Hi,

I'm Using HDFC Credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 2599 from my credit card

Cancellation request given 23rd April'21 still no calls and no mails .customer care said you will received calls ithtin 24 hour.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:2599 .This is unacceptable that you have been not mailing and calls.

    Hi,

    I'm Using HDFC Credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

    As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated .

    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:1399 .This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . I had raised a cancellation request 2 weeks back to One assist for cancellation of the yearly subscription, The representative assured the plan will be cancelled in 2 days. Received multiple calls from the representatives, They were are too busy explaining the benefits. I requested them politely to cancel the subscription.

      They did not cancel my plan and now after 2 weeks automatic deduction of 1899rs is debited from my credit card.

      If i don't get the refund, the only way to get rid of this fraud scheme is to apply for the closure of HDFC credit card as they have a Tie up with One assist.

        I bought insurance for my mobile phone on my name. But OneAssist has declined my claim just on the fact that the invoice of device is on a firm name owned by my uncle.
        I live in a joint family and just for GST purpose I bought it on firm's name.
        I can't claim for my device and they are not providing me with the refund as well

          Cancellation of One Assist Membership
          I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1739 without my concern on date: 24/04/2021. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

            I am writing this mail in reference to my Service ID : 9305988 bearing Serial no : HS[protected]. I had made a complaint on 29th of March 2021 regarding cooling of my refrigerator, which was acknowledged by One assist the very same day and an inspection was to be scheduled for 30th March 2021. Firstly, the inspection was delayed post which when i was visited by your technician Mr Prashant Gaikwadhe said he has made a note of the spare parts required to be changed and would come back the next day with the spare parts. Day after day had passed but still we had not herd from your team. I had to continuously follow up since i was clearly the one in need to get this fixed but to no avail.
            I was then visited by your technician Mr Shaikh Sultan Ahmed after a few days and to my surprise he landed up with wrong spare parts . (FYI, he had called up a day prior to his visit and asked us to keep the refrigerator shut for 24 hours ) which caused us significant inconvenience. Mr Shaikh Sultan Ahmed then told us he would visit again with the right spare parts and it's been more than 2 weeks hence we have heard from anyone from your team.There have been 2 instances where the fridge was asked to be kept shut which caused significant damages.I understand the current situation, but would like to bring to your notice that this is essential and we have faced maximum troubles in this trying times and One Assist hasn't reached out or kept up to the claims made while procuring the membership. Due to these times I patiently waited for over a month and cannot wait any longer or give more leverage to the company. I also have proof that the technicians have been working so please do not give me reason for restricted movement in the city as they have visited my place at least thrice in this month but still the problem isn't resolved. My previous complaint regarding the light not functioning for the same product isn't resolved and the case was closed anonymously.
            I would like this matter to be escalated to the highest authority and look into this and get the problem resolved at the earliest.

                Pls cancel my one assist wallet protect insurance plan permanently and stop renewing the same month on month and debiting my hdfc credit card ending with 3318 for Rs 79/- as renewal premium

                  Even though I have not applied but yet you are deducting my annual fee as mentioned above.Last year too you did not pay heed to my request though I was assured that you will cancel the same but all in vain .I once again request you to cancel my membership and refund an amount of rs.1399 at an earliest otherwise I shall be constrained to close my account in hdfc bank

                    I had booked AC repair for my Carrier window AC for cooling problem but even after repair, problem of cooling still persisting and AC is not cooling at all.I raised the complaint twice but same were closed mentioning issue resolved.However i have not received any call or no one visited my home for resolutuon of the problem.

                      I buyed their mobile protection plan 2 times for same device cause first time it wasn't working and then they asked me to buy same plan again but this time it activated and they told me they cancel the old plan and refund my money under 7 days (6th april 2021 buying date) which should be 13 th april 2021 but they don't refunded my money as well as didn't cancel the plan also . I tried to talk to costumer executive also but they didn't answer my call .

                          Hello sir,
                          I received sms from HDFC bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.
                          This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and company should not be doing this without members permission.

                          This is happening second time with me. Last year in 2020 I requested to deactivate this and I got mail from OneAssist that its cancellation is under process. Over call also customer care executive assured the same. But again this year OneAssist did the same, debited amount without my permission and without any prior notice.

                          Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                    I have ICICI card and received a call for one assist service activation. It was one time call and no further privileges were going to be provided they told so I have to make decision at that point. Not able to google and consult some of my dear ones and they recorded the call. Now they told that services will be activated after 3 days and amount Rs. 1899 will be deducted from your account but I don't want to avail for it. Later I made lot of calls on[protected] but was waiting for long but no one responded.
                                    Cancellation is my option and thought of writing down the complain. I hope this clarification would result something fruitful for me. Because I don't want to avail for it and such huge amount I could not afford.

                                    Sir, today morning 8:30 am an amount of Rs.1899 got deducted from my bank account. After talking on One Assist Customer Care (1800 123 3330) they told that you will be refunded Rs.700 and your plan will be valid for coming 1 year. But I want to cancel this plan and want my deducted amount back. Please take the required action. I could not afford this services.
