I have debited 1399 rs from my credit card without my concern by one assist from HDFC bank .kindly request you to cancell that WA power single plane and refund my amount on prior.

With aforementioned subject, I, Rameez K. Sumra, received message from OneAssist that “your Enhanced WA Power Single Plan is now active! Your membership number is [protected]” on 5th November 2020, so I checked my credit card bill and they deduct Rs.1399/- on 4th November 2020 in the name of “ONE ASSIST MFEE” which is very criminal act and fraud to me. How dare they deduct from my credit card without my prior permission?? I don’t...

I have observed that RS-1399/- has been deducted from my Kotak bank Credit card for ONE ASSIST PLAN without my permission. I also got a sms from one assist team. I have not required any membership & any service from this company.

Iam Adi sekhar Reddy using, HDFC credit card, has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8194, without my concern on date:31/10/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this One Assist MFEE membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs 1899/-

I didn't get any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me rs 1, 899.00 towards subscription.
I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my ICICI.
I was hospitalized in October month due to covid in ICU. How I check my mail. They didn't call me. Due to this pandemic and due to hospital I am in very trouble. This 1899.0 rs matters me alot.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have not apply any Enhanced WA Privilege single Plan but it is automatically activated. but i have not applied for such type of plan Please deactivated this plan and return my money to my account.

This is Mahesh, last year I said i dont want card protection plan then they retuen money. (They deduct 1499 they returned 999) and now today they activate again that card protection plan. I didn't say anything about plan activation and I didn't any calls from one assisst..Kindly credit my money how much you deduct from my credit card......

I was unable to register/use my Credit Card, As it was in my office locker. Due to the Lockdown I was not able to get my Card until Today. I got Approval from my Director only to enter my office and get the Card.
Now the Due Amount is Rs.3712 + 600(Paid Today as the charges keep increasing )..

This plan auto renewal was done without informing me and amount debited from my ICICI bank credit card

now i contacted OneAssist help by on line chat from OneAssist mobile app but they say they can not stop auto renewal.

I had asked the company to cancel my plan 2 months ago, both via mail and by calling the customer service. But my credit card was still charged Rs1899 for the plan renewal.

Complaint Number 7195697. I am following up for the complaint more than month. The call center says complaint is rejected. There is no communication through Email. Whenever, call center to get proper information, it was kept on hold, so that call gets disconnected automatically....
