Dear concern,

I don’t want this plan. Plz deactivate the services and also make sure the auto renewal will not be done for this policy from my account as it has been hit from my credit card without my knowledge from last 2 years

    I am a Satish Jaiswar HDFC Bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6030 without clearly explaining it. As i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

        Oneassist consumer solutions — enhanced enhanced wa power single plan
        On thursday, 23 july 2020submit a complaint
        I received sms from my bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on.21july 2020 to without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8799 without clearly explaining it. As this is a case of fraud by one assist, i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                I sternly want one assist to deactivate my one assist mfee membership & refund the amount 1399/- auto deducted from my hdfc bank credit card without my knowledge & consent as on 18/06/2020.

                I'm not interested in this service & don't want this membership anymore. Therefore, please cancel this membership & refund the amount of rs. 1399/- otherwise i will file a complaint against one assist in consumer court.

                  Hello there

                  I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and call and request cancel my membership from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                    Its been 10 days, i made a complaint on this forum too but nobody from oneassist called me back. They denied everything they said while selling insurance. I called them for more than 15 times but everytime they said somebody will call you abd never got it. My apply xr is with them from more than 10 days.in the period of lockdown it is a major trouble for customer. Highly unprofessional.

                      I purchased apple xr in feb 2020 from imagine store sector 35 c, chandigarh. The salesman asked me to buy insurance as it includes 2 time repair and 1 time replacement and even when i asked about the charges i have to pay in these cases, he denied any.
                      I made the insurance claim as my phone's backside was broken, oneassist took my phone and emailed me that they can pay me 26000 rs and will not repair or replace me phone, they almost depreciated half of the amount of my phone which is not even 6 months old. The store fooled me by not telling the correct details and when it comes to insurance, i tried calling oneassist several times on many days, but nobody helped. They have to replace my phone as per the insurance sell to me, without asking me to pay half of the charges. If they deny to do so, i have to take the matter legally.

                        I called on one assist to close all the services registered to my mobile number [protected] which i have no idea they are automatically renewing again and again without my permission. I asked them to cancel all such services and on 12-13 july 2020 they called me back that they had deactivated these services and no money will ne deducted from my account but still this fraud company deducted 1899 rs on 15 july 2020. I want my refund as soon as possible or i will complaint against this fraud and crime. This company had poor customer care services not picking up my calls. I want my total refund of 1899 and no furrher deductions should take place from my account. They are transacting number without my permission. My relationship number: 2442538

                            I had bought insurance (2nd year extended warranty, as per my belief) for my phone at the time of purchase. The fingerprint sensor of my phone went unresponsive - within the covered period, so i informed oneassist over app and gave them my phone for repairing.
                            One assist has mentioned all timelines on their website for my claim status, i contacted them over chat they said they need 48 hrs... After 48 hrs they said they would need another 24 hrs... And after that they again asked for 48 hrs. They are just making me move around in circle. Their website has no update over reparing of my device, after this long period, they have still not assessed the phone and generated their estimate. When would they begin actual repairing. Such a poor commitment.
                            I should get my phone back asap and refund with interest, plus damages towards failure of commitment.

                              I would like to tell you that unauthorized amount 1399 rs has debited from my hdfc credit card against one assist on 8-may-2020.
                              When i called to one assist customer care they did not pick up my call, i am making a call regularly in one assist customer care from 8 may 2020 but they received my call one time on 06-june-2020 and i asked him about unauthorized deduction of 1399rs then they told me this service for protection against fraud then i asked why did you active this service without permission of customers.
                              After that they registered complaint for cancellation of service and i received the message for cancellation of service same day but refund amount did not receive till now. When i am calling to one assist customer care they are not receiving the call.

                              Please take any action against one assist and try to get my amount refund.

                                      Inr 1899 was deducted from my hdfc account on 28 may 2020 at 12:32 pm (Afternoon)

                                      28 may 2020 at 1:54pm : i called the customer service and after a tiring and long talk, he told me my entire money i. E. Inr 1899 will be refunded within 7-10 working days and that he will cancel my membership. Today is 15 june 2020 and i have still not received my refund of inr 1899.

                                      Now when i call the customer service, very conveniently my call isn't answered because my number is no longer registered.

                                      I want my refund and a status on that refund asap

                                        , i received a message that rs-1399/- has been debited from my credit card to one assist plan without my confirmation why are charge add this service. I do not need any such services and request you to kindly cancel the service and refund the amount in my account.
