Amount of uncovered appliance not refunded

One the basis of sales executive, I paid amount for 5 appliance, but company covered 4 Appliance so amount collected for 5th appliance not refunded despite several requests. Hence company seems ચોર (chor) so be careful and avoid to take insurance from the company....

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1900/- from my credit card number ending with xx6639 without my concern on date:04/07/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1900/-

Actually i bought mi note 8 pro moonlight on 5 november 2019
With mi protect

And now mobile are damaged accidentally

And i sent mobile to one assist company

One assist company not repaired my mobile

And give me 2 option
1. 4500 rupees without mobile

2. Mobile without repairing

Company says estimate repair charge is 13149 ans we cannot...

please deactivate my one assist plan

I have been repeatedly calling one assist customer care, everyone is working from home, i dont know weather they are lying or what.
Its been three days i talked to customer care office and executive raised my complaint regarding cancellation of my plan, and assured me that i will receive a mail regarding complaint no and also receive a call within 48 hours from their executive.
But till now i have not received any mail or call...

I have the oneassist protection plan for my samsung galaxy s10 for a year. Recently the phone slipped through my hands as i was climbing down the stair and both front and back panels are broken.

It was raining so i needed to hold the side bars which is why i was trying to put the phone in my pocket so i can hold the bars.

However, one assist is now denying the claim saying it is the case of improper handling...

I am a Satish Jaiswar HDFC Bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6030 without clearly explaining it. As i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

refund the amount and deactivate my membership

Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and call and request cancel my membership from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money...

no response over fraudulent insurance scheme

Its been 10 days, i made a complaint on this forum too but nobody from oneassist called me back. They denied everything they said while selling insurance. I called them for more than 15 times but everytime they said somebody will call you abd never got it. My apply xr is with them from more than 10 days.in the period of lockdown it is a major trouble for customer. Highly unprofessional....

fraud with insurance claim

I purchased apple xr in feb 2020 from imagine store sector 35 c, chandigarh. The salesman asked me to buy insurance as it includes 2 time repair and 1 time replacement and even when i asked about the charges i have to pay in these cases, he denied any.
I made the insurance claim as my phone's backside was broken, oneassist took my phone and emailed me that they can pay me 26000 rs and will not repair or replace me phone, they almost...

money deducted after deactivation of all services need refund

I called on one assist to close all the services registered to my mobile number [protected] which i have no idea they are automatically renewing again and again without my permission. I asked them to cancel all such services and on 12-13 july 2020 they called me back that they had deactivated these services and no money will ne deducted from my account but still this fraud company deducted 1899 rs on 15 july 2020. Delay in phone repairing and claim processing

I had bought insurance (2nd year extended warranty, as per my belief) for my phone at the time of purchase. The fingerprint sensor of my phone went unresponsive - within the covered period, so i informed oneassist over app and gave them my phone for repairing.
One assist has mentioned all timelines on their website for my claim status, i contacted them over chat they said they need 48 hrs... After 48 hrs they said they would need another...
