Gas leakage correction charges asked from customer

Technician detected gas leakage as reason for low colling for my ac which is under extended warranty and extended warranty is provided by oneassist. They are asking gas charges from me by giving excuses like it is a consumable and hence customer will pay. This is real case of cheating and their terms and condo not clearly mention any such clause....

Claim rejected after I made so many efforts

Dear team this is very poor service and less of customer support as i have taken the insurance for my mobile phone for premium category of membership as the team knows very well about i claimed after 15days as i was in fever and they knowingly that i claimed after 15days due to sickness they demand for many things and it's takes me 3dayd to complete this formalities and my first claim was rejected in two hours that their was delay.

enhanced wa privilege single plan - auto renewal without my approval

My oneassist plan is auto activated.

I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my hdfc credit card.

My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it on 21/09/2020

Kindly refund it soon as it was charged without any consent.

cancellation one assist service

Dear sir/madam,

I am credit card holder of hdfc bank. There is a active service namely one assist mfee related to my credit card without my concern and it costs of rs. 1399/- per year. It is the the second time that they deduct my money. So, i really want to cancel this kind of worthless service and want my money back. So, i request you to process my complaint against one assist.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6043 without my concern on date:20/09/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Last year itself i requested you peoples to cancel the membership but not happened, and still membership is in active.

Kindly request you to refund my money back otherwise i will close my credit card without making any outstanding payments.

Hi,

I have just received SMS for renewal of my plan for this year to which I do not want to continue under present circumstances.

I am informing this through this complaint forum by very same day on receiving SMS, in previous year I had very bitter experience with One Assist team when I request to cancel my subscription and to refund the debited amount .

They said now the amount cannot refund...

urgently cancellation my membership

I didn't get any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me rs 1, 399.00 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc credit card ending with 6061. Kindly refund and deactivate this service on an urgent basis....

Membership renewal

Last year i opted for one assist membership, but i chose not to renew it this year. For the same reason i called the oneassist customer service a month before renewal time and requested for cancellation. That time they saiid they will process cancellation and today without prior intimation my membership got renewed and 1899 rupees got deducted from my credit card.
