    Hello there

    I have cancelled my membership plan on 26 August 2020 my membership plan was cancelled successfully.But one assist service debited balance of 1399 Rs from my Axis Bank account on 29 August 2020. After it I told it to one assist service customer care they told me that money will be refunded by 1 September 2020 and today the date is going on 3 September 2020 and payment is not yet received .Know when I chat with one assist service they told the money will be refund by 10-12 days.I want my money back as soon as.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs 1899 from my credit card number ending with 4244 without my authorization on date:21/08/2020. Last year also it has deducted the same amount without my authorization.

            I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

              Rs. 1399/- has been debited and requested for cancellation, I got an sms that with in 10 days policy will be cancelled and amount will be refunded. After 14 days I got a message that policy is not cancelled and details are updated. Now one assist is saying no money will be refunded if you cancel the policy. Without my knowledge one assist was added to my credit account and recovered rd. 1899/- as a premium in the last year. Now the bankers are proposed to pay the same amount in this year for renewal. I have never asked for one assist. Hence i request to drop one assist from my account and reimburse recovered amount. Early action requested

                              Suddenly I got a message from OneAssist that your membership has been renewed and in the next minute I got a message from the credit card bank that this much amount has been debited. I have never initiated any membership renewal request nor got any call from OneAssist. I don't want to renew the account. Please help me out to get rid of this situation and refund the amount asap.

                                I had an protection plan from MI protect regarding my phone MI A3 which was purchased on 26th aug 2020 having the protection plan ID 8096199
                                I was facing some issue in the phone touch which was not working at some touch points. so I visited MI servie center they return me the phone saying that your phone is having the liquid damage.
                                So I approached to One assist as I had the protection plan against the liquid damage with the service request number 6532214 but that was closed under mysterious circumstances … I don't know what are the mysterious circumstances .
                                Now I am confused where to go for my phone repair under warranty / under insurance / manufacturing fault ot any other way out . pls guide me on this subject

                                    Cancellation of one assist membership.
                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I was shocked about, the oneassist has auto renewed my membership on 13aug2020 without my concern. For this membership, they were charged rs.1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6069. This is illegal fee charged without customer concern. Moreover, i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Also i'm in financial loss at this covid19 pandemic situation. So please cancel the membership and refund the amount of rs.1899/- as soon as possible. I request you to intervene this matter and help me to get my refund at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

                                    Please cancel my membership and refund the full amount immediately. Already I'm in financial loss. Moreover it was debited from my credit card, the billing date is near. I request you to do the needful.

                                      I received a mail from oneassist customer solutions on[protected] and they make me membership id : field29 with out my permission and debited membership fee in my account.

                                      I am not interested to take your services, please cancel my membership and refund my debited money.
