Once again, i want to inform you that the problem related to my pureit water purifier (Purchased during june 2019) has not been sorted out either by the service technician, shri subal sil, or by the customer care staff of oneassist
Since the device is 15 months old, i wanted to know whether it's germkill kit and sedimentary filter are in order. If it is required to be replaced, the job should be done immediately. I will pay the cost of these two parts, which i confirmed from the pureit company is rs. 2, 800 altogether.
Your service technician did not perform the job and left the machine as it was..
I want to invite your kind attention and expect the work will be completed at the earliest.
