Cancellation of one assist membership.
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I was shocked about, the oneassist has auto renewed my membership on 13aug2020 without my concern. For this membership, they were charged rs.1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6069. This is illegal fee charged without customer concern. Moreover, i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Also i'm in financial loss at this covid19 pandemic situation. So please cancel the membership and refund the amount of rs.1899/- as soon as possible. I request you to intervene this matter and help me to get my refund at the earliest. Thanks in advance.
