Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Last year itself i requested you peoples to cancel the membership but not happened, and still membership is in active.

Kindly request you to refund my money back otherwise i will close my credit card without making any outstanding payments.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

HDFC Bank and One assist both are cheating there customer. same think happened with me. both are cheater. HDFC Bank has tie up with One assist.

          Once again, i want to inform you that the problem related to my pureit water purifier (Purchased during june 2019) has not been sorted out either by the service technician, shri subal sil, or by the customer care staff of oneassist

          Since the device is 15 months old, i wanted to know whether it's germkill kit and sedimentary filter are in order. If it is required to be replaced, the job should be done immediately. I will pay the cost of these two parts, which i confirmed from the pureit company is rs. 2, 800 altogether.

          Your service technician did not perform the job and left the machine as it was..
          I want to invite your kind attention and expect the work will be completed at the earliest.

            Hi,

            I have just received SMS for renewal of my plan for this year to which I do not want to continue under present circumstances.

            I am informing this through this complaint forum by very same day on receiving SMS, in previous year I had very bitter experience with One Assist team when I request to cancel my subscription and to refund the debited amount .

            They said now the amount cannot refund this has already been processed

            Seeing that bad experience I m uploading this complaint very same day of receiving intimation

            On very immediate basis cancel my renewal of plan and reverse if any fee debited on my credit card

              I didn't get any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me rs 1, 399.00 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc credit card ending with 6061. Kindly refund and deactivate this service on an urgent basis.

                Cancellation of one assist membership
                I am an hdfc bank credit cardholder. The bank has auto debited 49+353+100 = 502. So totally rs. 502 /- from my credit card number ending with 8067 without my concern, on credit card statement of aug 2020. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.502/-. It also showing loan number of[protected] as rs. 2199/- in my credit card loan status for regarding this one assist. I really hate this kind of debiting. Refund my money back and stop these membership and it's suspicious loan

                            Last year i opted for one assist membership, but i chose not to renew it this year. For the same reason i called the oneassist customer service a month before renewal time and requested for cancellation. That time they saiid they will process cancellation and today without prior intimation my membership got renewed and 1899 rupees got deducted from my credit card.

                            When i reached out to customer service regarding the same, they offered me just 900 rupees refund. And still not cancelling the membership

                            I request to end all services and refund the whole money back, as it was done without prior intimation even after asking for cancellation.

                                I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care about me... I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this.

                                  I brought one Mi phone last year, same time they convenience me about one assistant by mistake I accepted and paid Rs.1899/- for insurance.
                                  After that they send me email regarding terms and condition which is absolutely unacceptable actually looted.
                                  But again 3rd sep. my account debited Rs.1899/- without my acknowledgement, I enquired with bank then I came to know they used my previous debit card details and debited.

                                  I came to know that action was done by ICICI bank not connection with my Phone purchase or Oneassist directly.
                                  ICICI bank debited my account without my concern for protection of my debit card, If they issued debit card and they cannot protect then why they issuing debit card and for that they made additional insurance Rs.1899/- per ann. already debit card they charging Rs.997/- which is already highest level of charges. Please consider this claim is ICICI bank those who have to respond and they have to shame on keep looting their customers.

                                      When i received my icici credit card few years back, i was sold a wallet protection plan by this company. Subsequently, they just go on renewing it every year without my permission by charging my icici credit card. Last instance was on 29.11.2019. Relationship no. 1497314. Enhanced wa power single plan.
                                      They don't seem to feel it necessary to call me and ask for my permission. It probably amounts to a criminal act. How can they do that?
                                      I wish to discontinue this service and don't want to have any connection with such a horrible company.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have limited money in my account due to COVID- 19 I did not get my payment from 6th month. In this time I am not in position to maintain so please arrange to return my debited money of Rs. 1899 in my Bank account, I want to withdraw my membership from OneAssist. In future please ask before auto debit tot the consumer.
