My name is smita. I have recently purchased a credit card from hdfc bank. When i received the statement of my credit card. I found that 1899 rs. Has been charged as a one assist mfee. When i contact to bank they ask me to contact one assisit consumer solution. When i talk to the customer care executive of one assist they told me that they have activated this plan after my confirmation on. When i ask them to provide the recording where they took my confirmation. Then they said that they can not provide the recording as it is only for recording purpose only. When i ask for refund they said that they can refund rs 800 only.

    मैंने mi स्टोर से 4th October 2019 को poco f1 फोन खरीदा था जिसके साथ mi protection लिया था।
    जब फोन डैमेज(26 September 2020 को) हुआ तो मैंने क्लेम के लिए वन असिस्ट ऐप से क्लेम किया। मैंने क्लेम डैमेज के 4 दिन बाद किया 30th September को मैंने डॉक्यूमेंट अपलोड किए फिर 6 October तक कंपनी से कोई रेस्पॉन्स नहीं मिला 6th October को रात को कॉल आया और बोल रहे है आपने क्लेम 72 घंटे के अंदर नहीं किया हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते। जबकि मेरे mi protection की एक्सपायरी तारीख 9 October 2020 hai।

    क्यू नही कर सकते हो, आपने कहीं भी नहीं बताया है कि 72 घंटे के अंदर अंदर क्लेम फाइल करना जरूरी है।
    और में छोटे से गांव में रहता हूं तो 2 दिन तक लाइट(बिजली आपूर्ति) नहीं थी तो मैं कैसे 72 घंटे में फाइल करता ।

      No response is being provide by bank side

      I have sent mutiple reminder mail for the call discussion but the same were not been consider and mark the loan status as regret and close
      I already have send the screen shot of my existing obligation payment for the month of mar, June, July, aug, sep, oct
      For the month of April and may loan moratorium were been availed
      But the hdfc bank is considering may, April month payment as repayment bounces

      And concluding the borrower repayment as not regular
      Mark the loan status as Status

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6043 without my concern on date:20/09/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
          I had already submitted the complain once, but no action was taken from your side, So Please refund the original debited amount immediately, nd deactivate your Oneassist plan.

                      Oneassist has deducted money from my bank account on several occasion. First of all, i don't require their protection. Second, i have no words, see for yourself, i'll attach the pictures. Total scam. Fine, here goes the story :

                      First time this happen was on 25th august 2018, they had deducted rs 1899 (First time), i immediately complaint and they refuse to process cancelation, later on they downgraded my plan and refunded some money. Rs 800 was refunded to my account in feb 2019. Then again in july, i received a mail addressing an auto-renewal of the plan, following this email from the company, rs 1399 was deducted on 26th august 2019. I proceeded again and complain about this and cancelation mail was sent by them on 5th sept 2019 and this time i was not refunded. I thought this was over until i was hit with this storm once more on the 29th september 2020 and rs 1399 was debited from my account.

                      I am an axis bank customer. I have written an email complaining to my bank about this issue and hopefully they take my matter as serious business. I hope i'm protected and given proper compensation for the loss.

                        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my consent. Last year i registered similar complaint on 16 sept 2019 (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/oneassist-auto-renewal-of-subscription-withou... to deactivate my plan and refund my money. This is second time they renewed even after notifying them to stop auto-renewal.

                        This year again they deducted rs. 1399 from my account. I dont understand how they can do auto renewal without my approval. Who provided them right without my consents to renew my plan. Since my credit card got expired they debited amount via debit card without my consent and this kind of solicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act. Last year i clearly told that i don't want to renew subscription anymore. That time one of there call center executive told next year before renewal they will call. But this time also i directly got debited without intimation.

                        Please deactivate my plan and refund my money for last 2 years renewal fee asap. And again i am mentioning you that pleaseeeeeeee deactivate my account immediately. My relationship number is 2599626.

                            Technician detected gas leakage as reason for low colling for my ac which is under extended warranty and extended warranty is provided by oneassist. They are asking gas charges from me by giving excuses like it is a consumable and hence customer will pay. This is real case of cheating and their terms and condo not clearly mention any such clause.

                                Dear team this is very poor service and less of customer support as i have taken the insurance for my mobile phone for premium category of membership as the team knows very well about i claimed after 15days as i was in fever and they knowingly that i claimed after 15days due to sickness they demand for many things and it's takes me 3dayd to complete this formalities and my first claim was rejected in two hours that their was delay.
                                This is service negligence and really disappointed as the first time i claimed sorry to say but this is not at all accepted.

                                  I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my hdfc credit card.

                                  My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it on 21/09/2020

                                  Kindly refund it soon as it was charged without any consent.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I am credit card holder of hdfc bank. There is a active service namely one assist mfee related to my credit card without my concern and it costs of rs. 1399/- per year. It is the the second time that they deduct my money. So, i really want to cancel this kind of worthless service and want my money back. So, i request you to process my complaint against one assist.

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6043 without my concern on date:20/09/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                      Appreciate it that you guys saw nd reply to complaint I register here, but a question, how long does it take to get the refund reflect into the orginal source.
