My Name is Yogesh My membership ID [protected] and I have insured my motorola one fusion plus on 14 aug 2020 and it accidantly get damaged.My servise request number is 9716911.on 16 may 2021 I apply for claim they reject saying that it should be damaged by external force and slipped from hand is your fault. The word Accidantal damage is used only attract customers.

    Cancellation of One Assist Membership
    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 8774 without my concern . I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership .

        I requested so many times to cancel membership but this people not cancelled. I haven't choosen auto renewal.
        They sent mail but not informed on phone. I lost my mobile and I am not using this service since 4 years. I need my refund.

            I have for one assist wallet protection plan through my icici bank reference two years back ago. Now before a week i was due for renewal of this plan and my money rs.1399/- got debited from my bank account which is linked to it without intimating to me. I checked my bank statement for the debit and contacted one assist customer care. One representative dharmesh dhotre responded to my call as he was referring me for the renewal. After some time i told him he has not intimated me by email or other source regarding the renewal and means to cancel my plan and asked him to refund my money back. He told the company people send me the notification to my email two times before the deduction for which after i checked mail it is not there in my mail box and then told if i cancel the plan now (Since money got debited from my account) the plan gets cancelled and i could not get the full refund and suggested he will give discount of rs.400/- on the renewal of existing plan. And after the conversation i also checked the renewal status in the one assist app it is showing it is due for renewal to till date.

            How can they renew the plan without intimating the user and as well as how they charge for renewal before the active plan expires. I want full refund back.

                Cancel membership & refund membership fee - Customer ID 932456

                I am an HDFC Bank credit card customer.

                Just now my HDFC Credit card has been charged for one assist renewal. My card has been charged with Rs 1, 399.00. I have already called one-assist few months back (I would say 7-8 months back) and asked them to cancel my membership.

                It had been confirmed by customer representative that my membership won't be automatically renewed at the end of the membership period. My membership still has been automatically renewed today and amount charged from the credit card.

                I kindly request to cancel my one-assist membership (renewed today on 14th May 2021) and refund the amount of Rs 1, 399.00 that has been charged on my HDFC Credit Card.

                Called the number[protected] and was told that request has been taken and cancellation dept will call me and they only know for the cancellation and only they can tell if refund is applicable or not. The person told me i can only take requests and i don't know any further.

                I putting this above conversation here as I have been auto-renewed when clearly it was conveyed that i don't want to continue with this service.

                  I had purchased one assist wallet protection plan through mobikwik, Pls cancel my one assist wallet protection plan and month on month renewal of the same and stop debiting my hdfc credit card ending with 3318 month on month for renewal premium, even on 13/05/2021 my hdfc credit card ending with 3318 was debited for Rs 79/- towards my one assist wallet protection insurance renewal premium, pls cancel the one assist wallet protection plan and stop the month on month renewal, I need solution and confirmation inmediately, else I approach consumer forum and Sue against one assist wallet for misuse of my hdfc credit card and lack of service to the customer

                    I have a rbl bank credit card. Bank give me a fraud protection plan with this card. And tell me this plan was given by bank. They didn’t give any information about one assist. On 3 may a fraud transaction of 16160 rs was done by my card. Then I call to bank to block my credit card. After 4 days bank refuse to pay fraud amount. Then I ask them for insurance plan. Then they told me to call one assist. Now one assist refuse to pay fraud amount. Giving reason that I didn’t inform that under 24 hours. While in his policy that write 30 days period for intimation of incident. Please help...

                      I received an e-mail from icici bank on 12 May 2021 that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank account to one assist membership fee. Icici customer rang information.                       And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this.

                        I bought my iphone 11 on December 2020 and the incident happened on 9th May 2021. By accident, my phone dropped on the floor and the front speaker is not working properly. I raised a claim maintaining all formalities on the Oneassist app to resolve the issue and repair as it was under 1-year Oneassist insurance plan. Now the team called me today evening and has refused to resolve the claim. I am very disappointed with their service and policies. This is not at all transparent. And I will definitely reach out to Apple and Imagine from where I purchased it. I need to know why they insist on such an insurance company that fails to keep their commitment to the customer. If possible my humble request please look into the matter. Thank you.
