I purchased an iphone 6 and had it covered by one assist. Had registered a claim in october 2015 which got closed by early january 2016.

Now, have registered a claim on april 10, 2016. They raised a document pendency of replacement letter on april 14, 2016 to which i reverted on april 15, 2016. Post the revert, i did not receive any revert on the mails. Everyday i have been calling the customer care. All they have to say is that"sir, your case has already been escalated and our senior will reach you within 24-48 hrs." this has been going on and no action is being taken by the company to resolve the query and close the claim. I have recorded calls of the executives where they have promised to get the issues resolved but have failed time and again.
The company has been informed about the urgency of the matter and still the issue is being treated in an unprofessional manner.
Looking forward for collection of the damaged phone at the earliest and the replacement of the same.

Also, the replacement letter was supposed to be provided by the company itself at the time of previous claim which they did not and have not been able to provide in last 1 month even after numerous reminders.
Further, Executive named Aamir was very rude and was least bothered in providing services and spoke as if was doing a favour to me.

    I had bought mobile insurance from OneAssist on 17/2/2015 valid up to 16/2/2016. On 28/10/2015 my mobile was damaged in the rain.
    I initiated a claim on the same day and sent the necessary documents on 30/10/2015.
    Handset pick up was initiated on 16/11/2015 and they gave me the excess amount estimate of rs 313/- on 23/11/2015 which i transferred to them the very next day.
    Still they took 2 months to deliver the replacement handset saying that there is a stock issue, i. e, 22/1/2016.
    The handset they sent stopped working the same day when i rebooted the phone. Again i registered a complaint on same day and they initiated the re pick up of the handset.
    The re pick up was done after more than a month.
    Its been more than 3 since the re pickup, they are not giving back the handset.
    Everytime i call the customer care, they say that there is a stock issue and they will come back to me within 48hrs and they never call back.
    I am fed up of callig their customer care which i have done more than 1000 times in the last 7 months.
    They are not even ready to provide resolution for my case.

    You are absolutely right bro... they seems like fraud and unhappy to give service and make unreasonable fault and lastly they blame on us that we didn't take care...agar aisa hi hota to pahle hi bol dens tha na.. insurance hi nahi lete aapka... oneassist walo ka
    Very poor service form one assist. they are running a fraud company. I suggest we place a Class action lawsuit on the company. Contact me at [protected]@gmail.com and we all can place a lawsuit on the company.
    MY phone is with them for 1 month now but it is still under pending approval from insurance company.
    They are way past their time frame for the approval but still no reply or calls from oneassist.
    My repair estimate is way higher just for a broken s7 edge display, but they are changing the back place as well as the motherboard. When asked them for re-approval copy, they are not sending the same.

    Let us all take action and show company like these that they cant do whatever they please without any consequence!!!

      I take a breakage insurance police from one assist my mobile got damage in a misshaping i i reg. A complaint on 25 th jan 2016 and they collect my mobile from me 10 feb 2016 but till now they are unable to solve my problemi call customer care many time always they extend due date i want to submit a complaint against one assist but i don't know i how

      Same problem with me also. My claim number is SR#1391883. I had put an insurance plan for my mobile with one assist protection plan[protected]. I had dropped and the screen got a crack. all other functions including touch was working fine. i had raised a claim for change of screen. They collected extra money for that also and had to followup daily for the delivery of the serviced handset. it took more than a month for them to return the repaired handset. I was delivered the mobile on 23rd June, 2016. It was completely not working. The following were the issues which were not present when I gave the mobile for change of screen. the phone was in perfect working condition when I gave it initially except for the broken glass. Now the following are not happening.

      Sim cards both slots are not working. Battery s draining quickly without usage. Wifi s not working.
      Phone is rebooting very often in idle mode,
      phone s getting switched off when any application is opened.

      Immediately had complained to them both by phone and mail and repickup was initiated on 24th June 2016. til now it has not been picked up back. inspite on literally hundred calls i had made and hundred mails i have sent. This is completely unacceptable. my membership id is [protected] and my Relationship No : 685515.

      One star is overrating for OneAssist. It is the worst mobile protect agency you will every see in your life. it took them 3 months to return my phone that also after dozens of phone calls and mails and yelling and frustration. Never buy anything from OneAssist they are a fraud company. After my phone being returned it wasn't in the same state i submitted. They took out the sim tray and the audio isn't working anymore. They will make your life living hell

        After damage i claimed for insurance and submitted all documents my phone get picked up from my location and they told me that it will take 25 to 30 days I patiently wait for 45 days. i did not get any call from their site so I called them and asked for status of my cell, they gave me due date of 25 april 2016. then i called on 25th april they told me that due date is 27 april. i called on 27 they gave me new due date 2 may. again i called on 2 may they gave me new due date 4 may and today is 4 may again i called now my new due date is 6 may.


        this is worst insurance company keeps you promising. and their costumer care executives well trained to lie and keep costumers blank about information regarding product status. their is no any transparency in process

          I have file a complaint in feb 14th 2016 i have been submitted all doucuments in next 2 weeks after one month they came and collect my mobile in april 30th 2016. after that those ppls said to me "within 20 days they come and return my mobile ". but still now they didn't send mail or sms to me abt my mobile status . i called n number times to one assists customer care thoses ppl all said samething may 2nd will be ur mobile delivery date. today date is 03 may .. still now i didn't received any sms from service center regrading mobile delivery. i ever seen ppls like u and ur company ... still now i dnt knw when u going to return my mobile .

            OneAssist is Fraud
            I have taken a mobile insurance plan from 'One Assist' for my iPhone. I had claimed for accidental damage in December 2015 to which I was supposed to get resolution(repair or replacement or claim settlement) in 30 days. My mobile was picked up after 30 days of registering the claim, I have gone through all enquiries and finally I got a mail from One Assist after 50 days saying I'll receive the claim amount shortly. The claim is under process since December 2015 and till date I haven't received any amount NOT EVEN A CALL BACK. I keep calling them every other week for status and they always give some lame excuse that it is beyond economic repair and we have already escalated the issue and there no MANAGERS or no senior person available in the office. I wonder how can a office be in its operation mode without any manager. I have lost hope of getting the claim settled.

            If you take my advice, don't take this insurance NEVER GO FOR ONE ASSIST, because they will take the premium amount from you but wont give you any kind of service. It is the worst service provider in entire service industry.

            there is no point in reaching you because I tried again calling you on Monday 2 May 2016 and Akshay (your floor supervisor) was supposed to give me an update on my case before Tuesday 3 May 2016 11:30 Hrs (IST) and till now he hasn't and no one from oneassist team has. You posted comment just because it is on-boarded to consumer complaint's board otherwise you wouldn't had cared to even put an eye on the subject.
            see its been a month OneAssist Team assured that they will contact me but again till date I haven't received any communication from them. FRAUD OneAssist! FRAUD OneAssist! FRAUD OneAssist! Please people don't but any insurance from FRAUD OneAssist company. They don't add value instead harass you in your hard time.

            OneAssist is fraud. I also faced same kind of issue. I bought MI Phone with OneAssist insurance. But claim was rejected with out any further notice. One Assist is blaming customers.

                I have taken insurance for my smart phone and when it was sold they mentioned that in case of any damages the phone would be repaired or replaced within 7 -10 days. I have given my smart phone to the company and they had ask me to pay 5% of the service charge which I did and now its been over a month and I have not got any response from them.

                They acknowledge my emails and do not respond to the queries i ask them.

                          I received a post from one assist asking me to renew my plan. I was not sure about renewing for another year so i did not respond.

                          I had submitted a new email id 6 months ago - one assist failed to register it and now claim that they have been writing to me there.

                          My credit card was illegally charged for a yearly subscription by one assist without any warning.

                          I called one assist 4 days ago to protest and ask that this be cancelled. I was assured of a return call within 24 hours. No call received.

                          This morning i called one assist and spoke to a lady called shahida. She took my complaint and said that i would receive a call from the cancellation team today or latest in 48 hours. She refused to let me talk to a supervisor

                          Question - one assist claims to protect the customer from fraudulent use of our credit cards & a quick response. Wrong on both counts!

                          Do i need to contact the police, consumer protection agency, open a discussion on social media to protect me from one assist?

                          It is reprehensible that one assist takes people's details of cards and ids and then misuse them this way and do not respond in any way. How do i know they will not misuse my data since there is already such a bad precedent set? I would like to have an assurance that they will not misuse this data.

                          I would like my credit card payment to one assist reversed.

                            I called customer care to cancelled my service on 25 march 2016 for 2016 to 2017, but without my knowledge and information
                            These people renewed my service, that means they are cheating people and grab their money, they are saying we will not refund you, this is my request to all please don't take this service because there is no guaranty of refund against any fraud if they are saying like that

                                I, Shivam Maniyar, had purchased a Xiaomi phone from Snapdeal in August, 2015. The phone's camera was unable to work after Oct. i.e after 2 months. I gave it for repairing in Xiaomi Customer care but it was informed by them that due to water damage camera is unable to work . I questioned them that how is it possible that only camera is unfunctionable. They gave rubbish reasons. I took up One Assist Mobile Insurance for Rs.425 and I had a trust that it will solve up my problem. But when I called up them (one assist) for pick up of my phone, they gave the reasons that we should inform them under 48 hours of the incident. But they promised that they would give us double claim. On November, 2015 my phone become so slow due to camera. I informed One assist about it, they picked up the phone from my place and concluded by saying that phone would returned in15 days . But 15days become 30 days, then I called up there about my phone's status, they were not giving satisfactory reasons . They charged depreciation on phone 30% . I was unsatisfied that how one can charge so much depreciation on the phone whose camera is unfunctionable . I healed all software problems by myself but about camera...

                                  Its been almost 5 months i'm following one assist team for my mobile claim. Initially they took my mobile and repaired it. But within 1 week of time same problem persist. Since then i'm following this team. But no one has replied on mail, not picking up my phone. This company is fraud. They took my claim policy amount rs. 750. Either you give me money back or repair my mobile.

                                    Company says me to proccesing days is 25 working days but after 28 working days they even don't repair it and answer me that we are giving response in 7 days after 28 working days.

                                      Hi,

                                      The service of one assist is highly disappointing. I gave my 6s+ phone and all documents on 16th feb and raised a request for courtesy handset but no action has been taken so far. I got an email about estimation recieved and waiting for approval from one assist but nothing happened after that. It's been 22 days and i haven't had any update about my phone.always given wrong commitment. Could you please get back to me as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased a phone insurance package from the company mentioned above on 7 may 2015 . it insured my phone against any damage and theft. now my phone got damaged and i called customer care to resolve my problem and initiate a claim. they told me to verify my details . as i was verifying my details, they said that IMEI number of my phone is not matching their records . They told me to mail them regarding this issue and ask for 24 - 48 hours, they did not respond. when i call they ask for more time everytime. it has been more than a week now. i have not been given claim for my issue and have no clue where my problem is. i have every kind of evidence regarding this issue. right from the documents and photographs i submitted to the mail i sent them .please help me with this issue . i am attaching the documents i sent them and screenshot of mail they sent me.
