On[protected] they've debited 2599/- without my knowledge and I didn't give any permission so please return it back. I don't have job and I can't move e further

Hi Team,

I have purchased realme 43inch Tv with one assist in policy from Flipkart on 6th aug 2022.

Now I have applied for accidental claim wherein as policy document and inspection report i m eligible for claim, but company instead if repairing offer 50% cost of repairing.

While I called in customer care they informed me that terms and conditions mentioned in website and policy that 50% value...

When i bought my protection plan there was no information about it that you have to at least 18 to avail the insurance (at the time of buying it), and now when i am 18 plus and i am trying to claim it they are rejecting my request by saying that you are an underage customer even though i am not at the time of incident. So basically it was all waste for me to buy this protection plan and i wasn't even informed about it.
I want them to accept my claim and fix my device as soon as possible because i have all my important data on the device.

Customer executive called me and says You have cc 2.5L limit increase available so you update following my commend and your CC amount will be increase and im also doing follow hes comment but finally 2199 rs debited my cc . finally i realized this is not limit upgrade process this is card protection app scam . i dont want this service i want my money back Rs 2199
note " This is a card protection app but he's scam to purchase membership" what a difference scammers and you i want my money backor i have a voice records between me and Your executive representatives voice conversation defiantly i will give complaint against you in cyber crime..

The technician came with a damaged cooling coil which he said got damaged on his bike. I emailed your team and explained everything and also emailed the pictures and video of it, however the response was that I need to raise a new request because the current request is closed stating that the customer refused the service. The request was closed without taking my consent or speaking to me which clearly shows the inadequate approach towards the customer service.

Actually took plan gadget service plan, for 5 appliances, in 2022, but got a call 4-5 days before from ur customer care lady, do u want to proceed with the plan, I said I don't use it, i
Don't use it, cancell my plan, till amount autodebited from my account, without intimation, I dont understand if I m saying I don't want ur plan still u people forcefully give the plan. I have cancelled ur plan, please refund my amount deducted 999rs as early as possible, otherwise I will have to forcefully file a complaint against ur company.

Hello sir I am Eshant kumar from Prayagraj yesterday morning 10 am i was Riding bike when i reached my home and check my cell phone 1099 amount debited from my bank account..
I don't purchase any plan of one assist plz help me sir and refund my money..

I had paid Rs 350 for AC service and no technician came up during allotted time.

I had registered for AC service and booked a slot. I paid online and received a confirmation message. However, to my dismay, their service agent did not show up for the service. Furthermore, I have been unable to reach their customer service department as they are not answering their phones.

My one assist accidental insurance is active . The screen of my iPad under cover got damaged at home accidentally with a hiton the screen . I submitted the claim and they came out with a reason that it’s miscellaneous category and not accidental because I have not mentioned what hit the screen . I haven’t mentioned so as to be brief and make. If required I could have given entire story in detail. But they refused and rejected it .. As I have this insurance I can’t go to Apple for repairs .Apple is asking to pay 62000 to replace as they don’t repair .

I have been waiting for my AC repair, they are not at all looking into it.
They are rescheduling the scheduled service many times its been a month and they are irritating by saying technician unavailable. This is costing their credibility even then they will not look into.

Mene 04 and 05 January ko Oneassist me claim kiya tha. Abhi 3 month ho chuke he but Har bar sir 2 din 5 din 7 din aesa hi bolte he. 3 month me pareshan kar diya he koi responsibility nahi he Compny ki aese bat karte he. Mere sath jo bhi dispute hua tha wo amount mene credit card me pay kar diya he but claim k 3 months bad bhi Oneassist wale kuch nahi karte time dete he har bar. Aese pareshan hone se achha he kisi or ki policy le li hoti. Bolte he ap game mail karo ham apka contact kare ge last kitne mail kiya contact to dur reply bhi nahi kar rahe. Mene abhi tak shayad 50-60 mail kiye he but fir bhi 90 days me koi claim clear nahi kiya policy ka paisa lo costumer ko ullu banavo bas aese hi ho raha he

I was complaining to 04 January and 05 January
Har bar time dete he 90 din ho chuke but abhi tak kuch hua nahi
Update se ne k liye call karne ko bolta hu to koi answer nahi dete

Agar nahi ho sakta to bandh karo company ko game kyu pareshan karte ho
Policy k time bolte he aese ho jayega but actually karne k time pe sab log kuch na kuch bahana dete he 3rd class se bhi niche he Oneassist ki services inka policy le ne se achha he kisi dusre ki policy lo

It's a totally fraud company they are not even picking up my calls

Money has been debited to one assist without any authorisation whatsoever, i have been receiving multiple calls for the past 1 month from axis bank and yesterday money was debited. i request an immediate refund as this transaction was against my interest and without my final authorisation.

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2199/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on 27/03/23 Without my permission. Last year they also did the same thing with me and said now you're late but this time i need my full refund back

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

Hello there

I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1099/- will be debited from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN on 3/28/23 12:00AM . i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind of charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and if any amount is debited then refund my money ASAP

It's totally a fraud and liar company they fool their customers by saying anything till they get their membership. They cheated me to I asked for refund the said the will give it but now they are not even responding to my calls it's been 2 weeks

Me and my family have been a customer with OneAssist for atleast last 3 years and were very happy as customers and recommended it to our friends and family. Now my plan renewal was due, but this time i had a very bad experience with company executives. Not only have they spiked the prices by 20-30%, they are not clearly providing details of the plan. False claims are being made like no rate change for 10 yrs, which was found written no-where. Even after all this, we agreed to take the service and do the payment. Now they are forcing us to pay individually for each appliance and that too only UPI, even though portal is having debit/credit card as option. Due to such a horrible experience, I had to defer my renewal, also i think u lost a loyal customer and would make sure i ask our friends and family to stop using their services. If something can be done to fix this and an apology with seamless renewal experience, I would surely consider to again be customer of OneAssist.
