I have made a payment but no one visited my house

    My one assist accidental insurance is active . The screen of my iPad under cover got damaged at home accidentally with a hiton the screen . I submitted the claim and they came out with a reason that it’s miscellaneous category and not accidental because I have not mentioned what hit the screen . I haven’t mentioned so as to be brief and make. If required I could have given entire story in detail. But they refused and rejected it .. As I have this insurance I can’t go to Apple for repairs .Apple is asking to pay 62000 to replace as they don’t repair .

      I have been waiting for my AC repair, they are not at all looking into it.
      They are rescheduling the scheduled service many times its been a month and they are irritating by saying technician unavailable. This is costing their credibility even then they will not look into.

        Mene 04 and 05 January ko Oneassist me claim kiya tha. Abhi 3 month ho chuke he but Har bar sir 2 din 5 din 7 din aesa hi bolte he. 3 month me pareshan kar diya he koi responsibility nahi he Compny ki aese bat karte he. Mere sath jo bhi dispute hua tha wo amount mene credit card me pay kar diya he but claim k 3 months bad bhi Oneassist wale kuch nahi karte time dete he har bar. Aese pareshan hone se achha he kisi or ki policy le li hoti. Bolte he ap game mail karo ham apka contact kare ge last kitne mail kiya contact to dur reply bhi nahi kar rahe. Mene abhi tak shayad 50-60 mail kiye he but fir bhi 90 days me koi claim clear nahi kiya policy ka paisa lo costumer ko ullu banavo bas aese hi ho raha he

          Update se ne k liye call karne ko bolta hu to koi answer nahi dete
          Sale sab fraud he
          Agar nahi ho sakta to bandh karo company ko game kyu pareshan karte ho
          Policy k time bolte he aese ho jayega but actually karne k time pe sab log kuch na kuch bahana dete he 3rd class se bhi niche he Oneassist ki services inka policy le ne se achha he kisi dusre ki policy lo

              Money has been debited to one assist without any authorisation whatsoever, i have been receiving multiple calls for the past 1 month from axis bank and yesterday money was debited. i request an immediate refund as this transaction was against my interest and without my final authorisation.
              OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I have received a call with regards to the cancellation, but the customer care official was speaking in Hindi and hence I could not understand her. I request somebody to call who can speak in English as I am not well versed in Hindi. The call was also placed during class hours as a result I could not confirm my cancellation, I could not call the number back after class hours and although I told the customer care official to call in Half an hour, I received no call back. I request a refund back for the amount debited without my consent and a cancellation of my services to one assist that has been subscribed to without my authorisation.

                I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2199/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on 27/03/23 Without my permission. Last year they also did the same thing with me and said now you're late but this time i need my full refund back

                  I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1099/- will be debited from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN on 3/28/23 12:00AM . i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind of charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                  Please deactivate and if any amount is debited then refund my money ASAP

                    It's totally a fraud and liar company they fool their customers by saying anything till they get their membership. They cheated me to I asked for refund the said the will give it but now they are not even responding to my calls it's been 2 weeks

                      Hello,

                      Me and my family have been a customer with OneAssist for atleast last 3 years and were very happy as customers and recommended it to our friends and family. Now my plan renewal was due, but this time i had a very bad experience with company executives. Not only have they spiked the prices by 20-30%, they are not clearly providing details of the plan. False claims are being made like no rate change for 10 yrs, which was found written no-where. Even after all this, we agreed to take the service and do the payment. Now they are forcing us to pay individually for each appliance and that too only UPI, even though portal is having debit/credit card as option. Due to such a horrible experience, I had to defer my renewal, also i think u lost a loyal customer and would make sure i ask our friends and family to stop using their services. If something can be done to fix this and an apology with seamless renewal experience, I would surely consider to again be customer of OneAssist.

                        I had purchased an extended warranty of 3 years for my Asus laptop.After one and a half years I experienced that my laptop battery was draining very fast so I went for a claim in one assist.Ghere I came to know that I was under age to claim the extended warranty.This age limit thing was not informed while purchasing the policy and there was also no option to return the policy when I came to know about the age limit.This company is bluffing people

                          I Gopika Sethna registered mobile number with bank [protected] received a email from axis bank that Rs 2199 was deducted with my permission from my account for one assist service which I haven't activated . And I called axis bank they told me this is another service so we can't help.

                          I just want to deactivate this service and get refund otherwise I will no longer be a axis bank customer.

                            I Gopika sethna registered mobile number with bank [protected] received a email from axis bank about card protection (one assist service)without my permission they took/deducted Rs.2199 from my account and I called axis bank they told me this is another service so we can't help you.

                              I didn't activate One Assist services, without my knowledge Rs 2199 amount was debited.

                              I was Depressed because of it, so please refund my Rs 2199 amount.

                                I purchased insurance worth 5500 in march 2021 and then after no claim for one year, again extended service for one year with same amount . so in total i have paid one assist 11000 for my device .. few days back when my device accidentally got damaged, i raised the claim and device was picked up.but they diagnosed it for repair of 15500 whereas i know that device was damaged beyond that, battery need replacement and audio is not working . this diagnosis was false and was deliberately made to reduce my claim amount and so that they dont have to replace my mobile...which they claimed in first place when they were offering me insurance. even after multiple followup, they behaved like robot and not listening to my issue and asking me 2500 to go ahead with repair . i am asking for complete diagnosis and battery replacement.. my mobile is not in condition that only 15500 repair will suffice, it need battery replacement and i repeatedly requested for replacemnet of mobile and i am ready to pay the difference amount. they are behaving like robot.

                                    Today Rs 1399 has been debited from axis bank account saying one assist services. I have never even registered for one assist nor have I ever added bank details to one assist.

                                    Please kindly refund my account as I am a student and this much money being debited without my permission is not a joke. If the refund is not done quickly I may have to go to higher authority.

                                      I bought Apple Macbook Air M1 on 11th March 2022 along with One Assist Insurance amounting to Rs. 3199/- for one year insurance of physical damage.
                                      My device got damaged due to unforseen reason and requested the company to claim insurance in the end of September 2022. The process of verification of documentation took 1 month and after so long, they gave the feedback as "We regret to inform you that your claim request number 17030195 has been closed due to CCR42_IMPROPER HANDLING on Oct 22, 2022".

                                      No any further information shared or any further verification was conducted.

                                      I would request to investigate in the matter and provide relief to the consumer.

                                        Purchased Orient make water geyser from Flipkart in Nov2020. Orient gave 2 years comprehensive warranty and 5 years warranty on water tank. One assist also was offfering one year extended warranty on replication basis of 2 years OEM warranty that means one assist need to attend and make my geyser functional for third year.

                                        When I lodged the complaint they denied to coordinate and arrange all the parts including water storage tank to resolve my issue. It's been almost 7 days, my problem is pending for resolution.

                                        ASM Naveen is useless fellow and provide false commitments.
