I am a ICICI bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4009 to one assist without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs1399/-

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. As i informed still its happening every year. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

    Dear one assist,
    I have fully fed up with your service, even though i have raised complaint within 30mins of receiving plan activation message, i didn't got the full refund. i have received only Rs699.50.

    As your peoples and bank peoples communicated that full refund to be credited within 5 working days.

    i want the full amount or else need to file a complaini

      Till today no any reply received.
      Call icici customer care and block you credit card, and request them to give you new credit card. this way one assit can't deduct money from your card, they need your new credit card details to do it. i hope this helps you. it helped me.

        I bought one assist hdfc credit card wallet protection, but I they renewed automatically without any notification about plan expiry or anything. I sent mail regarding this but no reply. So please cancel my protection and give me refund. It got renewed on 28-November-2020.

          I was attending to the call while raining . So at the time of claiming i forgot got to mention it was raining.
          Because of that my claim was rejected,
          And they are saying that it is mechanical failure which is not covered in plan but it is not mechanical failure . So I went to authorized service center they give a report that it is an water damage

              I am Mahammad Yasin last year they forced me to activate the one assist plan 1899/- it get activated on 11/02/2019 and you have deducted Rs. 1899/- from my HDFC credit card ending with xx3711. But this year on 27/08/2020 again you have deducted the amount without my consent i have not at all renewed the plan and also you have not sent any mail or message before debiting from my account . I have called one assist customer care number many times they are not refunding and not responding properly my amount and not even deactivating the plan.

              Refund my Amount back and Deactivate the Plan immediately.

                I bought a policy for a laptop which is gifted by my brother in law. There is a damage on laptop screen and hinges. I registered a claim which took more than 5 days, asking for this and that docs, and I clearly said that thus is gifted by my broinlaw...they did not say anything that time. Infact, while buying also they did not say that you can't buy policy if this is not gifted by your immediate family member. I just received a call saying since the laptop is gifted by broinlaw but policy is in your name so you cannot file a claim or they will not accept the claim. What nonsense..what is the use of buying a policy..you should not have allowed me to buy. Where are checks in your system, I design systems by profession and these are mandatory checks you should have to prevent users in buying policy not compliant to your policies.

                Can you please help me in getting the claim or return the policy amount that I paid. We should not allow such policy companies to run in India. INDIA IS NOW CHNAGED.MIND IT.

                  I have taken the extended warranty on my Microsoft Surface Book 2 laptop from One Assist Consumer Solutions private limited which is valid until April 25, 2022. I reported a claim on my laptop which was not working properly on November 02, 2020, for which all the documents were successfully verified by the company on November 05, 2020. Then they picked up my laptop on November 07, 2020. As per their policy, they had to share the laptop with the authorized service centre and provided me with the revised estimate within 1 working day. But until today i.e. November 18, 2020, they have not come back with anything. Every day they are giving false assurances. My whole business runs on that laptop and I am adversely affected due to lack of professionalism and services from One Assist. I request your support in this matter. I am attaching a snapshot of the service request for your information.

                      Sir, Last 2 years i have complaint to one assist, Not required protection policy. But every year they are debited in my account without getting any permission my side. I need to cancel the protection policy. Really too much for this.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this One Assist MFEE membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs 1399/-

                          But no response from them.
                          It was really very shocking.

                              With aforementioned subject, I, Rameez K. Sumra, received message from OneAssist that “your Enhanced WA Power Single Plan is now active! Your membership number is [protected]” on 5th November 2020, so I checked my credit card bill and they deduct Rs.1399/- on 4th November 2020 in the name of “ONE ASSIST MFEE” which is very criminal act and fraud to me. How dare they deduct from my credit card without my prior permission?? I don’t need their service plus company’s phone call executive officer did not talk in decent manner. I need my money back in 7 working days. If this matter is not resolved by the time specified above, I reserve the right to commence legal proceedings to recover the debt without further notice and this complain may be tendered in court as evidence of your failure to pay. Legal action may result in you having to pay legal costs, interest and could impact on your credit history.
                              Please refund my money and deactivate whatever concerning to me.

                              I have not received my refund back after 5 working days. I need my Rs.1399/- back, my credit card statement is about to schedule so please give me money back otherwise C.C. company to levied extra charges for not paying Rs.1399/- + penalty (GST ) will be OneAssist's responsibility.

                                    I didn't get any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me rs 1, 899.00 towards subscription.
                                    I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my ICICI.
                                    I was hospitalized in October month due to covid in ICU. How I check my mail. They didn't call me. Due to this pandemic and due to hospital I am in very trouble. This 1899.0 rs matters me alot.
                                    Kindly refund and deactivate this service on an urgent basis.
