When I bought my mobile, I had insurance done with One Assist, on their website, advertisment for for accidnetal damage, three easy steps: damage, call us, pickup / drop at your farstep. Now, when my phone broke the screen damages accidentally as my phone slips from my hand, they rejected the claim by speaking negatively, now everything started coming under negligence, the accident happens suddenly, no one does it intentionally, now they are withdrawing from their duty, And fool the consumers, while selling their insurance, they do not listen or say anything, but when the real time comes, they fool them . Please take action against them.they are fooling everyone.
