OneAssist Plan cancellation and refund.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 8760 without my concern on date:9/10/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the debited amount.

Got a call from bank and they told about the offer on jet privilege credit card ending with 9431.They told you are paying 599 something on annual basis instead we are offering life time free card by paying 199, so accepted for that. But they debited 2199 through one assistance. Could you please help me get a update on why this much amount was debited and i don't want this offer so pls credit that amount back

I received sms that deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also did not got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Auto renewal of subscription without my consent

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my consent. Last year i registered similar complaint on 16 sept 2019 (https://www.consumercomplaints.inoneassist-auto-renewal-of-subscription-without-my-consent-c2454809) to deactivate my plan and refund my money. This is second time they renewed even after notifying them to stop auto-renewal.
