Non-Verified Payment Deduction

Suddenly I got a message from OneAssist that your membership has been renewed and in the next minute I got a message from the credit card bank that this much amount has been debited. I have never initiated any membership renewal request nor got any call from OneAssist. I don't want to renew the account. Please help me out to get rid of this situation and refund the amount asap.
My relationship id is 5106407 and amount is Rs. 1399.0...

MI A3 phone repair

I received a mail from oneassist customer solutions on[protected] and they make me membership id : field29 with out my permission and debited membership fee in my account.

membership auto-renewed even after requesting for a cancel last year

My name is m sriram reddy. I have requested for cancelling the auto-renewal last year. They said it is not possible to cancel the auto-renewal but we will get a mail requesting our confirmation. But i dint get any mail from them. Now i call, they say that they dont have my mailid with them so could not send the confirmation mail.

I want to cancel the membership effective immediately and a full refund of the fees.

I have already requested to cancel my subscription for one assist but one assist # renewed my subscription and money have been deducted from my account 1899.. Wat d # r u ppl thinking about me.. Charged money without my consent

Today I got message from icici bank saying INR1, 399.00 debited on Credit Card

This was charged by one assist for renewal of some plan which I didn't had any idea of, and they didn't had my confirmation before deducting from my card,

Later I got message from one assist saying

Dear Customer, Congratulations, your membership is renewed successfully. Your relationship id is 7809729. For any assistance...
