Unauthorised amount deduction

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2647 without my concern on date:16/06/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this One Assist MFEE membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

Unauthorized amount deduction

I had taken a policy of one assist which is to end on 20 June 2020 and one assist renewed that policy without my permission on 16 June 2020 when I do not agree with it and deducted more money than I had before Took it and while I never want the policy to go ahead in future nor do I agree with it and I have complained to one assist, then they are refusing to give money and I want all my money back.
PLEASE DEACTIVATED POLICY AND REFUND...

auto debit of amount in spite of requesting for deactivation

Dear One Assist,
Last year i have sent mail for deactivation of account and got confirmation from customer care that 'deactivation is under process' but surprisingly this year Rs.1399/- amount debited as subscription.
till then I am continuously trying to catch up customer care over phone/mail but no response yet.
I want deactivation of subscription immediately and refund of amount.

We raised the complaint on 15th of march-2020 (Complaint no. 5797190) your team visited our home on 23rd of march to rectify the issues, they collected inr3800=00, changed all filters including motor, after the repair we are getting irritative sound & within 7 days again water quality got deteriorated and we again called the team. My mobile theft

I have claimed an insurance on my registered mobile so it was a door step pick up that was the last moment I saw my my phone, if I call or mail their reply will be we need 48 hours and now it has been 2 years still I didn't get my phone or any money thus I consider them as a thief...

INR 1899 was deducted from my HDFC account on 28 MAY 2020 at 12:32 PM (Afternoon)

28 MAY 2020 at 1:54PM : I called the customer service and after a tiring and long talk, he told me my ENTIRE MONEY i.e. INR 1899 will be refunded within 7-10 working days and that he will cancel my membership. Today is 15 JUNE 2020 and I have still not received my refund of INR 1899.

auto renewal wallet assist plan

I recently got a message that your wallet associate plan for one year is going to be renewed and amount rupees 1899 is going to be deducted form your account and it is now deducted on 15/06/2020

I even dont know when i have applied for such plan

I think the same amount was deducted last year also

Even if this plan is mistakenly activated by me, please stop it and refund my money so it may not...

Money deducted without knowing

Hello my money got deducted for nothing.. I don't even know the company named one assist..
Suddenly i got a msg like

Inr1, 399.00 debited on credit card xx3005 on 13-jun-20. Info:oneassist consu. Avbl lmt:inr8000

Please help me with the money.. I heard this company name for the first time.....

reject of my claim

I purchase a mobile insurance from one assist insurance company. When it damage i claimed it for repair they rejected my claim by stated that the phone is not connected. Though i gave them my another umber because i don't have extra handset to activate my own number....

Hi,

insurance claim rejected because it is used by my sister

Dear sir,
I bought redmi 7a mobile for my sister from my mi account as she doesn't know about internet much, when i order mobile it came on my name but my sister is using handset as she paid all the money,
I clearly explained everything on how the device was damaged and while claiming my insurance, at the end after uploading all the documents, they rejecting simply just because she used it, i am very disappointed with company...

one plus claim - delay in repair

Address:AT agraharam, 26-19-72, 1st line, Beside Indira Gandhi Statue.

I gave my one plus mobile for repair on march 23-27th to one assist as i have insurance but it was not repaired till now june 06th. I am aware of covid effect and the delays but even in that period they asked me to pay the claim amount for repair and i did however, the mobile was not yet repaired till now.
