So now i am going to the grahak suraksha and complain agains you. now i dont want my phone back.

                                    This is with reference to the Service Request # 1543042.

                                    I raised a complaint on September 8th 2016 saying that my handset got damaged and requested for pick of damaged handset and also for a courtesy handset. I clearly said that I don't have another handset for me to use and requested to provide the courtesy handset asap.

                                    I didn't received the courtesy handset and whenever I call the customer care I was informed that the handsets are not available. Meanwhile I uploaded all the necessary documents and paid the EXCESS amount to process the repair on 29 Sep 2016. After that again I called the customer care and asked for the courtesy handset and they said since my mobile was sent to repair and it will be delivered soon getting repaired and hence courtesy handset cannot be provided. After couple of weeks I called again and asked for my handset status and they said that the due date has been changed to 26th of October and again they denied to provide the handset. And again when I called on 26th of October, they said the due date has been changed to 11th November 2016. There is no information for me that the due date has been changed until I call the customer care.

                                    Again when I called on November 11th they informed that the mobile will be delivered within 48 hours and since Saturday and Sunday was holiday, the mobile will be delivered on Monday, 14th November 2016. When I called today again they said that the due date has been changed and it is 28th November 2016.

                                    They never informed me that the due date was changed till I call the customer care. I have written couple of mails to [protected]@mail.oneassistinfo.in, but never received any reply from them.

                                    1. I clearly told them that I has no other handset I need a courtesy handset on 8th September 2016.
                                    2. I never informed about the status at any moment of time and I used to get the updates whenever I call he customer care.

                                    Was this the kind of service you are providing to a customer? I never experienced such a worse service for any other products. You kept me waiting for almost two months without having a courtesy handset or with my phone repaired.

                                    I need my handset back with the approved amount for repair of Rs.12308/- so that I can get the handset repaired in a couple of days or provide me a courtesy handset till I get my handset delivered

                                    Finally I am very much frsutrated with this service and I suggest don't buy the products of OneAssist.

Last year 2015 November HDFC credit card Section cheated me and also unknowingly I have Joined in our One Assist Wallet.This Matter I had talk with your representative last year through your customer care Number[protected].As per your request and also My amount is already debited by Bank I had continue your Plan up to November 2016. Now on 05.11.2016 HDFC Credit card section debited an amount of Rs.1299 with out my Knowledge for your Membership Renewal. Sir This is without the knowledge me.

                                      This Matter i have talked with HDFC credit Card Section on 07.11.2016 and also they have taken Request for Cancellation . On basis of this Cancellation request Your customer care executive talk with me (Tamil Executive from Chennai). I had clearly conveyed to her. THIS RENEWEL I DONT NEED. HENCE I HUMBLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CANCEL MY POLICY. I DONT WANT THIS PRODUCT DUE TO SOME FINANCIAL PROBLEMS. SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO CANCEL MY RENEWL POLCY.                                         Respected Sir/Mam I would like to complaint that the phone of mine which they took for repair hasn't repaired for till two months from the date which they picked up my phone..And they promised the due date on October 26 but they changed the die date November 11 for that also i agreed and waited but now when i call them again they are telling that their changed the date November 28...I don't know what they wete trying to do or what they have done..they are simply keeping my mobile with them for two months and there is no proper information from customer support side...I'm helpless and hopeless so kindly please help me in my issues...
