      Hi,
      This is Mahesh, last year I said i dont want card protection plan then they retuen money. (They deduct 1499 they returned 999) and now today they activate again that card protection plan. I didn't say anything about plan activation and I didn't any calls from one assisst..Kindly credit my money how much you deduct from my credit card...

        Hi Sir/Mam

        I Received SMS from RBL BANK that RS-720/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN without my permission and I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and didn't receive any information from RBL about one assist but suddenly they charged money from my credit card and activated one assist plan. A reputed bank cheating a customer like us and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

        Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP or else will face legally.

          I was unable to register/use my Credit Card, As it was in my office locker. Due to the Lockdown I was not able to get my Card until Today. I got Approval from my Director only to enter my office and get the Card.
          Now the Due Amount is Rs.3712 + 600(Paid Today as the charges keep increasing )..
          I do not wish to Pay this.I am also willing to cancel my Credit Card.
          Please do something about it Quickly..

            now i contacted OneAssist help by on line chat from OneAssist mobile app but they say they can not stop auto renewal.

              Dear One assist Team,

              I have earlier made multiple request to deactivate my One assist membership, in the past in the Month of 9th August 2020, my earlier request number to cancel my membership was 6893531, i had also received a telephonic and SMS confirmation from one assist team, regarding cancellation of my one assist annual membership plan $ Model, however to my surprise today i got a message from HDFC bank, stating one assist membership fee has been debited from my credit card ending 6603.

              The Forceful debit of one assist annual membership fee without my consent from my credit card under such circumstance is highly unprofessional, unethical and illegal. As discussed, today with one assist customer care executive today on [protected], i request you to please immediately initiate refund of one assist annual membership fee which has been illegally debited from my HDFC bank credit card ending with 6603, otherwise i will be forced to report this matter to banking ombudsman and initiate necessary legal action on the concern parties involved .

              I look forward to your immediate revert on the refund status of the one assist annual membership fee amount debited illegally on 24th October 2020, from my HDFC card ending with 6603 .

              Kindly reach out to me for any kind of further clarification on the above mentioned matter.

                One assist solutions has charged INR 1399 on my card without my consent.I came to know about that on 29 September that when the money was deducted and they have renewed the service on 10 September even without informing me.They do not have the right to reduce even a single penny from a customers account without their consent.This is not the right protocol and should have that much of decency to inform the customer by either calling or sending a text message for asking about whether the customer would like to continue for the next year with the company or not. Simply using the card without informing them prior is an offense.
                After contacting them for cancelling the service they have somehow only credited an amount of INR 400 that to as a discount.
                I want to cancel the one assist programme right now and demand an immediate refund of the remaining amount.

                  I bought a wallet insurance plan last year on my HDFC credit card (registered mobile no. [protected]) from OneAssist.
                  I had asked the company to cancel my plan 2 months ago, both via mail and by calling the customer service. But my credit card was still charged Rs1899 for the plan renewal.
                  I would like you to cancel the said insurance plan and refund the amount deducted from my credit card.

                    I didn't get any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me rs 2599.00 and converted to 6 month EMI. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc credit card ending with 3498. Kindly refund and deactivate this service on an urgent basis.

                        This is to inform you that in the name of James Marvyn Pradhan your company has renewed and activated One assest membership without asking me and my amount has been debited.few months later when I received the mail from One assest membership I had called ur representative she was lady and she told due to technical issues u have been receiving mail and she confirmed that amount will not deducted from your credit card.On August 29 again I received the same message from One Assest membership iD Field29 that One Assest Membership has been renewed which I have know idea even last year they might have deducted my amount when I have applied HDFC credit card which I did not notice at all nor I received any call or any hard copy.

                        So I have mailed many times about this and I have contacted bank too that I will not pay those amount 1399/-.

                        Request you to kindly refund the amount as soon as possible please don't force me to register case against this.

                            Complaint Number 7195697. I am following up for the complaint more than month. The call center says complaint is rejected. There is no communication through Email. Whenever, call center to get proper information, it was kept on hold, so that call gets disconnected automatically.

                                Got a call from bank and they told about the offer on jet privilege credit card ending with 9431.They told you are paying 599 something on annual basis instead we are offering life time free card by paying 199, so accepted for that. But they debited 2199 through one assistance. Could you please help me get a update on why this much amount was debited and i don't want this offer so pls credit that amount back
