I have taken a mobile insurance plan from 'One Assist' for my iPhone. I had claimed for accidental damage in December 2015 to which I was supposed to get resolution(repair or replacement or claim settlement) in 30 days. My mobile was picked up after 30 days of registering the claim, I have gone through all enquiries and finally I got a mail from One Assist after 50 days saying I'll receive the claim amount shortly....

I had given for a service on nov 23rd 2015 to third party insurance company oneassist consumer solutions private limited. Who sent for yu service centre .Till now they havent delivered back my mobile. Whenever i am calling they are not responding and saying stock issue. Even the time of resolving the clain is 30 days but they have been taken above 4 months...

I have taken insurance for my smart phone and when it was sold they mentioned that in case of any damages the phone would be repaired or replaced within 7 -10 days. I have given my smart phone to the company and they had ask me to pay 5% of the service charge which I did and now its been over a month and I have not got any response from them.

They acknowledge my emails and do not respond to the queries i ask them....

The front camera in my mobile was damaged and as it was a new mobile, i raised insurance to repair it through one assist.

It is been 2 months i handed my mobile to the customer care person and still i dint get back my mobile.

Each time they give me a due date and once the due date is passed they extent the date to next 10 days.

Hey guys thus is regarding the service request no 13467 i had given mine iphone 6s which screen got damaged to thm its been 1.5 month they didnt give my phone back these people are just frauds they make money at starting they tell u to pay 4000 to buy policy after that theu show there real character there customer departemeny is usseless there coperation office no one picks it up i guess this company should be closed...

I have submitted my device (mi4) on 24th feb 2016 .
On that day I was told I'll get my device within 20 days.
I received a phone call from one assist support center on 30th of March that my device will be delivered by 31th of march....
