Pls cancel my one assist wallet protect insurance plan permanently and stop renewing the same month on month and debiting my hdfc credit card ending with 3318 for Rs 79/- as renewal premium

Pls cancel the policy at the earliest and confirm me

Else I approach consumer forum and go for legal action against one assist

    Even though I have not applied but yet you are deducting my annual fee as mentioned above.Last year too you did not pay heed to my request though I was assured that you will cancel the same but all in vain .I once again request you to cancel my membership and refund an amount of rs.1399 at an earliest otherwise I shall be constrained to close my account in hdfc bank

      I had booked AC repair for my Carrier window AC for cooling problem but even after repair, problem of cooling still persisting and AC is not cooling at all.I raised the complaint twice but same were closed mentioning issue resolved.However i have not received any call or no one visited my home for resolutuon of the problem.

        I buyed their mobile protection plan 2 times for same device cause first time it wasn't working and then they asked me to buy same plan again but this time it activated and they told me they cancel the old plan and refund my money under 7 days (6th april 2021 buying date) which should be 13 th april 2021 but they don't refunded my money as well as didn't cancel the plan also . I tried to talk to costumer executive also but they didn't answer my call .

            Hello sir,
            I received sms from HDFC bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.
            This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and company should not be doing this without members permission.

            This is happening second time with me. Last year in 2020 I requested to deactivate this and I got mail from OneAssist that its cancellation is under process. Over call also customer care executive assured the same. But again this year OneAssist did the same, debited amount without my permission and without any prior notice.

            Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                      Address: ICICI Bank, One assist services.

                      I have ICICI card and received a call for one assist service activation. It was one time call and no further privileges were going to be provided they told so I have to make decision at that point. Not able to google and consult some of my dear ones and they recorded the call. Now they told that services will be activated after 3 days and amount Rs. 1899 will be deducted from your account but I don't want to avail for it. Later I made lot of calls on[protected] but was waiting for long but no one responded.
                      Cancellation is my option and thought of writing down the complain. I hope this clarification would result something fruitful for me. Because I don't want to avail for it and such huge amount I could not afford.

                      Sir, today morning 8:30 am an amount of Rs.1899 got deducted from my bank account. After talking on One Assist Customer Care (1800 123 3330) they told that you will be refunded Rs.700 and your plan will be valid for coming 1 year. But I want to cancel this plan and want my deducted amount back. Please take the required action. I could not afford this services.

                              Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                              I am a HDFC bank Credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs.1899/- from my Credit card number ending with 0821 without my concern on date. 17/MAR/2021. I am not interested about this service and don't want this Membership anymore. So cancel the Membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-.

                                One Assist Subscription Plan Cancellation and refund

                                When I applied for credit card from ICICI Bank, I think I had by mistakenly ticked for One Assist subscription plan. And now I want to cancel it and I had called One Assist customer care but there are saying it will not be cancelled and even if I will cancel I will not get my money/refund. Is there any means by which I can cancel the plan and get full refund as soon as possible.

                                Me and lot of my friends have been your customers more then 2 years.But I am facing a lot of difficulty in claiming.My claim has been rejected by your company officers. No mail and phone, no any proper conformation.Customer care executive says reason was told that the mobile fell from his hand and not from his own.Earlier my friend (Mr. Pranit Pandey) got claim on 31st December due to same reason.Why discriminate against me.

                                    HDFC Bank are the one who directed me to ONE ASSIST but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When I asked for the HDFC Bank help they are not responsible.

                                    I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from HDFC

                                    I'm using HDFC CREDIT CARD SINCE LAST 2 YEAR CARD NUMBER ENDING with 1199.My account is activated with ONE ASSIST MFEE and charged Amount 1399 Rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my Card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                                    Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message (I have attached screenshort of mail id.).
                                    And HDFC Bank also has to recheck this issue with the Auto Payment modes.

                                    So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                                      Before 2 years when i received my debit after account opening in ICICI bank.I received a phone call from oneassist team and don't know haw they activated my subscription and debited Rs 1899 from my account from that day i was trying to cancel this subscription. Today i received SMS that this plan is going to renew and it will charge Rs 1899 again..please i request you to cancel all subscription as early as possible. ..and please if possible refund my money that you have charged till now...thanks
