On 19/08/2020 i got txn alert for inr 1899/- has been deducted from my icic acount without my permission for one assist plan. I do not want this service please deactivate it and refund my money to my account.

    Suddenly I got a message from OneAssist that your membership has been renewed and in the next minute I got a message from the credit card bank that this much amount has been debited. I have never initiated any membership renewal request nor got any call from OneAssist. I don't want to renew the account. Please help me out to get rid of this situation and refund the amount asap.

      I had an protection plan from MI protect regarding my phone MI A3 which was purchased on 26th aug 2020 having the protection plan ID 8096199
      I was facing some issue in the phone touch which was not working at some touch points. so I visited MI servie center they return me the phone saying that your phone is having the liquid damage.
      So I approached to One assist as I had the protection plan against the liquid damage with the service request number 6532214 but that was closed under mysterious circumstances … I don't know what are the mysterious circumstances .
      Now I am confused where to go for my phone repair under warranty / under insurance / manufacturing fault ot any other way out . pls guide me on this subject

          Cancellation of one assist membership.
          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I was shocked about, the oneassist has auto renewed my membership on 13aug2020 without my concern. For this membership, they were charged rs.1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6069. This is illegal fee charged without customer concern. Moreover, i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Also i'm in financial loss at this covid19 pandemic situation. So please cancel the membership and refund the amount of rs.1899/- as soon as possible. I request you to intervene this matter and help me to get my refund at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

They said it is not possible to cancel the auto-renewal but we will get a mail requesting our confirmation. But i dint get any mail from them.                           Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I have been offered commercial settlement against the claim but following need to be addressed first:
                          01. Why I have not received the details regarding what spare part needs to be changed in my device? Also is it so rare that the said Samsung authorized center could not arrange it during last full month whereas the Samsung authorized service centers in my vicinity (Nagpur & Bhandara) are ready to order any spare part from Samsung and repair the device with in 10-12 days?
                          02. Has oneassist, the authorized service centre and airtel secure team taken the issue of spare with Samsung? Has Samsung reverted back regarding the probable availability of the spare part? if not then why? if yes I would like to see the Samsung reply and take up the issue with Samsung on my own.

                          If clarification is not given on above, Its but natural for me to feel that someone is not understanding its customer's misery.

                                  Dear sir, i am a hdfc credit card user and I'm here for a complaint against one assist insurance company, 1st time when i got my credit card, one assist representative convinced me for their one year insurance plan for card and mobile safety but after one year they again charged for this plan without my permission when i complaint for desubscribe and asked about refund they said we will refund you half amount and please subscribe minimum plan and the costomer care representative promised that on next year they will not subscribe this plan without my permission, but now when i got my monthly statement of credit card in July 2020, i see that they again charged 1899 rs for one assist plan without any permission or queries, so kindly register my complaint against one assist and please desubscribe the plan and refund my money which was deducted, I'm much obliged if this complaint register, this one assist company is completely fraud.my hdfc credit card is ending with 7600

                                        Today I got message from icici bank saying INR1, 399.00 debited on Credit Card

                                        This was charged by one assist for renewal of some plan which I didn't had any idea of, and they didn't had my confirmation before deducting from my card,

                                        Later I got message from one assist saying

                                        Dear Customer, Congratulations, your membership is renewed successfully. Your relationship id is 7809729. For any assistance Pl call[protected]. Download the OneAssist App from https://1oa.in/aS4Z3XR and secure your account.

                                        One assist please deactivate whatever plan you've charged for and revert the payment done through my card
