As my account was Debited with the, Amountunt of rs 1988/- whichi s for the one assist WA Privilege single policy which I was not aware of this and my account is debited hence I request the one assist management to look into the matter and cancel my policy and refund my 100% money in to my account as soon as posible and don't do such as any kind of things with my account which is privacy and personal to me

    I received sms from hdfc credit card/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 12/2/21. Without my permission.. I am requesting them to cancel this account for the last years and they are not doing.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

        Hi there

        I am HDFC bank account holder. My credit card has been deducted Rupees-1800 to ONE ASSIST PLAN on 31 dec 2020. without my permission or previous intimation. When i asked for cancellation agreed to cancel but they are refusing to refund, without refund what is the use of cancellation. I need my money back ASAP

          Last year I had send mail to OneAssist to cancel my membership, but they didn't cancelled my membership yet. Now again the bank has auto debited Rs. 2599/- from my HDFC Bank credit card number ending with 8768 without my concern on date:04/02/2021.Last year itself I had send mail to cancel membership and stop autonewal but this year again they debited from account. So kindly cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.2599/-

            One assist removed parts from the TV and returned them to me without fixing them.

            One Assist Engineer came to my house for television repair.
            The red light on my Panasonic TV was blinking 8 times and starting again and again.
            But there was no issue with the white line on TV starting.

            First, one assist engineer said that there is a backlight issue with your TV, I asked him how you are sure about this. He checked again and said that sir backlight is fine, there is a panel issue.
            And he gave me 2 options to fix the problem.
            1. They will use LG's new panel to Panasonic TV which costs approx. Rs.9000 (I refused to do it immediately).
            2. He will repair the panel which costs approx. Rs.4500(I agreed with this option).
            He scheduled the Pickup and took the TV.

            3-4 days later I got a call from Mr. Ruchin and he said that Sir panel parts are not available, we cannot fix this panel, someone else on the call and he said that try to check some other service center.
            After 2 days the TV returned without fixing the problem. I noticed some scratches on the back of the TV. I turned on the TV, I saw a white light on the screen, which was not there before. I asked the person who had come to hand me over, he said that I had no idea about it. I immediately call Ruchin and ask him about the problem. I think some problem has arisen. He denied it and said, on your TV, we opened the panel. This is a panel issue. Whereas before there was no white light on the screen.
            Now the Panasonic engineer came to my house and did not change any parts, just cleaned the motherboard and turned on the TV, but the display I was seeing on the TV had some white line problems. Which I watched when the TV came back to me.
            He said that there was no need to open the panel of this model, it may have damaged it while opening or fixing it.

            One assist engineer revisited at my place but they have not correct answer why the white line is showing on the screen.
            One assist engineer Rakesh has admitted that there was no white line when he first came.
            When the TV came back to me there is a white line I reported to the same engineer who returned it to me.
            I immediately report Ruchin's to this issue, the chat is attached.
            Chat is attached TV is running and the screen problem is just because of that white line and parts are removed by one assist.

            I reached to one assist because I had already informed the team that something was left on their end or not connected properly.
            But one assist team is blaming and harassing me.

            I did trust one assist, but they remove the parts from the tv and returned them without fixed, which is wrong.
            when they denied nothing missed from their side
            I opened the panel myself and found part is missing.
            Now when I asked, where is the part they are doing harassment and saying because you opened by self now we are not responsible.
            If I don't open it how I know that part was removed by one assist and during revisit one assist denied nothing happened at their end.

            Revisit and confirmed no issue from their side on 30- Dec-2020

              I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The Company has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1410 without my authorization on date:21/01/2021. Last Year also the Company debited the same amount but reversed it within 24 Hours. This Service has been started without my authorization and I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership . So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-.

                On 27/01/20 1399/- has been deducted from my credit card ending 9585 without my consent just throwing me a email that it will be auto renewed whereas I have cancelled the plan one year... Moreover these are people are telling me I haven't checked my email but they haven't called me...Such irresponsible people they should call the call the customer for a intimation call..Now I have stopped this plan and want my money back...You people can't ever auto renew any plan without any type of intimation call...I'm again telling I have cancelled this plan one year...You people just make fool of the customers with their hard earned money

                  Hello there

                  I Received SMS from ICICI Bank that RS-1899/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind unsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                  Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

                    With reference to the above number, I had very clearly intimated Via Chat message and email. What audacity do you have to renew the membership without my permission even though I had explicitly informed you over the phone, email, and through your chat module? Cancel it forthwith, please. I DONT WANT TO RENEW THE MEMBERSHIP.

                      I have raised my issue to cancel my subscription on Jan 5th. But Customer service Executive are not cancellation my subscription and insisting me to take a renewal plan of 900 rupees. After a serious discussion. They have cancelled my subscription on 21st Jan. But on the same day they have deducted 1899 rupees from my HDFC Credit Card. I'm trying to reach the customer service but no one is responding to call.

                          1399 rs debited from ICICI account without any pre-approval or advance notification. . I have already deactivated this policy last year by contacting oneassist but still amount is getting deactivated. This is like scamming people by forcing them into unwanted policy. Worst thing is, this is being allowed by Nationalize bank like ICICI. Please deactivate this.

                            They have deducted my balance before the renewal date.when they want to tell about the product they will call but when renewal they will deduct without call. Someone has to do something about this product

                                  Initially when this was purchased I was told that this would be a onetime fee for making the card free for all transactions. My customer relationship number is 9821260. Please cancel my subscription and refund the debited amount of 1899. This is unfair and misleading.

                                      Hi,
                                      ICIC bank had debited Rupees/1899 from my account for the CPP plan yesterday for the activation of plan.I was never interested in this plan.I had received a call regarding this one month back, and denied this plan for auto debited, and the caller had cut the call, and considering it as a acceptance.

                                      Later I would had called atleast 10 time to customer care of Oneassist, and they said that since the plan is not activated, they cant proceed for the cancelation.They had promised me that once the ammount is debited, full amount will be refunded.

                                      After one month, when the money has been debited, when I called cstomer care, they refuse to refund the ammount and further say that they had initiate cancellation and the ammount refunded needs to get confirmation from higher officials.
                                      I request the ICICI bank ream, that this is completely not right, and I am disappointed with the services and fraud happening at ICICI .
                                      I need full ammount is not refunded within 48 hrs, I had so much trouble calling repeatadly, and its complete injust.

                                        I recieved message that oneassist wallet assist privilege plan rs 1899 will be charged against the plan on your icici bank credit/debit card.
                                        I want to cancel oneassist wallet assist privilege plan on icici debit card.
                                        It is not yet activated, so please cancel it before deduction of charges.
                                        They are just redirecting call to different numbers each time.
                                        Please cancel/deactivate this plan.
