I am writing this mail in reference to my Service ID : 9305988 bearing Serial no : HS[protected]. I had made a complaint on 29th of March 2021 regarding cooling of my refrigerator, which was acknowledged by One assist the very same day and an inspection was to be scheduled for 30th March 2021. Firstly, the inspection was delayed post which when i was visited by your technician Mr Prashant Gaikwadhe said he has made a note of the spare parts required to be changed and would come back the next day with the spare parts. Day after day had passed but still we had not herd from your team. I had to continuously follow up since i was clearly the one in need to get this fixed but to no avail.
I was then visited by your technician Mr Shaikh Sultan Ahmed after a few days and to my surprise he landed up with wrong spare parts . (FYI, he had called up a day prior to his visit and asked us to keep the refrigerator shut for 24 hours ) which caused us significant inconvenience. Mr Shaikh Sultan Ahmed then told us he would visit again with the right spare parts and it's been more than 2 weeks hence we have heard from anyone from your team.There have been 2 instances where the fridge was asked to be kept shut which caused significant damages.I understand the current situation, but would like to bring to your notice that this is essential and we have faced maximum troubles in this trying times and One Assist hasn't reached out or kept up to the claims made while procuring the membership. Due to these times I patiently waited for over a month and cannot wait any longer or give more leverage to the company. I also have proof that the technicians have been working so please do not give me reason for restricted movement in the city as they have visited my place at least thrice in this month but still the problem isn't resolved. My previous complaint regarding the light not functioning for the same product isn't resolved and the case was closed anonymously.
I would like this matter to be escalated to the highest authority and look into this and get the problem resolved at the earliest.
